"Mark, look at us! Jaebum is so beautiful, don't you think so too?"
Mark didn't respond so Youngjae, like every normal human being, shoved the picture the two had taken together yesterday in his face.
"Look at him"
Finally Mark looked at the picture on his phone and groaned. "I've been listening to you gush about your boyfriend for two hours now"
A blush spread across Youngjae's cheeks and he took the phone out of Mark's sight. "He's not my boyfriend"
"Oh, please," Mark scoffed, "You text more with him than with anyone else"
"Yeah? And?"
"Youngjae," Mark sat up straighter and turned to look at Youngjae. The younger didn't like the grin on the red haired's face. "Do you want him to be your boyfriend?"
At this point Youngjae deeply regretted asking Mark to hang out. The older really had to ruin the moment. He just wanted to talk about Jaebum, how the other was so adorable yesterday. How JB held his hand and smiled at him.
His smile, that was probably one of Youngjae's favorite things in the whole world. It lit up his features and the younger could probably spend hours watching Jaebum smile and hear him laughing. The sound made Youngjae feel lighter and he couldn't help but feel proud when he had managed to make him giggle yesterday.
"Youngjae? You kinda zoomed out"
"Hm?"
"Come on, answer"
Did he want Jaebum to be his boyfriend? Youngjae scoffed at the thought, of course he wanted him to be. But he was sure Jaebum didn't like him in that way.
Mark noticed how Youngjae's expression fell and nearly felt bad for asking if it hadn't been for the fact that he had suffered through two hours of him drooling over Jaebum.
"I- I have to go to the bathroom"
Youngjae mumbled and stood up, slowly walking away. Mark watched him go and he leaned back into the sofa with a sigh. Youngjae was an idiot in his opinion, it was clear from the texts he received that Jaebum liked Youngjae more than a friend but the younger was too dense to notice.
The notification sound of Youngjae's phone interrupted Mark's thoughts. He reached for it and chuckled as he read the message. Or more like messages.

Jackson kept annoying me and i couldn't use my phone much

Mark swiped to unlock the phone and typed in Youngjae's birthdate but it didn't work. Even though they were best friends Youngjae had never told him his phone password. Mark wondered why. He tried another code before he got an idea. He typed in the date the younger had bought Benjamin and it worked.
He typed back a message to Jaebum and could barely hit the send button before the phone was snatched out of his grip.
"I told you to not touch my- What the fuck did you do?" He yelled as he read through what Mark had typed.
"I had to because you would never do it yourself!" Mark defended his actions.

Youngjae's heart beat faster as he saw that Jaebum had read the messages and was typing. In a state of panic he sent another one.

sorry that was my friend, not me
Jaebum stopped typing for quite some time

"I guess? What does that mean?" Even though he was extremely angry at Mark he waited for his reply.
"It means that you are a stupid idiot"
