Golden satin stretches
over the gardens,
summer dominates,
the land of vivid hills,
but it is not summer to me.
It is loud — like boisterous shouts.
It is mad — with flashes of light.
It is crackling like the hatred ripping me apart,
and it is tearing the sky like paper shreds.
It feels although I am now reunited with the thing that knows me the most,
the aggressive lightning.
