Third Person's POV
She stood there dumbfounded as she looked at him with her beady eyes. She let out a gasp and it was like she was under a trance. In his mind, he was cursing in different languages. Good grief.
She reached out to touch his face and he jerked back. All his muscles were tensed. It felt as if the temperature dropped there. He looked down at her and uttered no words. he tilted his head as if not know what to do with her. His eyes darted to the closed door and her parted lips as she continued to stare at him. Deep down, he wanted to kiss her badly. But there was that nagging feeling in his gut that she was no good for him. He would end up hurt but the moment was too much for him to take.
Sooner than he expected, they were pressed against each other. Just inches separating their lips. He hesitated to do anything and she noticed and she took action. Feeling her lips against his, it was a feeling of a lifetime.
