"What is this?" Asked one of the men behind me. All around me where people laying on the ground. If I was a child is think they where all sleeping but I knew better.
"There you are! It's about time mister, I thought you'd never make it." My head snapped to the side to see a young boy standing there but he looked different as if his body was transparent, no. His body was definitely transparent.
"Oh god, your.."
"Yes I'm a ghost." The little boy said sadly.
"I'm so sorry if I had gotten here faster maybe I could have saved you."
"I've been in here for months, hoping that someone would find me."
"What?"
"When you heard me it's was just the echo of my soul Ive been stuck in here for so long."
"I'm so sorry." I sobbed until I felt a small hand on my face.
"Don't cry I may be gone but because of you I'm free it's to late for me to tell my story, but there's someone alive who can." The boys body started to glow gold as he spoke.
"Who?"
"You, all I want is to not be forgot , so please never forget me John." And with that he turned into a ball of Golden light. As my tears started to fade I looked to the ground to see a beautiful flower on the ground. A forget me not.

The grandson sniffled and cryed in the grandfather's arms.
"It's okay please don't cry."
"So he went to a better place grandpa?"
"Yes he did and now just like me you'll remember him too."
"I'll never forget him!"
"Alright alright, now go play." The boy smiled and took off outside sliding right pass his dad.
"You know he'll never forget that story right?" Asked the son
"Yup and neither did you Aiden"
