"it's time for your nap,"
grandma said.
a chorus of "aww"s sounded out.
yoongi and i were still
holding hands.
"dongmin, can you help me wash the dishes?" grandma asked.
yoongi pulled on my hand,
and we walked to my room,
where i would let go of his hand,
and i would go to sleep,
and i would wake up and
the hand would be gone.
i laid down in bed,
and pulled the covers over my shoulders,
but something suddenly felt missing.
"here's rock,"
yoongi said,
and he handed me
the black and white
panda.
that was what was missing,
i could never sleep without rock,
and here i was forgetting about him.
because of yoongi.
