Ross' POV
Well,tour has been amazing so far.I gotta say fans in Europe are amazing.We're in Berlin now and our show is tonight.Everything in this tour has been amazing expect for one thing.Baylee's indifference with me.Of course we had our moments but she isn't the same.She used to be very flirty,romantic and attention with me but now the only thing I get in front of the others is indifference and sometimes she treats me with indifference when we're alone.It's just being hard.I never thought she'd actually keep her word and treat me like her friend with benefit.
Right now we're in an interview.The last one before actually going sightsee.We're waiting Baylee to finish hers so we can go.Actually we're all seeing her while she gives the interview.
'So,Baylee,last question before we finish...all the fans wanna know,is Baylee Rienks dating?' the interviewer asks her
'Dating? No! I'm not dating...It's the wrong Rienks...this Rienks is in love but for her music...Music is my love and my eternal boyfriend' She answers.Ouch,I'm not even her love?
'But the fans says you're dating or having a thing with Ross Lynch...they even have a ship name...it's Raylee' the interviewer says
'Me and Ross are friends...never passed that and never will...The fans can dream and it's quite nice but me and Ross are far from being together' She says smiling to the camera.Ouch again! We're together,Baylee! Not in that away but hey,you're my friend with benefit.
Soon the interview finished and we're able to go sightsee.We are walking around the city when I see that Baylee is walking in the front alone taking photos of the city in her phone.That's my golden opportunity.I walk to her and say whispering so the others can't hear.
'We never passed from being friends?' I ask
'Yes...we're friends' She says looking at her phone
'Bay,we're more than friends' I reply
'No,we are not...We're friends who have fun sometimes in a not convecional way' She says
'C'mon,Bay...you know we are more than that' I argue
'What's up with you? You were the one who always said me that I should stop acting like your girlfriend and start acting like your friend.I'm just doing as told...' She says and looks at me.
'This is not you...You don't act like that' I say looking at her.
'This is a new Baylee...the 2014 version...a less stupid Baylee...a more realist one.' She says and stops.I get closer to her and she steps back.This is just killing me slowly
'And if you still want our deal to continue until Dublin,I suggest you to get used to the new Baylee...This one is not expecting anything...just like you wanted.' She says.I look around and see that everyone is ahead of us.I push her and hug her.She hesitates but hugs me too.I hear some screaming which makes us let go.It's a group of fans.We take some photos with then and rush to get to the others.
'What happened there?' Ellington asks.
'A group of fans hold us,sorry' Baylee says.She leaves my side and go show something to Ryland in her phone.Sometimes I feel jealous of the bolding they have.Is it even normal to feel jealous towards your friend with benefit and her best friend which is your brother?.I know Ryland has a girlfriend and stuff but c'mon,I am sure half of the guys would end marriages for Baylee.
'I think it's time to go to the venue' Andre says.We nod and walk back to our van.During the whole ride,I pay attention in Baylee.She is into what it seems a fun conversation with Ellington and Rydel.
Outside the venue is crowed.There's a lot of people here.We quickly get into the venue.
After we were all dressed and after the meet and greet,it's time for Q&A which we're doing with Baylee,Brandon and Savannah today.We get in the stage and Riker announces then.They get in and say hi to everyone.
'Sooo,first question...who wanna start?' Riker asks
'I wanna start' I say
'So choose' Rydel says
'You with the 'Raylee' poster...and I believe Baylee's name is with B' I say joking
'Hi,I wanna know who is dating?' she asks
We look at each other and smile.This is the kind of question most of us avoid.
'We all know for sure that Riker is dating' Rocky says joking.Yeah,Meghan and Riker assumed the relationship and hey,I'm happy for then.
'Yeah,I'm dating...taken,girls!' Riker says
'You better be...you're dating my sister' Baylee says also joking.Well,this is gonna be fun
A phone starts ringing.We look around and found it's Baylee's.
'Sorry,guys...I am gonna be back in a minute' she says leaving the stage.
'Who do you think it is?' Rocky asks
'I am beating is some guy...She left all smily' Ellington says
'I think it's her sister or parents' I say hoping it's not a dude.
She comes back a second later and sits again in the chair she left empty.We all look at her in silence
'What?' she asks
'Who it was?' I ask
'No one' she says
'You don't answer no one' I reply
'Of course,I do...I'm curious girl' she says
'Seriously Baylee,who it was?' I ask
'I already told...no one...it's just some unfinished business' She answers
'Hey,people...could you finish the jealous argument later?' Rocky says.He is the middle of us almost laughing
'It's not an argument...It's just your brother being a pain in the ass.' Baylee replies.I open my mouth and put my hands in my chest like I'm offended.Actually,I'm a mix of feelings now.
'Ouchhh,Ross dear,shut up until next year...ok next question...' Rydel says changing subject.Like I said indifference.In the old times,Baylee would have told me right away because she didn't want any secrets.Now,secrets it's what we have the most.The Q&A ended soon and we said our byes until the show.
I was going on Twitter when I saw a fan tweet.
"@r5baby : Saw @rossr5 and @bayleerienks today without the others in a hug today in Berlin...RAYLEE guys,RAYLEE...check out the photo"
I opened the photo.It was Baylee and me hugging.You can see Baylee smiling while hugging me.I smiled.She still smiles when she hugs me.I don't know what up with me but I hate being in this situation with Baylee.I feel someone sitting in the couch next to me.Ryland.His show must have ended.
'Hey bro,whatcha your thinking?' he asks
'I'm thinking about Baylee' I say
'Well,in what exactly?'
'In her indifferent lately...'
'Well,brotha,she is just being like you were with her.'
'I wasn't like that with her...I wasn't that indifferent like her' I say
'Yes,you were...You had your romantic moments but you were just as indifferent as she is with you now...she is just being like you'
'She doesn't have her romantic moments'
'Of course she does...The hug today in a public place...she posting a photo of the flower you gave her in Valentines day...she even called you Rossy in that interview'
'It was an accident'
'Or maybe it was her way of saying 'babe'...Ross,she is just giving what you deserve...I am your brother so I can say...You were a lot worst to Baylee...she is being nice to you even...if it was me,I'd have ended it a long time ago.' he says getting up.I wasn't that bad to Baylee,was I? I just didn't act like I'm her boyfriend which I wasn't and I'm still not.I look up to see Baylee and Brandon playing pool.They look like they're having fun playing against Rydel and Ellington.She eliminates another ball and he hugs her lifting her up.She giggles and they hig five when he puts her down.Back in the days that would be me.I miss the old days
After the concert...
We are all super tireds so we go straight to our rooms to take a shower.After taking my shower,I go to Baylee's room.Like always,her door is open.Not that she lets open for me,ohhh I wish that,she just forgets to close with the key.
I get inside and see that she is asleep.She looks so cute asleep.I lay down next to her and wrap my arms around her.She immediately wakes up scared and almost jump off the bed.
'Ross! Shit! What the fu'k you're doing here?' She asks
'Well...I come to spend some time with you' I say
'What?! No...get out! I'm not in the mood for that' she says
'Bay,I don't want sex...I just want to cuddle after a long day' I explain
'What?! Cuddle? Ross,friends with benefits don't cuddle...so get out' she says pointing to the door.
'Who said you that?' I ask surprise
'You...now leave,I really wanna sleep before going to the airport' she says getting up
'C'mon Baylee...please' I say also getting up
'Cuddle with your pillow if you're so needy...now get out' she says
'Baylee...' I say getting closer to her.I push her and kiss her.She kisses me too but when we let go,she steps back looking at the ground almost like she regreted it
'Leave please Ross' she says still looking at the ground.
'Fine...see you in the morning' I say and she nods.I leave and close the door.I stay in her door hoping she'll open the door and call me.I hear footsteaps and smile but then I hear the key meaning she closed the door with the key so I couldn't get in.I stare at the door for a moment and then go back to my room.
I lay in my bed thinking.She just rejected cuddling.Baylee never rejects cuddling,actually she loves cuddling.Then I think better,she didn't reject cuddling.She rejected me.She actually rejected me.Like she promised she would.I can't believe that!
I go on Twitter because I couldn't sleep.I see that Baylee tweeted a moment ago
"@bayleerienks : I just did the hardest thing in the world...am I finally getting in reality or just breaking myself more?"
I immediately answer but not to her.Just tweeting
"@rossr5 : Maybe people change,you know...and you could be breaking then"
I check again after a minute and there's another 2 tweets from Baylee.
"@bayleerienks : People inded change...New year,new person...get used to it..."
"@bayleerienks : And THANKS BERLIN! You were awesome tonight! PS: Also I'm very happy to say me and @brandon_hudson kicked @ratliffr5 and @rydelr5 on pool today...It's possible winning a game against Ms.Lynch peopleee"
I lock my phone but I can't sleeping without knowing what is happening on Twitter so I open again and see that there's a whole conversation between Brandon,Baylee,Rydel and Ellington.
