"Alright, um...Never have I ever...sent or received nudes..." Noelle says.
We all look around the room at each other and nobody raises their hand. But then I look at Jahi's face and it says something different...
RECAP OVER
I keep looking at him until he looks back at me.
"What?" He asks nervously.
"Have you?" I ask with a straight face.
"Have I what?" He tries to play dumb.
"Have you ever sent or received nudes?" I ask.
"...Well..."
"Seriously?" I ask.
"I didn't send any...she sent them to me." He explains.
"Did you ask for them?!" I ask a little bit louder than I meant to.
"No they just sent them to me..." He says.
"They?!" I take a deep breath and try to remain calm. "Who?" I ask.
".........Angel, Brianna, Alyssa, Penelope, Tiara-"
"Hold the fuck up...why would so many girls just send you nudes without you asking for them?" I ask.
"Ok so what happened was...In class one day I was just playing around when I asked Penelope to send me nudes. Then she looked at me like I was crazy and I was like I'm just playing. Then a bunch of other girls were like we heard you asking for nudes. And I was like I was just playing then they said oh...cos we were actually gonna send them to you. I didn't think they were serious so I was like well you can if you want to...Then later on that day with no warning I got snapchats from them so I opened them and...well you know..." he explains.
"So you did ask for them?"
"But I was just playing."
"Do you still have them?" I ask.
"No, they were snaps I never saved them. I don't even think they were of themselves...except one..." He says.
"How bad were they?" Caleb asks.
"One was just in her bra and underwear. One was the whole top half. One was the whole bottom half but I skipped that one real quick. The rest I can't remember..."
"Ok let's just forget about that...for now. And keep playing." I say.
"Alright, it's my turn. Never have I ever.....slept in the same bed as somebody of the opposite sex" Aaliyah smirks.
We all look around at each other but this time it's me who feels guilty. I have slept in the same bed as Jahi...but not just Jahi.
"Zoey..." Jahi says.
"Mmhm..." I hum without looking up.
"Why you look so guilty?" He asks.
"...I-I do?" I ask.
"Yeahh.....but we can talk about that later..." Jahi says.
"Ok, let's do something else" Noelle says.
"Y'all wanna watch another movie?" I ask.
"Yeah" The girls agree.
"Let's watch a horror movie!😈" Myles smirks.
"No..." I say.
"Why not?" He asks.
"I don't like scary movies..." I look down, embarrassed.
"I'll be here with you." Jahi grabs my hand.
"Ok" I blush.
We look through Netflix and try to decide on a movie.
"No let's watch the other one, it looks scarier..." Caleb argues.
"Exactly. Which is why we should watch this one." Shanty says.
"Ok fine whatever." He says.
"Wait. We need popcorn." I say just as they're about to start it.
"Oh yeah" everybody says.
"I'll get it" I volunteer.
"I'll come with you..." Jahi offers.
I go into the kitchen and find the microwave popcorn. I get it out the wrapper and put it in.
"So do you want to talk about you sleeping with another guy?" he asks.
I sigh. "I didn't 'sleep with another guy' I slept in the same bed as another guy." I correct.
"Who?"
"Does it matter?" I look away.
"Uh Yeah...kinda."
"I don't wanna say..."
"Why not? I told you who sent me nudes..." he says.
"Because I don't want you to get the wrong idea..." I play with my fingers.
"Ok then explain it to me so won't get the wrong idea..."
"Ok...so on Monday night after we had our argument, I needed to talk to someone and none of the girls were picking up my calls or texts. So I decided to call Cameron. He picked up almost straight away and he asked me what was wrong and I explained. Then he asked if I wanted him to come over and I said yes because I was lonely and I needed a friend. So then he came over and we talked for a while then we both fell asleep watching Netflix. Then at about 10 o'clock he woke up and went home..." I explain.
I look up at his face and I can't read his expression. "Jahi..."
"Yeah" He replies.
"Are you mad?" I ask.
"...no, I understand. It was my fault anyways for upsetting you." He says.
"You can stop blaming yourself now. I know you're sorry and I forgive you. Let's just forget about it ok" I wrap my arms round his torso.
"Ok" he pecks me on the lips. I grab his face and pull him in for another, longer kiss.
"I love you" He smiles.
"I love you more" I smile and blush.
"No I do." He argues.
"No, I do"
"Nope, I do"
"No, I-"
"Guys! The popcorn." Shanty says.
"Oh right, sorry" I get the popcorn out and put it in a bowl.

We're watching the movie right now and I'm literally shit scared. I'm laying on the couch sideways and Jahi is laying behind me. I think he notices that I'm scared because he wraps his arms round my waist. "You ok babygirl?" He asks.
I nod and look back up at the tv. As soon as another scary scene comes on I flinch and look away.
"Hey, you don't have to watch." Jahi whispers.
"But they'll all think I'm a baby..." I say.
"But you are a baby. You're my baby." He kisses on my neck and I giggle cos it tickles.
"Hey, can y'all be quiet. We're trying to watch a movie here." Caleb says.
"You sure you wanna stay in here?" Jahi asks me.
"Yeah, I'll be ok." I say.
Instead of watching the movie I just go on my phone til it's over.💗✨
