Kyle
I sit in my bed with my legs dangling off the side if it.
I talk on the phone with my mom.
Danielle is in her room down the hall from mine.
"So, how are you doing?" I asked my mom.
"I'm okay. How are you?" She replied.
"I'm good-" I start to say.
"-when can I meet my furture daughter in law?"
"What? You wanna meet her so soon?"
"Yes, I'm tired of waiting!" She says with a laugh. "I've heard you go on and on about her for months now!"
"I mean, I can bring it up to her if you want."
"Yes, do that!" My mom replies.
"Aye, does Danielle have a younger sister, Kyle?" My little brother Dre asked.
"Mabey, and if she does, she wouldn't want your ugly ass!" I replied.
"Watch your language!" My mom says.
"Sorry Mom!" I let out a sigh.
I look over by my doorway and I scream.
Danielle is just standing there looking at me.
She starts to laugh.
"You scared the fu- freak outta me!" I almost cursed but I stop myself because my mom is on the phone still.
"What happend?" My mom asked from the phone.
I put her on speaker.
"Danielle scared me."
Danielle walks over to my side of the bed and she stands in front of me. "I heard a noise come from my room and I got scared, so I came to you!"
"Danielle!" My mom says. "Hi sweetie! How are you?"
"Mama Kuz!" Danielle says holding the 'U' in Kuz.
"I'm alright! How are you?" I asked her.
"I'm fine!" My mom replies. "Anyway I'll let you two go to sleep, I'll talk to you later!"
We both say goodbye and hang up the phone.
Danielle comes closer to me and I look at her.
"What?" I asked.
"Scoot over!" Danielle demands.
"No." I smile.
"Fine!" She groans.
She walks even closer to me and she stands in between my legs, looking at me.
I look at her.
I wrap my arms around her waist and I pull her closer to me.
She tries to move away and I groan.
"Quit squirming or your gonna make my little friend excited!" I wink at her.
"Maybe I want your little friend to be excited!" Danielle says winking back at me.
"Hm, my little friend is always excited around you!"
Danielle laughs. "Shut up, Ugly!"
Danielle
I laugh at Kyle.
He doesn't laugh with me.
"You think I'm playin?" He asked a straight and serious look on his face.
I stop laughing shcoked cause I thought he was playing.
Kyle starts to laugh.
"Your face! You didn't know what to do!" He laughs super hard and I laugh too.
"I hate you!" I giggle.
"I love you too!" Kyle says.
He kisses my cheek.
I frown.
Only a kiss on the cheek? We still haven't kissed each other on the lips! Why ain't I kissed his bomb ass lips yet? Am I dumb or am I stupid?
"What?" He asked concerned.
"Nothing." I say.
If you want something, you gotta do it youtself.
I wrap my arms around Kyle's neck and I bite the inside of my cheek.
My palms get sweaty and my heart starts beating fast.
I play with Kyle's hair with one hand and I put the other one on his cheek.
I tilt my head to the side and I lean forward as I close my eyes.
I open my eyes a little to see what Kyle is doing.
He is leaning in slowly, his eyes closed.
Our lips finally connect and I let out a breath that I did not realize I was holding in.
Kyle's lips are warm and soft.
Kyle kisses me back, of course, and I smile slightly.
Our noses brush together as we tilt our heads to the side.
We continue kissing for a while and Kyle pulls away.
I rest my forehead against his, my eyes still closed.
We are both breathing heavily, trying to catch our breath.
I open my eyes and I look at Kyle.
His cheeks are red and I smile.
He laughs his dimple showing.
"Took you long enough!" He says. "I would've kissed you a long time ago, but Lonzo told me I couldn't."
"Since when do you listen to Zo? Is he your daddy?"
"No," Kyle laughs.
"Shut up!" He says playfully.
I laugh at him.
"Lonzo's scary sometimes, especially when it comes down to you!" Kyle says shaking his head at me.

I keep on messing with Kyle because I don't want to sleep.
We are currently laying in bed together facing each other.
"Shorty, I have to go to sleep! I have practice early in the morning!"
"Fine, good night!" I turn away from him closing my eyes.
He pulls me closer to him, his body heat warming me up.
Kyle rest his head on top of mine before saying good night.
Once I get comfortable, I fall asleep.
