[ Chapter 7: I Love You.. So, Please Be Mine.]
It was the weekend. Takashi was coming to pick Makoto up. For what you ask? Well..
-Back to the night of the panic attack-
"I think it would be best if you all leave...We can't risk waking her.She badly needs her sleep."Masaki spoke up. Maiko pouted.
"Eh..? But.." Maiko got interupted by Kyoko, who picked her up.
"It's okay. We can visit Makoto again." Kyoko kindly said, a smile on her face. Maiko smiled cutely and nodded. Miyagi let out a sigh. He walked up to Takashi, holding out his hand for a handshake. "It was nice to finally meet you, Takashi-kun."
Takashi's facial expression stayed the same as always. He shook the hand of Makoto's father before letting go. He then turned to Masaki,"On the weekend.."He spoke up.
Kyoko's eyes widened.'Oh my. His voice is manly~!'
"Can i please take her out?" Takashi asked.
Masaki's eyes widened,"Ah.. I don't think that'd be wise--"
"Please."Takashi interupted her.
Masaki's eyebrows furrowed. It was something that would surely make Makoto happy but.. There were risks. Masaki sighed,"..I will talk to the doctor about that then contact you if you can." She replied," If you can though.. Please don't do anything too exciting.. We can't risk her heart failing.
Takashi nodded to what Masaki said.
He hoped for a ..
-Back to the present time-
Yes. It was a yes from the doctor. As long as they don't do anything too wild like go on a roller coaster or anything like that, It should be fine. They have a time limit of an hour and a half though. It cannot go past that no matter what.
Takashi entered the hospital, going up to her room. Once he got to Makoto's room, he was greeted with Makoto who was just looking beautiful. Her hair was up in a neat bun and she had a white dress on that stopped at her knees.
Makoto blushed in embarrassment,looking down,"Uhm..Do i look okay?'She asked.
Takashi smiled softly. He nodded, walking over to her he gently took her hand."Beautiful." Was his reply. That only made the blonde girl blush darker. She let out a happy giggle. "Thank you." Makoto replied,"Well, Let's get going?~"
Takashi nodded. He led her out of the hospital and into the black limo. "Woah~ This limo is cool,Takashi!" Makoto beamed, sitting down next to him. The limo driver closed the door then got in, starting up the limo. Takashi simply nodded in reply to her.
The limo began to move towards the mall. "Uhm..Hey, Takashi? "Makoto looked to the tall man,"I'm sorry..."She apologized, looking away,"I must of worried you a lot when i called you. It's just that.. When i was having a that panic attack, The person i wanted to talk to the most was you."
Takashi's eyes widened only slightly.Those words.. It made him ever so happy. He put his arm around her , replying with a ,"It's okay." He then leaned in, hugging her.
Makoto blushed then smiled,"..You're always so forgiving, Takashi."She whispered. ".. I guess that's why i love you." Her eyes watered.
The giant felt his heart skip a beat at her words. He pulled away to look at her with a slightly surprised expression. She was blushing up a storm. "S-Sorry.. I just.. I wanted to tell you before i.. Urm..Passed away."
He placed is hand on her head, patting it as if saying it's okay. He withdrew his hand,"I love you too.." Makoto's eyes widened then quickly softened.
"That..That makes me happy but.. Please don't love me.." Makoto whispered, looking up into the tall mans eyes," I don't want to hurt you. I'm close to death, Takashi.. "
Takashi hugged her gently. She hugged back.
"It's okay." Was all the tall man replied with.
"..Is it really?" Makoto replied in a sad tone.
"...Be my girlfriend.." Takashi whispered into her ear.
"I don't want to hurt yo-"
"Please." He interupted her.
Makoto could see that it was no use. She loved him. She wanted to be with him but.. She didn't want to hurt him. She let out a sigh,"I'd like nothing more." She smiled softly.
The limo came to a stop and the door opened, "We're here." The limo driver spoke.The two pulled away. Takashi took his girlfriends hand, leading her out of the limo. The door shut behind them.
"Oh! This is that new, fancy mall people have been talking about, right?" Makoto asked, her eyes sparkling. Takashi nodded, a smile on his face. He led the excited girl inside.
It wasn't just two friends hanging out anymore.
It was a date.
Takashi looked at blankly, asking her what she'd like to do inwardly. Makoto put on a thinking face then looked around,"Hmm.." She looked to a cute shop which had stuffed toys. She pointed to it, smiling up at him.
Takashi nodded his head in agreement and led her inside.
The day was filled with fun. They brought a panda stuffed toy with a blank face. "It reminds me of you." Is what Makoto said.
They went shopping for other things. They had lunch together, a nice meal and dessert. Ice cream cake. It was certaintly a fun day indeed.
"A promise ring?" Makoto mumbled. It was the afternoon by now, almost time to head back. Takashi nodded. He had explained. A promise ring for both of them.
A promise that they will always be together.
Takashi put on Makoto's beautiful sliver ring that had 'promise' engraved in it. Makoto smiled wide,"Thank you..Takashi.." She softly spoke up, grabbing Takashi's one, she put it on his finger. It was the same kind of ring. She looked up at him, a cute smile on her face,"We'll always be together,okay?"
Takashi smiled,"Okay." He intertwined his fingers with hers and leaned down, slowly pressing his lips against hers. A sweet kiss between the two love birds was shared.
Softly Makoto kissed him back. They pulled away after a bit. Makoto looked down shyly,"..That was my first kiss, you know." She smiled wide.
Takashi smiled,putting his arm around her and pulling her close."I love you."
"I love you too, Takashi." Makoto replied happily, "Thank you for today." There was a bittersweet kind of pain in her chest. It was love.
So this is the return of happiness.
"Let's go back,okay?'

"I knew it!"The twins exclaimed. It seems as if all the hosts (except from Haruhi) had invited themselves over Takashi's house.
"I knew you guys would get together."Hikaru grinned.
"It was obvious." Kaoru added."They even got promise rings. How cheesy!"
"You see, Soon they'll be married!" The stupid blond exclaimed happily. He twirled in his spot happily. What a idiot.
Mitsukuni sat down next to Takashi, giggling," You must be happy, Takashi~"
Takashi replied. He had this stupid, soft little smile on his face that didn't seem to want to go away. It seemed as if all his and her problems had faded away now that they were together.. But that sadly isn't the case.
His heart is strong and hers isn't.
What a mix, huh?
A sad mix indeed.
"We'll always be together,okay?"
"Okay."
Hopefully that's a promise they can keep.
"Quick,Kyoya! We must prepare the wedding!"Tamaki exclaimed,"It has to be beautiful!"
"Mori-senpai. Make me your best man!"Hikaru grinned.
"No me!"Kaoru exclaimed.
Hikaru frowned and playfully glared at his twin brother who playfully glared back at him.
Kyoya sighed,"You're all idiots."
Takashi's smile dropped. He looked down. He could end up marrying this girl but.. That heart of hers is in the way. If she were to die, he could never hold her again. He could never see her smile or hear her laugh. He wouldn't be able to hear her say, "I love you,Takashi."
He couldn't live without her.
He needed her.
Please, god.
Let her live.
A happy ending is what these two want most.
