Anxiety's POV
Sometimes I think Roman is too much for me. But I think of it as him just showing his love for me. Which is way too much, but that's what I love most about him, the way how he cares about the people important to him.
But out of all the things he's done for me, this is possibly the best and most perfect date setting ever!
We were at this abandon pond surrounded by tall, overgrown rose bushes, there was overgrown grass grew all around the us, in the center of everything was a gazebo with vines surrounding the outer walls of the gazebo. A dinner table was set in the middle of the gazebo. Red, white and one black rose was the center piece of the table. Candles were everywhere, illuminating the place. A trail of rose petals made a pathway towards the table.
It was perfect, and I don't think he can ever top this!
Roman's POV
This was by far, the hardest, yet beautiful looking date setting I've ever put together for Virgil. Creativity is what I do best. This took days to actually plan.
Virgil couldn't take his eyes off the setting. He was smiling. I grabbed his hand and kissed it. He blushed and hugged me.
"Why did you do this?"
"Why not? You deserve the best and this took all my creativity to make."
"But why? I don't deserve this. Why do you always do these kind of special things for me, even when I didn't do anything for you."
He started crying while he was talking. I grabbed the side of his face and wiped his tears with my thumb. He smiled at me as I leaned in and kissed him.
"You mean a lot to me. That'll will never change no matter what you do. You don't have to prove to me how much you love me. You just staying with me and me seeing you everyday is enough for me to know that you do love me."
"Why do you have to be so romantic?"
"Its who I am. I was born this way."
"That's one of the things that I love most about you. Along with you caring about the people who are important to you."
"Your the most important person in my life. And always will be."
I kissed him on the lips, grabbed this hand and lead him towards the table. We sat across for each other, never letting go of each other's hands.
Nothing can ruin this for me right now.
