Itachi couldn't believe what just happened " this is all a dream " mumbled Itachi as he started to hit himself on his temple but nothing was working making Itachi realize that not everyone is meant to live a good life. Itachi stopped hitting himself as he slowly opened his eyes but once his eye slight forced on Sasuke's lifeless body, Itachi couldn't help but shred tears " Sasuke " cried Itachi as he ran towards the only family member he had left " Sasuke, please " cried Itachi as he held onto Sasuke's body " Itachi, what happened " yelled Hinata as she came into view but once she saw Sasuke and Itachi, her eyes widen " Itachi, let go of Sasuke " yelled Hinata as she ran towards them but then she kneel down in the opposite side of Itachi " you want me to WHAT!! " yelled Itachi as he held Sasuke close to him " Tachi, please " begged Hinata " Sasuke is injured!! Naruto once taught me that when a person is in an accident, you should never move the body because you could cause more damage " explained Hinata making Itachi look away before he release Sasuke from his hold
Hinata laid Sasuke on his back before she straighten his head, arms and legs " if i remember my training correctly " mumbled Hinata before she looked up at Itachi who was trembling horribly in fear " Tachi, call 911 " said Hinata making Itachi nod just slightly before he pulled out his phone " step one, check his breathing " said Hinata before she lend forward then she place her ear on top of Sasuke's chest " the police and ambulance are on their way " said Itachi as he place his phone on the ground but then he looked up at Hinata who was applying pressure on Sasuke's shoulder " what are you doing " questioned Itachi making Hinata smile just slightly " well Naru, taught me emergency 101 " said Hinata as she sweatdrop " emergency what?? " questioned Itachi as he tilt his head just slightly making Hinata chuckled just a little " emergency 101!! when Naruto was taking his nursing class, he study a lot of scenario of different accident for those just incase moments but along the way, he forced me to study with him " said Hinata as she smile just slightly " at first, i thought it was pointless but look were we are now " continued Hinata before she was cut off when she heard the siren of the ambulance " they're here, Tachi " said Hinata as tears started to roll down her down face " yea, thank god " said Itachi as he almost whispered but he ended up wiping his own tears
a few second later, 2 paramedic ran towards them " give us some space " said one of the paramedic as he took Hinata place while his partner took Itachi's place " his breathing is stable and i apply pressure on his wound located on his right shoulder " explained Hinata making the paramedic next to her glance over towards her " are you a doctor " asked the paramedic making Hinata shake her head " no, I'm not but i somewhat trained a little " said Hinata as she smile just slightly but it only made Itachi growl just slightly " well, maybe you should become a doctor. you done such a great job " said the paramedic before he winked at Hinata who was taken back " what's your name, pretty lady " asked the paramedic making his partner want to facepalm as he worked on Sasuke alone " you can call, Mrs. Uchiha " said Hinata as she raised an eyebrow but Itachi smirked as he glared at the paramedic who asked his future wife for her name
the paramedic was taken back " Uchiha " questioned the paramedic as fear flash across his eyes " why are you asking my wife out when my brother is dying, right before your eyes " said Itachi in the coldest voice " I'm so sorry, i didn't know " said the paramedic as he bowed a few times towards Hinata and Itachi while his partner just shook his head at his stupidity " save your apologizes for someone who cares. you better a save my brother before i sue you for misconduct " said Itachi making the paramedic eyes widen " y-yes s-sir " stuttered the paramedic before he turned his attention towards Sasuke who was now wearing a neck brace " we have to lift him on 3 " said the other paramedic making his partner nod before they lifted Sasuke onto the gurney
10 mins pass and Sasuke was inside the ambulance, Hinata stood up before she stared that the blood in her hands " we'll meet you guys at the hospital " said Itachi making both paramedic nod before they left. once the ambulance left, Itachi wrapped his arms around HInata's waist then he hid his face in Hinata's neck " Tachi " questioned Hinata as she looked behind her " Mrs. Uchiha, have a nice ring to it " said Itachi making Hinata smile before she felt something wet on her shoulder making Hinata frown but before she was able to questioned him, Itachi spoke first " thank you Hina, for trying to save Sasuke. i can't lose him " cried Itachi as he hugged Hinata stomach tightly making Hinata gasp " Tachi, the baby " said Hinata as she tap Itachi's arms " baby " questioned Itachi before he turned Hinata around while his hand were on top of Hinata's shoulders but then he saw Hinata smile just slightly as she rub the back of her neck just like Naruto when he get caught red handed " you weren't suppose to find out like this " mumbled Hinata as she looked down at the ground " so................ I'm pregnant " said Hinata as she smile but she ended up sighing " I'm sorry Tachi, for not telling you. i was waiting for the right moment and then everything started to change with Naruto leaving and your brother stressing you out, i couldn't find the time or place to tell you " continued Hinata until she felt tears rolling down her face but before her tears could roll down her chin, Hinata felt a gently touch on her cheeks " how many weeks do you have " asked Itachi as he continued to wipe Hinata's tears " 1 month " said Hinata but she was interrupted when she felt a pair of lips on her " thank you " whispered Itachi once he pulled away from a blushing Hinata " why are you thanking me " questioned Hinata " because you given me everything i always wanted and now I'm getting a family " said Itachi as he smile but then tears started to pour down Itachi's face " you're such a crybaby " stated Hinata before she wiped his tears " come on, lets go to the hospital " continued Hinata before she pulled Itachi towards his car then they drove off

it's been 15 hours since the bombing and every hospital in the distance were full. in a deem lightly, a blonde boy cover with bandages all over his body was starting to wake up " ugh " moan Naruto as he felt pain all over his body " what happened " questioned Naruto as he started to open one of his eye only to see a white " i see your wake, Mr. Uzumaki " said one of the nurses as she held onto Naruto's medical chart " your surgery went great but the road to recovery is long " continued the nurses as she smile but then all of a sudden, the nurse looked away blushing when she notice that Naruto was just staring her " can i some water " asked Naruto before his gulp with the little saliva he had, his throat burn from the dryness " of course " said the nurse before she ran out the room " tramp " thought Naruto as he rolled his eyes " i see you're awake " was all Naruto heard making him turned his head just slightly but when his eyes forced on Sai, Naruto's eyes widen " Sai " said Naruto as he used his elbow for support but he ended up groaning from the pain that took over his body
Sai felt liking smacking Naruto upside the head " you shouldn't be moving " said Sai as he walked over towards Naruto's bed but then he place a jug of water by his bedside " i didn't " was all Naruto said before he felt arms around his upper body and thats when he notice that Sai was hugging him " thank you Naruto " cried Sai as his hug got tighter " thank you for saving Sakura and my baby " continued Sai making Naruto eyes widen before he closed them tightly " thank god, they're safe " whispered Naruto as tears rolled down his face " and it's all thanks to you, Naruto " said Sai once they parted " so what room is Sakura in " questioned Naruto as he wiped his tears " she's right next door if you want to see her in a bit " said Sai " yes please " said Naruto as he smile " but you should rest more before you start to move around " said Sai " hey Sai, can i borrow your phone " asked Naruto " of course, i'll be right back. I'm gonna go check on Sakura " said Sai as he handed his phone to Naruto then he left
Naruto sat up on his bed and he held onto Sai's phone " mhmm " sounded Naruto as he debated on calling Sasuke " fuck it " mumbled Naruto as he dial Sasuke's but after a while, Naruto got annoy when the phone kept ringing and ringing " it's Sasuke speaking, i can't come to the phone right now so please leave a message after the beep " " BEEP!!! " teme, pick up your phone " yelled Naruto before he hanged up " Naruto, is everything alright " questioned Sai as he lend against the door frame " Sasuke is not picking up the phone, I'm kinda worry " said Naruto as he grip Sai's phone " well, why don't you call Itachi " said Sai as it was an obvious answer " i forgot about Itachi " thought Naruto as he rub the back of his head " i'll do just that " said Naruto making Sai nod before he left

Itachi and Hinata were waiting in the waiting room of the hospital " Mr. Uchiha " called out a doctor as he held onto someone medical chat " that's me " said Itachi as he stood up rapidly but along the way, he woke up Hinata who was sleeping on his shoulder " Tachi " questioned Hinata as she rubbed her eyes " sorry Hina " said Itachi as he helped her stand up " I'm Sasuke's brother, how is he doctor " asked Itachi as he held onto Hinata's hand " the surgery was a success but the road of recovery is gonna be hard " explained the doctor making Itachi sigh in relief " thank god, when can i see my brother " asked Itachi " well, we have to keep an eye on him for tonight so once he's out of danger then you could see " said the doctor making Itachi nod just slightly but he ended up sighing deeply once the doctor walked away from them
by now Hinata managed to wake up only to fully understand the stress that came out from Itachi body " Tachi, are you alright " questioned Hinata as she cling onto Itachi's arm " no, I'm not " said Itachi as he shook his head from side to side " everything is going down the toilet. Naruto's in the hospital and we don't know or heard anything about him, Sasuke's in the hospital and there's a chance he might die " said Itachi as Hinata rubbed circles on his back " Tachi, i know everything that happened these pass month has been " said Hinata but she was cut off when Itachi phone rang " why don't you pick it up " said Hinata as she gave Itachi a small smile " hn " sounded Itachi as he took out his phone, only to narrow his eyes " unknown number " said Itachi as he place his phone in front of Hinata's face " well, pick it up " said Hinata as she patted Itachi on the back " hello " questioned Itachi as he place his phone on his ear ' Itachi!! it's me, Naruto ' was all that Itachi heard making his eyes widen " N-Naruto " stuttered Itachi ' hey ' Naruto as said as if he was breathless
Hinata looked at Itachi as if what he said was a lie so she took the phone away from Itachi before he said anything else " Naruto " said Hinata as her voice raised a little ' Hinata, why are you screaming ' " thank god you're alive " said Hinata before tears rolled down her face ' why wouldn't i be ' " you may be smart but there's times when you're stupid " said Hinata as she laughed ' HEY ' " sorry " said Hinata as she continued to wiped her tears ' uhhh ' " what's wrong " questioned Hinata making Itachi tilt his head just slightly ' have you seen Sasuke by any chance, i try calling him but he's not picking up ' " well, i " stuttered Hinata before she passed the phone back to Itachi who looked confuse ' hello ' was heard through the phone but then a second passed and no one said anything ' Hinata, are you still there ' " Naruto " questioned Itachi as he raised an eyebrow ' where's Sasuke ' was all Itachi heard before his eyes widen " uhh " said Itachi before he started to laugh just a little ' god damn it Itachi, answer the fucking question and tell me where my Sasuke is ' " wellSasukeisinthehospital " said Itachi as he talked supper fast but he ended up running out of breath
a few mins passed and no one said a word ' what happened ' " well " said Itachi as he began to explain everything that happened but once he was finish, Naruto didn't say a word, he just hung up on Itachi " Naruto " questioned Itachi before he notice that Naruto hanged up " i don't know what to do anymore Hina " said Itachi as he sigh but then felt arms around his waist " don't worry Tachi, your not alone " said Hinata as she hid her face on Itachi's chest ( Hinata is shorter then Itachi ) " i love you, Hina " whispered Itachi as he hugged Hinata back

Naruto was just staring at Sai's phone as tears rolled down his face and on to Sai's phone " i have to go back, i can't stay here " mumbled Naruto as he wiped his tears but then he threw his cover, over to his side but his eyes widen when he saw a cast on his right leg " no wonder, the road to recovery is gonna be long " thought Naruto before he sat up slowly then he slowly moved his legs so they could be dangling over the edge of is bed " alright, in the count of 3 " thought Naruto as he slowly push himself off his bed but then all of a sudden his legs gave out making him fall on the floor but he ended up screaming out aloud when all of his body weight went towards his right leg " ahhh " cried Naruto as he held onto his right leg " Naruto " call out Sai as he busted through the door when he heard the screams from the room next door " omg, what happened Naruto " questioned Sai as he ran towards Naruto who was crying " my leg " cried Naruto " i'll go get the nurse " said Sai before he ran out the room but then he came running back with 2 male and 1 female nurse " get him back on the bed " said the female making 2 male nurse nod. both 2 male nurse picked up Naruto then they gently place him on his bed " i'm gonna up the morphine and I'm gonna give him some sleeping medicine for he could get some rest " said the female nurse making Sai nod when he notice that Naruto eyes were closing on their own but then he head a faint ' Sasuke ' coming out of Naruto's mouth making Sai smile sadly

Itachi sat on a love seat with Hinata who had her head on his lap, his eyes wonder towards his brother bed while a single tear roll down his face " first were mom and dad and now maybe Sasuke " thought Itachi as he pass his hands through his raven hair but he couldn't help but sigh deeply. Itachi looked down at Hinata who had her arms around her stomach protectively " i love you much Hina. i don't know if i could protect you or our baby, if I'm not capable of protecting my own brother. I'm not as strong as you think " said Itachi as he passed his fingers through Hinata's hair " why do i feel so alone, right now " mumbled Itachi as he threw his head back but he ended up sighing " why do you have to feel alone when you have me, by your side " asked Hinata as she lifted her head then she turn towards Itachi who lifted his head when he heard Hinata voice " Hina, i " said Itachi before he sigh " I'm sorry " continued Itachi as he hung his head low
Hinata stood up then she sat down on Itachi's lap. Hinata lifted Itachi's chin making him look up at her " Hina " questioned Itachi as he had a tint of pink on his cheeks but Hinata didn't answer him, Hinata pulled Itachi's hair back then she tie it in a ponytail " Hina " questioned Itachi once more before Hinata kissed him on the lips " Tachi, i will always stay by yourself even if you don't notice " said Hinata as she smiled at Itachi who started to gather tears in his eyes " everyone thinks your perfect but you're not perfect. you have your flaws and even with your flaws, i still love and I'm gonna love you forever until the day one of us die of old age " continued Hinata making Itachi started to cry but she ended up wiping his tears " so please lend on me whenever you're in trouble or you just need someone to comfort you when you're having a bad time or if you're sad " said Hinata before Itachi brought her into a hug " please comfort me " whispered Itachi making Hinata smile " anything for you " said Hinata as she hugged back but after a few mins, both Hinata and Itachi heard a groaning sound making them look up towards Sasuke bed " Sasuke " questioned both Hinata and Itachi as they both stood up then they made their way towards Sasuke who started to move just a little
Itachi hover over Sasuke's bed " Sasuke " called out Itachi before he saw Sasuke eyes open just slightly " I-Itachi " questioned Sasuke as he looked around until he saw Itachi standing by his bed side with Hinata right behind him " thank god, your alive " cried Itachi as he hugged Sasuke just slightly " what happened " questioned Sasuke " you were in a car accident " said Itachi once he pulled away " car accident " questioned Sasuke " yes, we came over to tell you that Naruto " said Itachi but he was cut off by Sasuke " who's Naruto " questioned Sasuke making Itachi and Hinata eyes widen before they glance over at each other " i'll get the doctor " said Hinata before she ran out the room
