Jay publicly dumped Audrey and got with Evie.
Jay and Evie had a healthy baby boy named Jay Jr.
Mal and Ben happily had a daughter named Molly.
Carlos and Jane are expecting twins in 3 months.
Evie and Jay's careers were successful and they got married at the church where Evie first developed feelings for Jay.
