TORI'S POV
Hey'all!!!! Remember me guys? Cousin of Kristen Yang, one of Quest's top artists, VICTORIA HAN. People often call me Tori, my stage name. I'm part of a trio named T3. Co-members ko sina TRACEY CHOI (Dave's cousin), a rapper, composer & DJ, and TIA SHIM, our main vocalist & a voice teacher @ Quest LA, and yours truly is a supporting vocal, main dancer & dance trainor @ QUEST LA too. As you can see our group's not based here in the Philippines but we have a mission to find new talents for Quest and we already found not just one but two.
"Tori-unnie, it's New Year, tama na muna ang trabaho." Tin said sabay inabutan ako ng barbeque at umupo sa tabi ko.
"Oo nga naman Eomma-Vic. Besides we already have two artists who will sign up kaya medyo pwede na tayong magrelax." Tia.
"Really unnie? You already got two?" Tin.
"Luckily, yeah kahit nireject mo yung offer namin." Tracey answered Tin.
We actually wanted Tin to sign for Quest after she back out from Wave with a reason still unknown to everyone except her mom and dad i guess. Ewan ko ba, since bumalik sya from Korea last summer, she lost her confidence, inayawan na nyang kumanta or sumayaw.
"Sorry na unnie." Tin then hugged Tracey on her waist. Good thing they became close kahit medyo nagselos si Tin sa kanya. Eh kasi naman kahit pormang boy idol si Tracey, maganda pa din sya. "So, who were the lucky two?"
I stood up. It's time to introduce one of them, kaya nga kami nagpunta dito sa New Year's party ng ZSADE.
I played the song we recorded with our two newest discoveries.

I remember when we were yelled at for talking in the halls

The first two line made 'em stopped. Nababasa ko sa mga mata nila that they were all satisfied with the boy's voice.

Tumingin sakin si Tin after the next two lines with a girl singing. It was not me nor Tia. I guess she already know who's our newest girl discovery.

KAREESHMA'S POV
Yeah. I'm the newest Quest trainee. I don't know how it turned out this way basta nagising na lang ako na ito na ang gusto kong gawin. i want to sing, to perform.
Best looked at me, I smiled to her, she smiled back. I know naiintindihan nya ako.
"Ouch!" I heard babe exclaimed. Napaso nya ang sarili nya habang nagluluto ng barbeque.
"Are you okay?" I immediately hold his hand.
All of a sudden my tears started to fall down. "I'm sorry."
"Why are you crying?" he worriedly asked.
"Alam kong ayaw mo.... pero....."
"hush." He kissed me on my forehead. "i'm proud of you."
KRISTEN'S POV
I can't help but smile while watching my two bestest friends make up. Best told me few days ago na nagkatampuhan sila ni Lei (Eid) dahil nga gusto nyang magtraining sa Quest.
ZSADE and I all know how difficult it is to be a trainee. Nakakapagod na nakakatakot. Imagine doing things na hindi mo alam kung maganda ang patutunguhan. Pinagpaguran mo pero hindi siguradong maaappreciate ng lahat. Maipakilala ka man as an artist or an idol, walang kasiguraduhan kung hanggang kailan at saan ka tatagal. Parang isang sugal, win or lose lang laban.
I don't exactly know how best convinced her family and Lei, pero siguro kagaya din lang ng dahilan ko ang dahilan nila for supporting her, it's because this is the very first time that Reesh decided for herself and she was really sure of what she wants to do.
"Best." hindi ko namalayan lumapit na sya sakin. "Samahan mo naman ako upstairs oh, kukuha lang ako ng first aid kit."
"Sure."
We immediately go upstairs. Naupo muna ako sa sofa sa second floor while Reesh is searching for the kit.
Then I noticed this human sized teddy bear beside me. It was so new kaya I doubt na decor 'to dito sa bahay. Kanino naman kaya 'to? I tried looking for a card, and I found one.
Out of curiosity, I read the card. It say....
"To: K
You are special. <3
From: Stan"
"K? Sinong K?" tanong sakin ni best.
"I don't know."
"Baka si Khloe."
Bigla na lang hinila ni Stan yung card mula sa kamay ko.
"Hinahanap na kayo nina bugoy, malapit na magcountdown.'
He crumpled the card, throw it on the bin and went downstairs.
Nagkibit-balikat na lang si best at sumunod na din kay Stan.
ZACHARY'S POV
"Ang tagal naman bumalik ng mga yun."
Kanina pa kasi sina yam at Reesh pumasok sa bahay para kumuha ng first aid kit.
"Sinundan na nga sila ni bugoy, nilipat daw kasi nya ang lagayan kaya baka hindi agad makita."
Nakakatawang tingnan 'tong Hitler na 'to, kung maka-aray kanina parang nilagare ang daliri eh simpleng paso lang naman.
"Wag mong sabihing nababakla sakin, titig ka nang titig dyan."
"Ulol! Mas gwapo ako sa'yo, maputi ka lang."
Nagkatawanan na lang kami.
"Bugoy, hypothetically gusto ni Tin bumalik sa WAVE, papayagan mo ba sya?"
"Wala naman syang balak as far as I know eh. Tinanggihan nga nya yung offer nina Tori di ba"
"Hypothetical nga lang eh, ang slow. What if marealize nyang gusto pa din nyang maging idol, susuportahan mo ba sya?"
"We'll cross that bridge when we get there. O English yun!!! Hahahahahaha!!!!"
"Sira! Bahala ka nga dyan." at sinalubong na ni bugoy ang girlfriend nya pagkalabas nito ng bahay.
Papalabas na din ng bahay si yam, kukuha na sana ako ng dalawang luces pero nakita kong inabutan sya ni Stan ng isa. Binelatan nya si bugoy at inagaw yung dalwang luces na hawak nito tapos hinila sya papalapit samin.
Binigay nya sakin ang isa at ibinalik kay bugoy yun natitira pang isa.
"Symepre dapat dalawa ang sakin." nakangiting sabi nya habang kumukuha ng dalawang luces sa mesa.
Sinindihan na namin ang mga luces at nagsimula na ang countdown.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!
Talon nang talon si Tin habang hawak hawak ang dalwang luces nya.
"Baka mas matangkadan mo kami sa kakatalon mo." biro ko sa kanya.
"Hindi ba dapat sina Alex at Dave ang tumalon. hahahahaha!!!" dagdag pa ni Stan kaya naghabulan na naman ang mga bugoy na yun sa garden.
"Happy New Year yam." bakas na bakas sa mga mata nya ng saya nang niyakap nya ako ng mahigpit.
Ngayon alam ko na ang sagot sa tanong ni Eid, kung saan sya magiging masaya, susuportahan ko sya.
