I face forward with my back pressed against one of the artificial rocks as if i were a fucking starfish. My breaths come out labored each time i hear someone come close. Just my freaking luck. I tilt my head up catching sight of my towel on top of the rock. 'If i could just grab it ill at least have something to cover myself with.'
Itachi leans back calmly with a sigh, closing his eyes in relaxation.
"Jesus Kiba would you get that thing outta my face dattebayo!?"
His brow twitched as he peered at the underclassmen in amusement.
"Rowdy bunch arent they?" his best friend grinned toothily from a few feet away as he drenched his hair in water.
"More like annoying." Sasori added. His arms and head were resting on the edge of smooth stoney edge of the spring.
Whilst Sasori rested and Kisame was in a casual conversation with another underclassmen named Suigetsu; Itachis spotted something towards the back of the spring. Something that wouldve been hard to catch unless you had his eyes.
Deciding to investigate, he nonchalantly drifted through the fog. Now up closer, he quirked a brow as a small hand peeked out from behind rock trying to grab a white towel that was resting on it. 'He must be to short to reach.' Reaching up, he pushed the towel towards the clawing hand.
"Thanks." A Girly voice replied.
"No problem. " he curtly replied going to leave but froze in his steps with wide eyes.
Turning around lightning fast he marched half way around the big rock with his palm resting on it.
"Gomen, could you please repe-"
Jaw dropped, face the color of the females eyes, Itachi Uchiha was shook. To the core.
"Eh?"
Her eyes which were previously on the wet towel she was tightening around her rather appealing form shifted to his. Silence ran between the two as realization sunk in.
"U-Uchiha?!" Tsugumi shreieked lowly. She tried to tighten the towel more hiding what she could with her hands which only succeeded to make it worse. He immediately turned away covering the lower part of his face as the image of her body replayed over and over in his head. 'Thank kami the waters deeper here otherwise..." The Uchiha mentally groaned as a familiar tingling sensation began to spur in his lower region.
"Not that i dont mind but what are you doing in here Yakuza-san." He questioned cooly.
"I-i thought you guys were checking in for the night and snuck here before hand..." her voice murmured.
"Why didn't you wait till after or in the morning?" He sighed in exasperation sitting down against the rock, his chest and head being the only thing visble.
"It Would've been curfew then and i would've been more likely to be seen by other male guests..."
He scratched his head in thought.
"Theyll probably be here for another few minutes. Can you hold out till then?"
A small hum made a small smirk grace the ravens face.
"Nice towel"
"Screw you."
Itachi clicked his tongue as if he were chastising a child. "So hosti-"
"Oi Itachi me and Sasori are getting out now, you coming?" Kisames voice called through the smoke. They both tensed at the outline of the large man. "No thanks, i think im a stay in alittle while longer!" The uchiha quickly called. Silence responded.
"Eh suit yourself. "
They both released a sigh of relief as the males shadow disappeared.
I sat against the other side of rhe wall, the water coming to my chin. My cheeks were obviously flushed as i couldn't get the image of his sculpted chest out my mind. I sink further in tbe water in embarrassment at how he saw me like this. 'Kami im so embarrassed...'
"Why do you hide your gender?"
My eyes widen slightly at the question not really knowing how to answer it.
"When i was younger living with the Yakuzas people used to mistake me for a boy all the time because of my short hair and how i dressed. The fact that I'd rather go to the shooting range then play with barbies made it no better. I guess...it just grew on me."
"Does Nagisa know?"
I couldnt help but snort, "He'd have a heart attack if he found out."
"You should tell him the truth . Save you both the trouble in a long run."
Another snort responded, "Are you really trying to coach me on telling younger siblings the truth?"
Itachi stilled. Another sigh slipped past his lips as he chuckled lightly. "So You know about it..."
"How long..." She bluntly asked with no hint of sympathy. Even if she didn't know, he appreciated it. He didn't need pity.
Itachi stayed silent, a sad smile gracing his lips.
"Not long enough."

I click my tongue impatiently as me and the red haired female stand on the beginner slope.
"Its pretty simple. Just bend your knees and lean forward a little bit. If you want to slow down, point your toes together"
"You know when i asked you to teach me how to skii, i didnt mean it literallly?!" Karin groans for the umpteenth time.
"What did you mean then?" i prod with squinted eyes.
"Like do something funnn like snow angels, maybe even get on the lift orrr" She waddles to a lump of snow and scoops up a glob. Already knowing her next move i swiftly scoop up a glob and aim.
*Splat*
"A snowball fight..." she murmurs mid throw dejectedly as she now looked like a retarded santa claus from the ball i threw.
"Such a child." i scoff with a small smile being intentionally hypocritical. She gives me a fake smile with fake laughs and suddenly reaches into her coat pocket. "Hold on let me put some chap stick on." i quirk a brow about to ask why she was telling me that but deadpan. Instead of an actual chap stick she was using her middle finger. "Mhm okay." i reply rolling my eyes again. She smacks her lips as if she actually put anything on ans holds out her middle finger. "Want some?" She asks with a taunting smirk..
Turning away, i begin to waddle down the hill towards the lift."No thanks, kami knows where that fingers been." i grimace teasingly over my shoulder. Waddling to catch up with me, i laugh as her eyes turn to saucers and she scoffs pushing up her glasses with a flirtatious grin. "Of course you'd know. " She chirps making question marks float above my bead. She continues giving me the grin and wiggling her brows but i just stare blankly lost. After a moment, she sighs in exasperation. "Kami what are you, a fucking nun?"
"Only on school days." i retort with a teasing smirk causing her to dramatically gasp again. We were now waiting in line to get on the lift. "Tsu Yagami, i did not raise you like this!?" She pretends to blow her nose as we move up in line.
"You didn't raise me at all." I mumur in amusement.
"You dare speak to your mother this way young lady?!"
I roll my eyes and flick her lightly on the forehead causing her to sway clumsily on her skis. The employee ushers us to go next. Taking a seat, i pull my scarf up more as karin sits next to me. Of course she spent a good 2 minutes flirting with the employee whom was an average looking guy, about our age.
"If i remember correctly, im older than you." i state.
"So you do remember something?" She hums with a small grin. I nod in response glancing down as the lift got higher and higher. "Small bits are coming back."
"Thats good." she hums lightly, our attention now on the beautiful view. The sky was an aray of dark blues and greens covered in clouds. It was a surprise considering it wasnt even night time yet.
"Thank you..." Her voice breaks my trance. I raise a brow at the sudden gratitude.
Her attention remains on the landscape, a nostalgic smile on her face.
"When we were younger we used to hang out like this all the time over the summer..."
My eyes shift back to the view. Even if i wasn't looking i was still listening.
"I never got to thank you for listening. Im just now realizing that each time we hung out then, i always had a problem and you always listened. Whenever i would rant to you about some bs that happened do you wanna know what you'd say?"She giggled.
"Sounds like a personal problem."
I sweatdropped. "Sounds like me..."
"Honestly the only reason we were friends was probably because we hated the same things. "
I couldn't help but snicker at the truth in her words. Wasnt that how all friendships should be formed?
"Like that one time where we hated the letter Q-" She began.
""Because it looked like a boogie O?!?"" We finished simultaneously before busting out laughing.
"Good times." She murmured with a faraway look. I furrowed my brows, "what happened to us? If we all used to be close how come we lost contact. Why don't i remember you guys..."
She frowned in response and looked away."I honestly don't know. You'd have to ask the boys since they know.You'd have to ask what happened when we were supposed to meet, that is if they recognize you. Its been a long time."
I make a mental note to ask Gaara about it when i get back since me and dollface weren't on speaking terms. Before we knew it, we were back on the ground once again laughing our asses off.
"Lemme get this straight? He saw you naked?!And you saw him naked?"
"S-shut up! I was wearing a towel.." i make hushing motions looking around warily in embarrassment.
She rolls her eyes before leaning in closely with a serious look. "How big was it?" I blink in confusion. It took a few seconds before my face turns fifty shades of red. "H-how can you be so shameless! Have you no shame!" i whisper harshly looking away. "By that reaction it must be big." She says with a thoughtful expression. "It was under the water.' I say quickly wanting the conversation to change. "Speak of the devil."
My eyes change to the size of plates. "Gomen, do you mind if we borrow Yagami-san here for a bit?" Itachis cool voice interrupts.
I sigh inwardly knowing we had to prepare for the mission but couldn't help but be saddened. 'I was actually having fun with her.' I wasnt used to female company growing up nor did i consider myself to have any close ones at the moment. However, spending time with Karin really put things in perspective. I actually felt like a real girl for once. It was refreshing hanging with someone whom didnt know about the baggage you carried. Someone who knew the real you.
"Not at all." She chirped her eyes glancing at me with a knowing smirk. She turned around and called out "Oi you guys!" Suddenly waddling off in her skis to catch up with a short white haired male whom was sipping on water.
Following behind Itachi and Kisame, i feel eyes penetrating the side of my skull. "What." i bluntly remark not sparing a look to the puppet freak.
"You two seemed close." His response came skeptically making me tense.
"Yeah, shes my..." I rack my head for possible excuses, my eyes landing on a couple sucking face.
"Girl...friend." I say slowly. The inalien words fell out of my mouth knowing i was contradicting myself from earlier. It was He wasnt the type to sip tea and chatter to people about stuff like that. I hear a snort come from Itachi and I send him a quick glare But midstep as the redhead had stooped walking, falling behind us. His eyes were casted to the side holding no emotion, lips forming a straight line.
Shoving his hands in his pocket he walks past me not sparing a glance. "I...see."
