"So, What did you get from Petra?" I asked Lukas.
Me, Lukas, Aiden, Gill, and Maya are part of the ocelot gang. We are going to the ender con building competition. Lukas has said that he got something from Petra to help with the building competition.
"Ya, Lukas. What did you get?" Gill asked.
"I will show you when we get there." Lukas stated smiling.
We continued walking through the forest, it was a nice day today the sun was out, the sky was blue, and the pigs were squealing? We all turned around. It was Jesse(male) punching a tree and his pig Ruben.
"Those jerks think they can beat us, who has a pig as a friend?" Aiden mocked.
"Ya, who thinks they can beat us?" Maya said.
"Hey, they have just as good as a chance as we do." I stated.
This is what I hate about the Ocelots, always picking off the weak ones. We may have the most functional ideas but they are the most creative. It is always fun to see what they come up with.
"Ya guys lay it off." Lukas said.
That is what I like about Lukas, he does not believe in bullying like me. Everyone stayed silent, we came up the competition building site. A lady was sitting at a desk smiling.
"Welcome to the Endercon building competition! What can I help you with?" She asked smiling.
"Yes we are the Ocelots and we are here to enter the competition." Lukas explained.
"Well, well, well, if it isn't the Order of the Loser." Aiden said, turning around.
Not this again. I turned around ready to stop this whole thing if it got too far.
"Great the fail squad's here." Maya said, shacking her head.
"Lukas, Y/n, get a load of theses loser." Gill said.
"Let's go guys." Lukas said. He turned around and walked to our booth.
"Ya let's go." I agreed, and the rest of the ocelots followed.
We walked to our booth, it was a good size spaced.
"Hey you guys?" I asked.
Everyone looked at me and stopped unpacking materials.
"Why not with our build we make it look cool?" I suggested.
"What do you mean?" asked Maya.
"Like what if we built something on the outside of it, like an ocelot or something?" I explained.
"I have the wool and the dye, and also..." I rambled.
"That so childish Y/n." Gill said, patting me on the shoulder.
"Ya y/n, let's just stick with the build." Aiden said.
I looked over to see if Lukas thought I had a good idea. He gave me a I am sorry look and grabbed something from the chest.
"A beacon?!" Maya exclaimed, and went over.
"Yes we are building a Rainbow beacon." Lukas said holding the beacon.
We all grabbed some dyed glass from the chest. I was about to start laying down the foundation when.
"Hahaha! look it's the Order of the Losers. Again." Gill laughed.
"Good one, Gill." Maya chuckled.
I walked over this is not going to end well.
"We're just looking." Olivia explained
"There'll be plenty of time to look at it after it wins and gets shown at Endercon." Aiden bragged.
"You're being unpleasant" Axel said.
"Maybe not all of you. Endercon does not allow outside food out drink." Aiden said gesturing to Rueben. "I am talking about your pig."
"Uhh...you really shouldn't mess with Rueben." Jess said.
"I do what I want. Beside, What harm can a pig do?" Aiden mocked.
"Keep talking and find out." Olivia said.
"Or you can always see what I can do." I said to Aiden with my hands on my hips.
"Stop wasting your time, we got work to do." Lukas said pointing to the colored glass.
"You're lucky I'm busy." he said.
I was about to say something, but, Petra came over. She should hopefully stop this.
"Hey Jesse. guys." She said.
"Hey Petra." Jesse said.
"How is the build going?" Petra asked.
"Only time will tell. But--we're optimistic." Axel explained.
"Petra, I forgot to thank you for that never star." Lukas said walking up.
"Hey Lukas, Not a problem." she said.
"You Helped these tools?" Axel said. (I know it sounds weird but look it up)
"For the right price I'll help anyone." She said shrugging her shoulders.
"If you need anything, you know where to find me." She said walking off.
"None of us know where to find you." Gill said as she disappeared.
I really just wanted to start building, no more arguing.
"Exactly." I think I heard Petra mumbled.
"No hard feeling guys. if your'e cool with Petra, you're cool with us." Lukas said
"We're cool with Petra... but you need to teach your friends some manner." Jesse said.
"He's just trying to get inside your head." Lukas said.
"Well have you heard the saying... it's possible to win and be nice?" Jesse asked with sass in his voice.
"Sounds like something a loser would say." Aiden added.
"ladies and gentlemen.." The lady began.
I did not listen, I walked off to the side and started grabbing some wood blocks. Why must are rivalry be like this? Gangs are supposed to be fun, the are suppose to be your second family, and for me my only family. A tear rolled down my face thinking of how the fire killed my family, but left me standing about eight years ago.(you are 16 by the way.) Lukas let me join the ocelot they have been my family since.
"Are you ok, Y/n" Lukas asked.
I turned around, I did not realize that a tear had fallen down my face.
"Just something in my eye." I said in as strong as a voice I could muster.
"Ocelots!" Maya, Gill, and Aiden shouted, doing the team handshake.
"Ocelots?" Lukas asked, putting his hand out.
"Ocelots." I said and fist bumped his hand.
"Building Starts NOW!!!" The lady shouted.
Red stone there, Glass there, wood block here, and done.
"Oh, no! look a firework dispense I am sooo scarred," Aiden mocked.
"You worry about your build an we'll worry about ours." Jesse said.
Everyone else was was still building in their area so I help Lukas build the upper part. We finished and Lukas climbed down about to put the Beacon down when Boom! Fireworks went flashing in the sky. I looked over Jesse gang had built an enderman over there firework dispenser. Just like I wanted to do.
"Nice build man!" someone shouted in the crowd below.
I heard Aiden mumble something, "It's just a bunch of dyed wool!" He shouted.
He punched a block on someones machine and lava began to spill out. Ruben got burned and ran off, Jesse and his group jumped off. Jesse ran after Rueben and Axel and Olivia started to stop the lava.
"AIDEN!!1" I shouted. He looked up and so did everyone else there. I jumped off the building, with one foot i hit the ground and a sharp pain went through my leg. I groaned in pain.
"You..you..bully! You jerk! Look at what you did!" I exclaimed breathing hard as the pain continued to burn from my ankle.
"Y/n? Are you ok?" Lukas asked.
I ignored him.
"I thought a gang was supposed to be fun, your second family! But you guys all you do is ignore my ideas and bully our rival!" I explained, standing tall, with only one foot with weight on it.
"Look,Y/n calm down." Aiden said taking a step back.
"I will not calm down! I quit!" I yelled.
Everyone gasped. I tore my jacket off as I let my h/c fling behind me.
"Y/n, Please." Lukas said.
I look at him, his eyes begging me to stay. I hate to do this to Lukas, but I can not do this anymore. I threw my jacket on the floor and ran into the woods, letting tears run down my face, oblivious to ever sound, pain, and sight.
