Those feelings came to me,
like a warm tide of the sea
Comforted me,
made me fall in love
in love
with everything good in the world
the shining sun, the gleaming moon
the silver clouds, the twinkling stars,
and I felt like home,
the warm wave of love,
of the ruthless sea,
but then it was over
as it ran away,
the way she came
dissolved
and all I could feel was
some sand grains
and emptiness.
and It just felt so real,
and I saw myself burning
decaying
deconstructing
in the flames
and in the memories but
the wave returned
with the same zeal and love
with the same comfort
and tickled my feet,
embarrassed my solitude
It all felt nice and nostalgic
but the wave returned to the sea.
I was again left broken
as if every person that ever
came into my life
came only to take a piece of my flesh
and left me incomplete
in agony and discomfort
but it was the taste of life
the taste of truth
and it only made me strong
for I no longer stand around the sea
those waves no longer appeal me
as I have
slowly
became the sea myself.
