"Hmpt" Zaku said.
"Ino but why?" asked Sakura.
"Cause I'm tired of you showing off in front of Sasuke." Ino replied.
"These leaf village worms are going to regret getting into something that doesn't concern them" Dosu said. Choji got chills from what he said.
"Are you two crazy? What are we doing here? It's dangerous!" Choji said scared.
"Your right, This sucks but we have no choice. Ino came out. If we just sit back and let a girl do all the fighting. My pride as a guy will be ruined." Shika said.
"Sorry you guys for dragging you both into this. But we are a team right? All for one and one for all!" Ino said smiling.
"Yeah..." Shika smiled "What's meant to happen will"
"This ain't team work! This is more like a death wish." Choji cried "Lemme out here! Please!" he said wiggling around.
"Stop it! Your making us look like fools" Shika said.
"Hehe...Better alive sheep than a dead lion right fatso?" chuckled Zaku. Choji stopped. His ear twitched as he heard the insult.
"Did I hear that right? Did you just call me a fatso?" said Choji.
'Huh...uh oh he just pressed the wrong button on Choji. Big time' thought Shika worried.
"You wanna try and say that again?" asked Choji to Zaku.
"I said your smart to get out while you can. FATTY!" Zaku said louder.
Choji was silent then he suddenly turned around pissed.
"WHO ARE YOU CALLING FAT? IM JUST ALITTLE CHUBBY OKAY?" he yelled "CHUBBY FOREVER!" Sakura looked confused.
"That does it. Now this is personal. Its a fight to the death between leaf and sound." Choji said determined but also agitated.
'Hehe thanks to the dude calling him fat. Choji in it now.' Smirked Ino.
"Sakura your teammates are down. Look after them" Ino ordered. Sakura nodded.
"Formation!" Ino yelled.
"Ina, Shika, Cho!" they said. Choji then used his Expansion Jutsu which made his size alot bigger. He then used leaf taijutsu to put his arms and legs into his clothes to roll around at the enemy.
"You gotta be kidding. Maybe I'll die from laughter than die from your attack" Zaku joked. Zaku then used his air technqiue to try and blow Choji away. It wasn't working. He put more pressure to it. Didn't work as well. Choji then jumped. Zaku got surprised. Dosu noticed something and ran towards Zaku.
'Oh no you don't mummy man. Time to put you into wrap' Shika thought 'Ninja art Shadow possesion jutsu!' a shadow came out from Shika and headed towards Dosu. He then stopped and wondered why he couldn't anymore. He then looked down and at a smirking Shika.
"Why are you just standing there like that?" asked Kin wondering.
"arghh...its some type of paralisis jutsu" Dosu answered.
"Ino...I leave the girl to you" Shika said. Ino nodded. "Just take care of my body while I'm gone"
"Sure" Shika said.
"Ninja art mind transfer jutsu!" Ino called out. She suddenly then transfer herself into Kin.
"Its over now! If you move your mates gonna get it. Now hand over the scroll and leave. I can sense chakra so when your far away enough I'll let her go" Ino threatened them in Kin body. But the two just smirked. Zaku then made a hand sign and attacked kin.
'What...these guys even attack their own comrade..' Ino thought surprised.
"Are you guys stupid or what? Our goal is not the scroll or this stupid exam. It's Sasuke!" Dosu said.
'Shit....my jutsu wil end soon' thought Shika. His shadow then pulled back from Dosu.
"Oh...so your paralisis jutsu has a limit duration."
"Shadow possession jutsu...get your jutsu's right" said Shika.
"Whatever...And it seems like your teammate is able to transfer her soul into anothers body. Very clever but dangerous dont you think? Anything happens to Kin happens to her too. So to say if Kin dies so does she" Dosu finished.
"What are you trying to say? You're going to kill her?" asked Shika.
"Well if push comes to shove. Yeah" said Zaku raising his hand again.
"Oh man what a drag!" Shika sighed.
"Yeah no kidding" agreed Choji.
"Did you really think you can beat us? Face it you guys are trash" Zaku said.
"From a second rate village" Dosu said.
"Huh that some tough talk" said Neji appearing on a tree branch with Tenten.
"Then that makes your village third rate" Neji continued "I wonder if you amateur are ready to take on the real thing"
"What?" Dosu yelled.
Everyone turned to face them. "It's Lee's team" Sakura said "I wondered when they'll get here"
"Lee!" cried Tenten. "You blew it" said Neji arms crossed.
'These genin keep popping out of the woods like cockroaches' Dosu thought annoyed.
"Its looks like someone used our teammate as a punching bag" Neji said.
"Noone does that and gets away with it!" Neji threatened and turned on his byakugan.
Everyone was surprised. 'His eyes. He's not just looking at us. He's looking through us' Dosu thought shocked.
"No more playing around TenTen. Full power" Neji said. Neji then noticed something.
'That chakra...' he thought. "Neji?" Tenten asked.
"Well? Are you going to stay up there all day or are you going do something about it?" Dosu asked.
"Actually, it looks like it has been taken out of my hands" Neji said smirking.
"Hm....huh?" Dosu mustered and looked at the flowing chakra. It came from Sasuke. Everyone look towards Sasuke. Sasuke then suddenly got up the flowing purple chakra surrounding him.
"Sasuke? Thats Sasuke?" said Ino wondering in disbelief.
"Sakura....who did this to you?" asked Sasuke.
"Who was it?" he asked again.
'Those marks...there all over his body.' Dosu thought.
"Sasuke...whats happening?" asked Sakura. Sasuke looked at his hands. Black marks surrounding it.
"Don't worry. I'm alright. It's only the power flowing through me" he reassured her.
"In fact I've never felt better. He gave me this gift and he made me understand what I am. I am an avenger. Too follow my path I must have power, even if it consumes me by evil" he said bitterly.
'Now I see...Those marks on his neck....they are curse marks.' Dosu thought 'Who would've thought he would survived.'
"Sakura tell me. Which one did this too you?" he asked her once more.
"That it be me" smirked Zaku. Sasuke looked at him in the corner of his eye. He then turned towards him.
"Ino! Hurry up and get back into your body" Shika yelled "You dont wanna get involved in this. You too Choji come on!"
"Coming!" Choji said running towards Shika. Ino then transfer herself back into her body.
"Good to have you back" Shika said.
"Shikamaru, What is this all about?" Choji asked.
"How should I know" Shika said.
The marks around Sasuke face started to spread even more. Dosu starting to get scared and worried.
'What is this?' He wondered. 'This chakra is too big. Too powerful. we can't fight that!'
"Dosu! whats wrong? Don't tell me your getting scared cause of this kid?" said Zaku.
"No Zaku you don't understand!" warned Dosu.
"Watch this. I'll take care of all of them in one move." Zoku said arrogantly.
"SUPER-SONIC SLICING WAVE!" he yelled. A big air wave of pressure came out of his hands pushing them back.
"Heh..Whata know blew them all away" he smirked.
"Not quite" said Sasuke beside Zaku hitting him on the side making him fly.
"Such speed. He got both of his teammates in a blink of an eye" Dosu said. Zaku was shocked. Sasuke then swifty made hand signs.
"Fire style: Phoneix flower jutsu!" Sasuke called out aiming the flames at them. Dosu uses the air cutting technqiue blowing out the flames. But in the flames were shurikens. Hitting Zaku.
"Zaku get down" yelled Dosu. Suddenly, Sasuke was behind Zaku grabbing both his arms behind him. With Sasuke feet on his back. Sasuke smirked.
'His chakra it's completely different....its fiercer...darker...can it be true?' Ino thought.
Sasuke was starting to pull on Zaku arms putting his leg where Zaku arms connect to the shoulders.
"You seem to be very proud of these arms" Sasuke said "You must be very attach to them."
"No....what are you doing?" Zaku said shocked. Then Sasuke proceeds to pull and push his foot deeper till he broke one of Zaku arm. Dosu and Sakura were shocked. Sasuke then looked back at Dosu.
"Looks like your next" he threatened. Dosu was scared.
"I hope you make it more interesting than your friend here." Sasuke said walking towards Dosu.
'No....this isn't Sasuke. This isn't the Sasuke I know.' Sakura thought tears about to flow.
Suddenly, Someone wiped away Sakura tears off her face. She looked up it was Naruto.
"Naruto...!" she said shocked. Everyone looked towards her except Sasuke. He just kept walking towards Dosu.
"It's going to be alright Sakura. I got this" Naruto said smiling. He suddenly dissappeared then appearing in front of Sasuke folding his arms.
"You should stop this Sasuke." Naruto said.
"Naruto....get out of way..." Sasuke demanded angry.
"Do you know you're not yourself?" Naruto replied shaking his head.
"What do you mean? I feel just fine. With this power I'll be able to do what is needed to be done. If anyone gets in my way I'll kill them even you!" Sasuke smirked laughing an evil laugh.
"Sa....sasuk....kun...." stuttered Sakura in disbelief. The others were surprised.
"Sasuke..." Naruto sighed "Seems like I have to do it. It's only gonna be for a sec Saskura. He'll be fine" Naruto said to her.
"Wahh? what are you going to-" Sakura asked. Before she can finish Naruto hit a pressure point at Sasuke neck which made him not breath. Sasuke was gasping for air.
'What the hell...?' Everyone thought.
The curse tattoo around Sasuke suddenly retreated back into the Mark. Naruto then reopened his airway and Sasuke was able to breath again. Sasuke then fell down. Sakura quickly went to Sasuke. He was breathing heavly.
"Naruto! What did you do? he could've die!?" she said yelling at him.
"Will you calm down? I would'nt let him die like this. Plus he back to normal right?" Naruto sighed.
'The mark has receded...we're safe for now. But that boy again....' Dosu thought. Naruto then faced towards Dosu.
"You should give us your scroll. I'll be nicer defeating you than he will be if you don't" Naruto smiled putting his hand out.
"....You are strong...both of you. Too strong. We can't hope to defeat you the way you are now. Here is the scroll" Dosu said throwing the scroll at Naruto. He walks towards Zaku and picked him up.
"It would seem that we underestimated you. But atleast we found out what we needed to know." then he grabs Kin.
"For the moment we're even. But should it happen again when we meet in combat. I promise you we wont run or hide." Dosu said. Turning and leaving.
"Wait!" yelled Sakura. Dosu stopped and turned around at her.
"Who is this Orchimaru? What does he want Sasuke? Why Sasuke?" she desperately asked.
"I don't know. All I know is that we were told to target Sasuke. And we did." Dosu replied.
"I don't know why he sent us to assissinate someone on whom he bestowed such powers. I don't why Sasuke even survived the curse mark. There are many things I dont know. " Dosu finally said and walked away.
"Hey you guys okay? Ino you look out for Lee. I'll check out Sasuke and Sakura." Shika said.
"Alright." Ino agreed.
'That was no normal chakra. I had no idea the Uchiha clan was so strong.' Neji thought.
Sasuke looked at his hands shaking. "Just what am I?" he said wondering.
Naruto walked up to Sakura and Sasuke.
"You okay Sasuke?" he asked.
".....Yeah..." replied Sasuke.
"Seems like you have a new hairstyle Sakura." said Naruto. He took out a cloth and handed it too her. "Clean your face...." he said.
"Are you okay Naruto? You fell unconsious" said Sakura.
"Yeah I know. Let's just say I didn't know how to hold back even with a bruise head. Kind of a bad idea." Naruto said "But I was awake the whole time when those sound-nin came..." he smirked. Sakura was slient. "But you did good Sakura. You did everything you can to protect us and it was enough. You're becoming a real ninja." he smiled.
"You shouldve help anways! What if something would've happened?" she yelled at him.
"Nothing would've happened. I felt Ino, Lee, Shika, Choji pressence coming. In fact Ino, Shika, and Choji were hiding a good while til they got the courage to help you. And it was obvious that Neji and Tenten wouldve come cause Lee was late." Naruto continued "And I felt Sasuke chakra. I was curious what would happen since he had the curse mark"
"So you know about it?" asked Sakura.
"That's my secret and you to find out" said Naruto smirking.
Sakura sighed. She was just happy that they both were okay and Sasuke was back to normal.
