It's been 3 weeks since I saw Marcus, since our talk, Macy is now staying with me in our house Cal's and Will's family is gone back to kingdom along with granny all were happy but in all this something is missing
The bond I share with Marcus so weak I don't know what to do why is it weak I still don't have any idea but the one think the changed in this three weeks is that I didn't even for once felt Marcus cheating
Did he finally become what I wanted as a mate I don't know my wolf is happy somewhat when she didn't felt Marcus cheating she is jumping mess but my human side is different I am still not able to believe in Marcus

Marcus and family is coming as well after all its their first grandchild I just don't want to go there not in front of Marcus, my family still don't know about Marcus and me. My train of thoughts broke when Macy came inside my room with two dresses both are beautiful one

And I think that made her happy and next sec was out of my room I have still to get ready for the party I done my makeup light as usual eye linear and lipstick rosy colour it will look good with my selected dress and put my hair down natural curl took a red stilettos and my white dress which reached till my knees
Umm I think I look good enough for a party that's when the door to my room opened and there stood Macy in all her glory Cal is going for clean ball for sure she is looking hot plus innocent
Baby blue colour off shoulder dress reaching till her knees eyes are adorned with eye linear and mascara and usual curly hair is straitened with nude colour stilettos baby rose lip shade she is looking beautiful

I smiled and thanked her then we both left from there to pack house in my car when we reached there I knew Marcus is there before hand I instantly hide my scent and wrapped myself in my human scent and we both went inside
There is not so many people just our beta and gamma family plus Marcus family as well as Cal and Will the pack party will be this Sunday and I will not be there for that party it will not be good to be there at that time
My parents and Marcus parents were sitting and talking, Steve is sitting beside Martha may be giving her head ache Beta Logan and Gamma Tyson is with Cal and Will but where is he I can smell him here
That's when his smell hit my nostril heavy along with another smell whom I didn't want to smell I stiffened and Macy felt it beside me I looked ahead and saw Cal and Will is looking behind me and they are also angry I can feel it that's when I sensed another angry eyes and looked towards the direction and saw an angry Martha
Goddess gone the peaceful day again because of them my parents and Steve looked behind us I exhaled my breathe and moved towards my parents and hugged them and then went towards Steve and congratulated him it's his day and we can't ruin it for him, I turned and smiled towards Martha and pulled her in the hug
"Calm down no one knows and I hope it goes like that for now"
I whispered so that only she can hear me she nodded her head and pulled away from the hug she hugged Macy as well, they have become friends as well Cal and Will join me and Macy
"She is Lucy my friend's daughter" I heard jack saying that to my parents and brother with a smile I scoffed inwardly hearing that if his father knows how well Marcus is looking after his friend's daughter
"Li come I have to talk so many things to you" Martha said and pulled me as well Macy with her
"Stop you can't roam around what if you have pain or anything you are going to sit in front of me that's it"
Steve said and me and Macy rolled our eyes seeing his protectiveness this is going over the board I looked towards Martha and saw her starting to get angry because of his behavior before she could blast I said
"Oh if you want to sit with us and want to hear about our hormonal changes, periods, boys, sex then that's fine with us come Martha we can sit here and talk In front of him"
I looked towards Martha and Macy and winked they suppressed their laugh I turned and looked towards Steve and that look made me laugh he was shocked beyond words he didn't thought that I will say something like this
"God Jammy that's gross shut up fine you can go and talk wherever you want I don't want to hear those things"
He once and for all get up and moved so fast from there like hell hounds were behind him that's it we all started to laugh our heads out why will not we it's a worth watch scene
"But we don't have a problem to hear all those so that means we can come along right"
Cal said with a smirk on his face and I saw Macy face heated up like really he turned around once I chuckled by seeing it in all this I felt and angry eyes on me I clearly knows whose eyes was that but right now I don't care

"Nope you are not allowed go and hang out with Steve, Tyson and Logan"

I smiled and looked towards him my carefree Beta is coming back living here for month now I came to know what used to be the old Cal and I am happy that he is changing I am really thankful to Will and Macy because they are here he is feeling more at home after all he knows them for years

I heard Marcus voice from behind I just want to pour hot coffee in his face but I controlled because of family I turned and smiled towards him
"Sometimes it just took only a second for a person to become close and sometimes it takes years then also they will never come close, in our case me and Cal came close very easily after all he is good hearted human being who will not love him and care for him am I right Macy?"

When I reached up I signed and closed my eyes and placed my head on the wall I felt Martha touch I opened my eyes and smiled looking at her
"I am sorry Jammy my brother is an asshole he don't know what he is losing in his foolishness"
"He lost it mars and I don't think now I can forgive him I gave him time again but seems like he likes her more than he wants me"

"Nothing special now that our graduation will be in 2 months I am thinking that why don't we go palace sooner than later"

I got up instantly and ran towards her fastly before she could do more damage I reached beside her instantly and hold he shaking shoulder in my hand she calmed down instantly and looked towards me tear filled eyes
"I am sorry this pregnancy hormones is acting weird right now I didn't intended to do that" she looked at me with guilty eyes that she broke the promise but I can understand her feeling all too well
"It's ok just relax and your hormones are kick ass wow if this is that start then I am eager to see what will happened with steve in upcoming months"
That cleared the air out there and everybody smiled but Marcus he is still confused and wanted to ask question but I just hope he keep his mouth shut
"Why did you slap me?" he whispered ask her seems like he doesn't know when to shut up Martha started to shake hearing it

And she turned and gone I looked towards Marcus and saw few emotions in his eyes though his face is void of anything but his eyes is like a window damn I think I am starting to get paranoid why the hell would I look closely to this asshole
I turned around without saying anything and catch up to Martha
"Why did you said like that to him?" I am confused she is his sister
"Because what he did with you was unexplainable and he had the nerve to bring that whore here and flaunt her around like some treasure"
I felt eyes on my back and knew it was him he is eavesdropping to our talk seriously didn't anyone teach him manners

Even though speaking that hurt me immensely but I can't bring any emotion to my face because he is not worth of anything Martha looked at me confused why am I talking like this but then her eyes gone behind and saw Marcus standing there and looking at us she gave an angry glare to him and hold my hands literally dragging me away from there
That's when my eyes landed on steve who was standing there shooting murderous glare towards Marcus seems like he heard everything god why he brought that slut here
"We need to talk" steve Mind linked me and I nodded my head towards his direction the conversation can't put to stop I knew
We all ate dinner and steve stayed away from Marcus I know it's best for now I closed my eyes thinking about all the things which happened these days Cal is working me out harder everyday it's not like I don't know how to fight it's just he think I am too weak
And because of him I am stronger than before not to strong but yeah I am better than before I can use my powers longer than before as well I don't feel lightheaded after using power so yeah it's a good progress
Steve gone towards mum and dad and then came hold my hands and started to take me out with him
"Follow guys we are going home" he said to everyone all stood up and started to walk Marcus stood up to come with us
"Sorry Marcus family time don't mind" it was Martha who stopped him I just rolled my eyes they are behaving over protective
Finally Steve pulled me out and started to drag me towards his pickup truck a beautiful red one I am huge fan of truck he pushed me to the back seat in his anger he don't know what he is doing that's usual
Martha came and sat in the passenger seat Liam, Cal and Macy is coming in Liam Truck very good leave me alone with an angry wolf
He is driving carefully thank god his brain is still working I closed my eyes feeling the strain of the situation I just hope he just don't go all wolf on Marcus even though Marcus deserve it yet I couldn't take away anyone's son
I opened my eyes when the truck stopped we are outside of home here go all the question answers which I thought I am hiding well gone in vain in a s ec because of my stupid emotion
I came out when Liam's truck pulled beside us steve looked meaningfully towards us and gone inside that's our cue to go in and face the wolf which is a very hard task if you ask
We all went inside and stood in front of Steve he was sitting there in my love seat and we are standing in front of him like some criminals for goddess sake we didn't do any crime Martha huffed and sat in the sofa
