It has weighed me down for days. I can't shake it. It's dwelling in my chest. I can't catch a breath-I can't breathe. It's filling my throat. It's shrouding my vision. I can feel my heart pulsating- everything is so silent and yet so loud. I'm screaming inside my head, but I'm not making a sound. I'm numb. I'm so numb. I can't feel a goddamn thing.
