The wonderful SnookerWither suggested that I should create a list of my top twenty bands/artists... so, here we go!
I don't usually even try to list my favourite music in any kind of order, because I'm always changing my mind about where everything would go on the list, and I always end up forgetting something as well... I'll probably end up looking at this list tomorrow and realising I missed out one of my favourite bands XD
Oh well, let's just get on with it:
20 - Fleetwood Mac
I love so many Fleetwood Mac songs! They're an absolutely brilliant band.
19 - Foo Fighters
Well, I couldn't exactly miss the Foos off this list because Snooker would murder me (ehehe), but seriously, you gotta love Dave.
18 - Buddy Holly
You have to be dead inside not to love Buddy Holly ❤️
17 - The Monkees
These are way too low down on the list! I've begun listening to the Monkees a lot more recently and I absolutely adore their music.
16 - The Doors
Light My Fire is such an iconic song, and there are so many other great Doors tunes as well.
15 - Electric Light Orchestra
Mr Blue Sky is one of my all-time favourite songs, so it would be sinful not to put ELO on this list.
14 - Nirvana
Another one I don't have to explain!
13 - The Who
So many great songs! But am I the only one who gets annoyed when people smirk and say "Who are the Who?" as if they're being really smart and witty?
12 - Aerosmith
Aerosmith definitely deserves a place in my top twenty. Dream on, less-talented bands!
11 - The Kinks
I have so many memories of singing along to Kinks songs. One of my favourites is Days - it's one of those few songs that makes me tear up a little :')
10 - Creedence Clearwater Revival
Someone told me long ago, there's a calm before the storm...
9 - Elton John
I'm lucky enough to have friends who are Elton John fans, which is always nice.
8 - The Rolling Stones
Again - I don't even need to explain!
7 - Oasis
But don't look back in anger, I heard you say...
6 - Simon & Garfunkel
Seriously, the first time I heard them on vinyl was just amazing. I love them to bits, to be honest.
5 - Queen
No explanation necessary!
4 - David Bowie
I'm sure everybody knows at least a few Bowie songs! He's a true icon.
3 - Pink Floyd
Not gonna bother explaining! I'd need a PowerPoint 😂
2 - Led Zeppelin
No explanation necessary! Led Zeppelin are legends.
1 - The Beatles
Yes, I know I'm totally unpredictable. John, Paul, George and Ringo are both the soundtrack and loves of my life <3

I'm sorry for the terrible references! Don't take this list seriously or anything because it's kinda rushed and I honestly haven't got a clue... It's just the first twenty bands that popped into my head to be honest 😂
