"So," Layla spoke with a mouth full of bread, "Why did you call me Dallas?"
Erin froze, she didn't know how she was going to tell her she had a twin.
It would be best if they met, "You'll meet her tomorrow, I think you'll realise that she's a big part of your life now"
Layla looked confused but was too tired to argue.
"Let's watch a film" Erin suggested and they cuddled up on the sofa.
"I missed you so fucking much Layla" Erin whispered in her ear.
Layla made a sad smile, "I can't imagine the guilt you must have felt, thinking you'd killed me"
Erin closed her eyes and pressed her cheek into the crook of Layla's neck.
"Don't ever leave me again"
Layla chuckled, "I'll try"
Erin shifted and looked straight into her eyes, "No, promise"
Layla sighed, "I promise you, Erin Luna Violet Vanderwaal, to never leave you voluntarily"
Erin smiled, satisfied and resumed her previous position of nuzzling in Layla's neck.
This was how they wanted to be, together and safe.

John Parker stood outside the window, ignoring the rain.
