They opened the door and crossed the road to their favorite place to explore.

Then a car came. There wasn't an alternative.
"MICHAEL!!"
The smaller boy was pushed.
"JACE!!"

"Please, let me help you. I don't want you to be like Jace--"
"FUCK OFF, MICHAEL!"
The door was slammed. A bang was heard. Followed by a thud.
The girl had shot herself.

Michael picked the lock and opened the bathroom door.
She was unconcious. She had tried to turn on the water to wash away the blood, but the water became useless and stained red.

Rain was pouring. Michael didn't care. He had to go.

He opened the door and looked out at the street.
The street he got hit on.
The street that caused his sister's shooting herself.

He put on the jacket.
Many patches bought by his brother, 2 hand-sewn by his sister.

He took of running to the abandoned side of the street. There were cars, but no houses. Nobody would see.

He smiled as he felt a tear roll down his cheek, remembering his brother's last words to him before going unconscious.
"Come see me soon."

Then he realized he left the note at home.
Whatever. Someone would find it.

This was a life his sister couldn't deal with. That this boy couldn't help her with.

The rain brought more memories. He and his siblings loved the rain.. Now it brought only sadness.

"For them.. It's for them." He whispered.
He turned to see a car coming.

He dropped his phone on the sidewalk and smiled.

Then, he jumped into the street.
Suddenly, a light-brown-skinned orange-hoodie wearing boy from the car stopped it and stepped out. A twin girl stepped out after him.
"MICHAEL..!! But.."
"But we were coming home....."
