When boredom strikes
and you've had a tough day,
Fatigue weighs down your lids
and you snore away...
Sleep is a gift,
a blessing I might add
If you aren't an insomniac,
you are a lucky lad!
Sleep is magical
it shuts down your brain,
Yet somehow it manages to
take you down the memory lane...
And as you pick up the notebook
with studying the only goal in mind,
You will find yourself napping,
with your books left far behind!
Musicians sleep with a violin in hand,
the one with the book is a geek;
But the best of all are we students,
who nap while teachers speak!
