"There's no alcohol at this party, is there?" Sebastian asks me as I get Blaine changed, ready for the party.
"She said, people are allowed to have two drinks and that's all because there's kids around, she said that if people don't like it then they need to leave, also that someone will be there to watch and serve the drinks, she also put a camera up just incase" I explain to him.
"Ok, although I don't really want any alcohol around my precious little boy" he coos before kissing Blaine's forehead. I had put Blaine into a grey short sleeve polo bodysuit with some denim jeans and just some plain grey socks.
"Right, are we just about ready?" I ask Sebastian as I pick Blaine up.
"Ur, yeah I think so" he says. We head downstairs and Sebastian picks up Blaine's bag that was full of things that Blaine may need or want.
"Right, let's go" I say as we head out and I lock up. I clip Blaine into his car seat and Sebastian gets in, placing the bag by his feet. I shut Blaine's door and get in myself before we head to Rachel's, Blaine babbling the whole way there.
"Wow bud, sounds like you had a nice dream" Sebastian chuckles as I pull up at Rachel's.
"Looks like we're the only ones here at the minute" I say as we get out and I grab Blaine's seat.
"Happy Birthday" I greet her as soon as she opened the door.
"Thank you" we hug, well tried to with a car seat in my hand and we head in.
"Just us?" I ask.
"Yeah, the others will come in a bit" she says.
"Ok" I get Blaine out and he smiles.
"Hey baby" I coo before kissing him.
"Can I get any of you guys a drink?" She asks. We tell her what we want and a few minutes later, she came back with the drinks.
"Thanks" we say as we take the drinks.
"So, who's coming?" Sebastian asks as we sit down.
"Just friends and family, I didn't really want much alcohol because they'll be young kids about"
"Sorry if we kinda ruined that for you"
"Oh no, don't apologise, I don't have to clean up sick then and I'll have younger cousins here anyway" she says.
"Oh ok" we soon hear a knock on the door and it was San and Britt.
"Hello, come in, come in" she says. They soon walk in and Brittany was wearing a white short sleeve shirt that had a cat in the middle of it with some stars and a flower, a grey tutu skirt and some plain grey tights with some grey shoes that had little flowers on the end of it.
"You look lovely Britt" I smile at her as she sat next to me.
"Fank wou" we talk for a bit and let the kids play before people started showing up and as soon as Blaine saw Mercedes, he was babbling and laughing whilst looking at her, getting her attention.
"Hello cutie" she smiles as she comes over to us and Blaine waves his arms about, excitedly.
"Aww, you're just adorable" she coos before taking him from me. Mercedes starts talking to us and Blaine just keeps looking at her.
"Is he staring at me?" She asks.
"Yeah" she looks at him, which makes him laugh.
"You're so silly" she tickles him, which makes him laugh even more.
"Dada" he soon whines as he reaches his arms out for me. I take him as he rubs his eyes with his fists.
"Crap, I forgot about his naps, what am I supposed to do?"
"Could one of us not sit upstairs for an hour?" Sebastian suggests.
"I'll go ask Rachel" I get up with Blaine still my arms.
"Rachel, is it ok if Sebastian or I sit with Blaine for an hour upstairs, I completely forgot he needs his nap" I explain.
"Yeah, of course, let me go grab the crib that I keep here, it was for my younger cousins but I kept it just incase" she says. She brings out a portable crib and we head upstairs. I sit Blaine in the middle of the bed and help Rachel set it up.
"Thank you"
"No problem, let me know if you need anything" she says before leaving.
"Ok mister, let's get you down for a nap" I say as I lay him in the crib with his bottle and blanket. I sit on my phone for a bit until he fell asleep. A little while later and I hear a quiet knock on the door.
"Hey" Sebastian whispers as he pops his head in before actually coming into the room and quietly shutting the door behind him.
"Aww, my sweet little boy" he coos as he looks over at Blaine.
"It's boring up here, poor Rach, I've left her at her own party" I sigh.
"It's fine, I'm sure she understands, I think Britt's taking a nap too" he chuckles, which makes Blaine shuffle and stir slightly in his sleep. We soon speak once Blaine settled back down and soon his nap was over.
"Eh" he whines as he wakes up.
"Hey baby" I coo as I get up and get him out of the crib.
"Hi" I kiss his cheek. I lay him on the bed and quickly change his nappy before we head back down.
"Unca 'urt" Brittany runs up to me.
"Hello you, I heard you took a nap too?"
"Uh huh, it 'ery dood" she says.
"That's good to hear" I chuckle.
"Me pway wit' bwaine?" She asks.
"Well there's no toys sweetie, so what'd you wanna do, I'm sure we can think of something" I explain to her.
"Mummy bwinged 'oys" she says.
"Oh ok" she goes off to Santana, who then comes back.
"I heard she wanted to play" San says.
"Yeah, she does"
"Well, I told her to bring more of the bigger toys so Blaine won't choke on anything because we all know she likes to play with Blaine" she chuckles.
"That is true" I place Blaine down on the floor and looked at my surroundings, knowing that there was enough people in here to keep an eye out on the kids. I soon find Sebastian, who was clearly having a bit of a bromance with Finn.
"Where's Blaine?"
"In the living room with Brittany, I think Santana's still in there too"
"As long as someone's got an eye on him" he says.
"They have"
"There's the birthday girl" Finn cheers as Rachel walks in the room, she blushes and kisses him.
"Hey sorry about having to go upstairs" I apologise.
"It's not a problem, it's probably better up there anyway because it's more quieter so if it gets too noisy for him or even Britt, you can just sneak off and spend as much time as you need up there to settle them down" she says.
"Ok"
"Oh, come 'ere bud" Sebastian says as he places his drink down and picks Blaine up, who was just crawling about everywhere, which he is mostly likely to be stood on.
"Baba" Blaine smiles at him.
"Yeah, hello you, papa hasn't really seen you today" he kisses his cheek. Rachel puts some music on and Brittany got up straight away and started dancing.
"Oh my god" we chuckle. Santana was filming her and then Blaine was doing some weird moves in Sebastian's arms.
"Oh, you too" he chuckles. Santana quickly cleared up the toys so no one would stand on them and let Brittany get on with her dance moves.
"Oh my gosh, that was the funniest thing" Santana comes into the kitchen.
"Ah" he whines as he reaches out for Santana.
"Come on then" she says as she takes him from Sebastian. We chat for a bit and we could tell that the kids were getting hungry.
"When can we start on the food? Sorry to ask but we can tell both kids are getting hungry"
"Oh no, it's fine, actually, you guys can go first and grab what you want for the little ones and yourself and then I'll send other people in" she says.
"Ok, thank you so much Rach"
"Yeah, not a problem" she smiles.
"Hey, what about mine?" Finn whines.
"Ok, you can get yours too" she smiles at him before kissing him. We get the kids their food before getting ours.
"Ah" Blaine screams.
"Hey" I try not to laugh, he only did that because he's starting to get more impatient. We grab our food and sit down and people were coming in and out. Blaine had to sit on Sebastian's lap whilst he was fed as there was no highchair.
"Yummy?" I chuckle as he kept trying to knick food of Sebastian's plate. We soon eat our dinner and I felt Blaine's nappy.
"Oh, he needs a change"
"Here, give me the bag, I'll go do it" Sebastian says as he stands up with Blaine still in his arms.
"There you go" I say as I pass it over to him.
"Thanks" he wanders off to the bathroom and I just chat to Rachel and Santana.
"Where's Sebastian and Blaine?"
"Oh, Blaine needed a change"
"That reminds me, Britt hasn't gone all day except this morning but other than that, she hasn't gone at all" Santana says.
"Jeez, she's probably desperate poor girl" Santana goes off to find her and takes her to the bathroom where Sebastian was now coming out.
"After they've been to the toilet, we'll do the cake" Rachel says.
"Ok, that's fine" they soon come back out and Finn was doing the candles whilst we all went to the living room. Finn soon comes into the room with the cake and we all start to sing, which startles Blaine and makes him cry.
"It's ok, baby, it's ok" I soothe as I quietly leave the room as people were filming.
"Aww, did that scare you?" I coo as I stood in the kitchen just rocking him.
"Hey, is he ok?" Finn comes in with Rachel following behind.
"Yeah, I don't think he likes birthdays" I chuckle.
"Or at least the singing"
"Wanna bit of cake, bud?" Finn coos as he gives the first slice to Rachel and then a slice to me to give to Blaine. Blaine soon perks up at that.
"Yup cake will do it" Sebastian chuckles. I sit down with Blaine and start feeding him cake.
"Here" Finn puts a plate down near me.
"Thanks" we soon eat the cake and people were soon leaving.
"Is it alright if we got the kiddos into their pyjamas?" I ask Rach.
"Yeah sure" she says. I lay Blaine down on the floor, change is nappy and put him into a short sleeve navy blue/white stripe bodysuit that had 'Big Smiles For Daddy' written on it with the matching sleepsuit.
"You guys hang out too much" Sebastian says as Brittany wore a white short sleeve bodysuit that had a giraffe and an elephant on it with 'I love my mummy' written on it with the matching sleepsuit.
"Hope you had a good birthday" I hug Rachel.
"I did, thank you" she hugs back. We all say goodbye and I clip Blaine into his car seat before we headed to the car. We head home and Blaine had fallen asleep, we take him in and take him up. I carefully get him out and quickly change his nappy before putting him in his crib.
"Here, here's his bottle" Sebastian says as he passes it over.
"Eh" Blaine started to wake up.
"Shh, thanks" I say as I grab the bottle off him and give it to Blaine. Once we knew he was settled, we head to our room and get ready for bed ourselves.
"Night, love you"
"Night, love you too" we kiss each other night before falling asleep.
