we're currently walking on the streets of shanghai, eating the street foods available, as we all wait for miyoung's email
"i think we need to wear something that is elegant" i muttered to myself as i read the email that miyoung sent
"why?", i face my phone to quanzhe for him to read
zhenghao tried to see what's on the phone too, their baby fats are squishing to each other's cheeks
"i know where to go" zhenghao stated as he walked ahead of us, me and quanzhe followed

"WHY DO I HAVE TO WEAR THIS? I AIN'T A WOMAN!" he shouted from the fitting room
"most people there are men, so i suggest to wear something provocative for us to distract them" i finished off my make up as i turned my head to see the fitting room
"DO YOU THINK THIS IS A GOOD CHOICE?"
i chuckled, "of course, if you don't mind. please go out since we need to steal those folders before 10 pm"
i checked the time on the wall clock, "it's already 8:03 pm, make it quick"
the both of them sighed and went out of the fitting room, quanzhe wearing a cocktail dress and a long wig, zhenghao wearing a long gown and a bob style wig; they look prettier than me, it makes me sad
i laughed because of their pretty transformation, "sit here, let me put you some make up"
quanzhe shook his head, "this is humiliating already, so no"
"do we have to do this? i mean we can decline miyoung's orders" zhenghao explained using hand gestures
"do you want to stay at the superior's dungeon for the rest of your lives and will be single forever? if no, then let's make this one quick! stop complaining"
"i could marry you when we're at the superior's dungeon" quanzhe tilt his head as if what he suggested was right
i scoffed, "as if i'll accept"
"now sit if you don't want to be late"
the both of them sighed and sit infront of the vanity mirror with disgust written all over their face, i asked for some help from the salon staffs to do their make up

the chandelier are bright and shiny as we entered The Langham Shanghai Xintiandi, we went straight ahead to the function hall since we only have 1 hour left
"excuse me, ms. where are your invitation cards?" the guy stopped us by the door of the function hall
i looked to xiaoyu and saw her laughing awkwardly, don't tell me she doesn't have the fucking invitations?
zhenghao waved his phone in a lady-like manner, and alas the guy let us in
"was that the real invitation?" i whisper-yelled to zhenghao as we walked along the long hallway before entering the main part of the hall where the main event took place
"no, it was just something like a bait. you know what i mean" zhenghao winked, i thought this kid was innocent
xiaoyu snapped her fingers infront of us, "there are only two folders that we must steal but those two folders have everything in it. zhenghao will steal from Wang Yibo"
she showed us a picture of Wang Yibo which is pretty handsome and young
she continued, "while for you, quanzhe. you need to steal from Huang Zitao", and again she showed me a picture of Huang Zitao from her phone
"how about you?" zhenghao asked
"you are obviously the girly-girl among us! you must do something!" i exclaimed as i clenched my fists in anger, this is too much humiliation
"me?" she pointed to herself, "i'll follow once you messed up" she smirked
she let us turned our back to her as she pushed us to the crowd, "now move, we only have 45 minutes left"
i sighed as me and zhenghao find our own ways, i turned my back once again to see xiaoyu and smiled, she just signalled me to go
what was the name again? Huang Zitao? he is skinny and tall. i should find him quick
i turned my head around the place to find him, i saw him in one of the vip tables with two more guys
i quickly made my way to this Huang Zitao guy, "uhm hi, mind if i sit here?" i tried to sound girlish
"yes, sure babe" he winked, ugh disgusting. he is like yanjun
i sit next to him and bowed, "what's your name sweetie? i am Huang Zitao, these two friends of mine are Wu Yifan and Lu Han" the two guys waved their hands as zitao introduced the both of them
a name! he asked me who i am, i should think of a name!, "i am X-Xu Mengjie!", i smiled
he patted my head, "nice to meet you! why are you here btw?"
i saw the folders that i need beside him, i also noticed him and his friends are a little bit tipsy, one more shot and they're completely drunk
i chuckled, "i just want to drink with you guys, here have some more!" i poured the drink in their glasses which they gladly accept
i waited for them to gulp it down, i leaned my body near zitao as i slowly snatch the folders beside him, "do you want to have a good good tonight, sweetie?" he asked while he wander his hands around my butt which made me want to vomit
"next time maybe?" i slid a blank white card in his pockets as i stood up with the folders in my hands, his two friends? knocked out
"just call me" i let my hand form in to a telephone and wiggle it near my ear as if waiting for someone's call
i turned my back to the three of them as i saw zhenghao running for his life, did he get caught?
"FOLLOW HIM!" a guy shouted which i assumed is Wang Yibo
i saw zhenghao passed the folders to xiaoyu and ran, i quickly went near xiaoyu hoping she didn't get caught by one of Wang Yibo's men
"are you okay?", she nodded with disappointment written all over her face
"we need to help zhenghao" she sobbed, "this is all my fault"
i hugged her as she cried on my shoulders, caressed her hair, "don't worry. he knows a lot of shortcuts here in Shanghai"
she wipes her tears as she let go of my grip, "how?"
i smiled, "we have a lot of shortcuts in the whole China that is purposely for us. if he went there successfully, he'll arrived on the underground bases"
i turned my gaze around and gets the folders that xiaoyu was holding, "let's go? it's already 9:45"
she nodded, i intertwined our fingers together and we both went out of the place
"we'll go to the underground base, let's find him there"

"WAAAAAAH! MACAU! I MISSED THIS PLACE!" i screamed as i ran around the place with my arms wide open to feel the air
xingjie smiled, "we know, so please behave yourself first"
i quickly went near him and cling my arm into his, "did you received the email from miyoung-ssi?"
yanchen coughed beside me, "missy, i'm here as well"
"oh right, sorry" i cling my another arm into yanchen's arm too

i read it as loud as possible when xingjie showed me his phone, no missions? impossible!
"that's impossible. we don't have any missions?" i asked as i let go to the both of them
yanchen stretched his arms, "great! let's have fun here then"
"no, this is weird" xingjie stated
"i know right!"
xingjie turned his head around, "what are you looking for?"
xingjie points to the nearby table and chairs, "let's decode this one!"
"do you really think there's something behind that?" yanchen asked, yawning
i slap his shoulders lightly, "let's just try to decode this one and if none, let's have fun" i raised my arms in a v manner and smiled
we found xingjie sitting there already so we quickly followed him, we both sit to the both sides of xingjie
i saw him type really fast as combinations of numbers and letters appeared on the screen, i am amazed, i'm too dumb to learn this hacking, coding, tracking, or whatever it is
i heard him chuckled, "why?" i pouted
"am i that amazing when hacking? you look really amazed by my skills" he smirked
"tss. as if you're the only one who specialize on that" yanchen scoffed and crossed his arms as he leaned his back to xingjie's side
i nodded to xingjie's statements and points to the laptop, "this what you call hacking" i paused for awhile as he turned his gaze to me
"can i learn this one?" i laughed awkwardly
he let out a soft chuckle and ruffled my hair, "no baby, you're not allowed to"
i pouted, "but why?"
"you have handling weapons as your specialty, that's enough already" he continued typing something on the keyboard i don't understand
"she can learn a lot new things, xingjie" yanchen butts in
"yanchen's right!" i smiled, i'll try to persuade him as much as possible
xingjie sighed, "when we go back home, i'll teach you but for one condition.."
my face lit up as i clap in excitement, "what condition is that?"
"you'll be my girlfriend"
i saw xingjie fall to the ground and there i realized yanchen punched him, he's really fast, i didn't notice that quickly
xingjie was about to punch yanchen too when i meddle between them, "wait! stop! can we just do this mission first? fight in the house! not here!"
xingjie's laptop beeped notifying a message or something, we quickly look to it and saw the real message behind miyoung's email which xingjie probably successfully decoded

congrats for finding the real message behind my email, you never ceased to disappoint me and wenjun. your real mission is to get the private files from all the private clans in Macau. Xingjie can do that quickly right?
after that, you could roam around Macau and let Maxine experience China again. she probably missed that place. your allowance is on your bank accounts!

"YEEEEEEES!" i screamed and jumped at the same time
"now huba from monster hunt, let's do this quick!" yanchen ordered xingjie to do his work
xingjie pouted and sits on the chair, "give me some moral support"
i hugged him from the side and rested my head on his shoulders, "you can work like this, right?"
"tss. i don't like love birds" yanchen crossed his arms and sits across to us
i saw xingjie smiled from the reflection of the laptop, he immediately typed something again that i don't understand

it took us 50 minutes to wait for xingjie, there were a lot of private clans that's why it was a little bit difficult for him
these private clans are clans that doesn't want to have a partnership with us (mint, magenta, and eucatasthrope) but for blackmailing purposes, we need to do this
i shrug yanchen for him to wake up, "what century?" he asked, exposing his bird's nest hair with his bloodshot eyes
"2018" xingjie answered as he put his laptops back to his bag
"let's go?" i smiled as we all stood up
"NOW! LETS HAVE SOME FUUUUN!" i screamed as i jumped away from them, i heard the both of them chuckled and followed me
