Hidden
The fog clouds the night sky
Veiling the stars light
Hiding their beauty.
Much like the girls smile
Hides her pain.
Or the boys sunglasses
Hides his flaws.
Reality tries to set in
They all try to push it out.
Some can't face it.
To some it happens accidentally.
Perhaps it's just how life goes
The big things often
Hidden from our hearts
Our minds.
Our eyes can't see it all
Though we like to think we do
We like to think we can fix
People's broken pieces.
But glass can't be unbroken
Words can't be unspoken
And not everything can be seen.
