After Sabrina passed out Echo had caught her before she fell to the ground.
"What just happened?" Bulkhead asked
"She did that a few times on the warship... " Miko said
The bots looked at her.
"Quickly get her to the Medbay..." Ratchet said
Echo looked up at him before she nodded and took Sabrina to the medbay. Please don't be long...
within Sabrina's mind she had found herself on the surface of Cybertron no one was around and it looked like the planet was dead like the bots and cons had told her before she didn't know why she was here or who brought her here.
"Starfire..."
Sabrina jumped to the sudden voice it was one she never heard before she looked around for the source of it. "W-who's there?" She asked
"No need to be afraid..." the voice said. "I will not harm you."
Sabrina saw a bright light at the corner of her eyes she looked to see a human sized Cybertronian before her something about him made her calm and relaxed and... like she saw him before. "W-who are you?" She asked
The mech smiled. "You don't remember at the moment...." he replied as he moved to her a little. "I am Primus... the creator of all Cybertronian life."
Sabrina just looked at him stunned. "Primus?" She asked
"Yes..." Primus replied
"D-did you bring me here?" She asked
Primus nodded.
"Why?" Sabrina asked
"I brought you here to tell you what I couldn't before..." Primus replied
Sabrina became a little confused to that she turned towards him. "What would that be?" She asked
"The reason you are human right now and have been for 18 years." Primus replied
Sabrina's eyes widened to that. "H-how do you-."
"Because I am the one that turned you human to protect you..."
"Wait what?!"
Primus got to her before he placed a servo onto her shoulder she looked at it before looking at his face again.
"The day your sire Megatron lost your carrier... a dark presence has been lingering over him." Primus replied
"I... don't understand." Sabrina replied
"I cannot tell you who or what... but it was the same presence that was attempting to end your life all those eons ago." Primus replied
Sabrina was stunned to hear that.
"I took your escape pod out of the blast radius before it had a chance to hit you." Primus continued. "It ensured your safety I took your memories away until you were reunited with your sire."
Sabrina didn't know how to take this it was hard to take in. "E-every time I remember something... it hits me hard and I can't control myself after words." She replied
"That is why I only allowed them to come to you little by little... otherwise you would have perished."
"I-is this... going to be when I return to my true self?"
Primus nodded. "And I know why Optimus Prime is not seeing the signs you keep showing in front of him." He replied
"You do?" She asked
Primus nodded again. "The dark presence has never left and wants their war to continue... it has been keeping Optimus from seeing the truth." She replied
"Why?" Sabrina asked. "Why would the dark presence be doing that?"
"Because Starfire... you are the key to ending it." Primus replied
Sabrina's eyes widened again. "W-what?" She asked
"You are the key to ending the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons."
"H-how?"
"That... is something for you to discover for yourself... my time with you is short. Once I leave you, you will truly be back as Starfire, the daughter the Megatron..."
Sabrina continued to look at him before she closed her eyes and took a deep breath before looking back at him.
"Are you ready to return to your former self?" Primus asked
"Yes I am Primus."
And with that Primus had given Sabrina the memory of the day she disappeared the final memory of her past self.
Back in the waking word everyone around Sabrina's from was watching her hopping the she was going to be alright.
"What is going on with her?" Fowler asked
"It would seem that she is about ready to Transform to her true self." Optimus said
Fowler looked up at the prime then down at the young girl. "Really now?" He asked. "Well she could be an extra hand against the cons."
Echo looked up towards Fowler to heading that. That will not happen... she thought
"Um... what is that?" Miko asked
Echo and the bots looked at her before she noticed at the counter of her eyes something glowing, she looked to see on Sabrina's chest a glowing blue Decepticon insignia Echo's eyes widened as she got up. "Holy shit!" She suddenly said without the accent
The bots looked down at her confused but Ratchet turned towards her and said. "Watch your language young lady!"
Echo looked up at him and pointed at Sabrina the old medic looked at the young girl before he say it as well. "Oh Shit!"
The bots looked at him stunned before Sabrina's body started to glow brightly everyone around backed away the kids had to shield their eyes from the light.
"This will be good." WaterDancer said
After a few moments they all blinked a little before they all looked and the bots just stared at not human Sabrina but the Cybertronian Starfire.
Optimus was in more shock than they others all this time he never say the sighs and he felt appsolutely stupid. "H-how did I?"
"Not see this coming?" WaterDancer asked
Optimus looked over to her and before he could say anything they heard Starfire groan they all looked at her as she moved her servo to her forehead and started to sit up. "Oh my helm..." she said
Echo was still in her holo form looking at the newly transformed Starfire. This is not good... she said to herself
Bumblebee couldn't get his optics of Starfire. Holy Primus... she is gorgeous... he thought to himself. Megatron is going to kill me.
Starfire still had her servo to her helm before she shook it before she opened her bright blue optics when she did the first thing she saw was the looks of all the Autobots and she stared back she didn't know what to do before she looked down to see Echo and she started to speak within thinking. "Echo what the frag happened?"
Echo froze before she looked up at everyone around her the bots were staring at her now. "Well frag." She said and slammed her hand onto her face
::Echo What is going on? I am feeling something. Not right with Starfire what is it?:: Megatron asked through a com-link
Echo jumped before she replied. ::my lord we have a problem...:: she replied
::what happened?:: the warlord asked
::Starfire Transformed in the Autobot base.:: Echo replied
The comm fell silent to that. ::Oh frag...::
"What in the sam hill is going on?" Fowler asked not knowing why the bots are acting like this
Echo looked up at Fowler to hearing him.
"How... that is Starfire!" Bulkhead stated in shock
Starfire looked over to him. "Finally figured out?" She asked
"I don't understand..." Fowler said looking towards Optimus.
Optimus was still in so much shock he couldn't talk his optics off Starfire she now on her pedes she was towering over most of the bots next to Optimus she was just around the same height as Soundwave.
"Yeah Optimus... you tell Fowler here who I really am..." Starfire replied. "Even though you should have figured it out a long time ago."
Starfire and Optimus just stared at one another while WaterDancer was really amused, Fowler looked at the Prime waiting for an answer. "Well Prime?" He asked
Optimus looked into Starfire's blue optics before he sighed. "Starfire... is the first and only sparkling of Megatron." He said
Fowler's eyes widened and looked at the tall femme before him she looked slightly amused now. "Now seeing me as my true self... you recognize me." Starfire replied
Optimus still couldn't believe she was before her alive.
"What?!" Fowler and Smokescreen asked
"The sparkling of Megatron?!" Fowler continued. "You mean his Child?!"
"Yes..." Optimus replied. "But how?"
Starfire took a breath before looking at Echo. "I only just found out before getting my last memory..." She replied
The bots were prepared to hear what Starfire had to say but suddenly Smokescreen activated his guns and pointed them right at Starfire the tall femme looked at him stunned to the sudden action.
"Smokescreen what are you doing?" Arcee asked
"If She is Megatron's Daughter... she could've been lying to us all this time and spying on us!" Smokescreen stated
Everyone in the room stared at Smokescreen stunned Starfire felt hurt.
"Smokescreen!" Ratchet snapped
The rookie looked at him briefly before looking back at Starfire.
"Smokescreen stand down." Optimus ordered
"Seaspray intervene." Dancer said to her brother
"What?" Seaspray asked surprised
"Intervene! Now!" WaterDancer quickly pointed at Smokescreen.
Seaspray responded instantly without hesitation. The large aquatic bot suddenly grabbed Smokescreen and pinned his arms to his sides as he picked the rookie up.
"Hey! Put me down!" Smokescreen cried
"Not on your life kid." Seaspray replied
"You were gonna fire your weapons." Dancer said as she walked over. "Noooot gonna happen. I can't let you do that."
Smokescreen groaned and struggled to get out of Seaspray's grasp.
"You see. Not only am I getting paid to see to it that she is safe and sound and gets back to daddy unharmed. You'd be firing on a civilian. One who isn't weaponized and has absolutely zero combat skills. That's a war crime kiddo. One that can get you court martialed and your insignia stripped from you." Dancer stated.
The rookie just looked at her before looking at Starfire how was looking spark broken to his words. "You really think I would harm the Autobots?" She asked as tears started to fall from her optics. "I may not have been acting thankful to them but that is who I am..." she finished before running down towards her room.
"Daaaaaad!" Echo said loudly knocking on Ratchet's pede repeatedly with her holoform.
Ratchet looked down at her. "Yes Talison?" He asked
"Let me in!" She exclaimed before rattling off exact coordinates for a ground bridge.
Ratchet looked at her before he went to the controls.
"Ratchet what are you doing?" Optimus asked
Ratchet looked over to him before entering the coordinates and activated the bridge.
A familiar blue car drove through immediately and echo's holoform fizzled out of existence before she quickly transformed. Her optics and biolights had turned orange.
Optimus looked at the femme. Oh frag. He said
"Um... what is happening?" Smokescreen asked
"Oh dear... She's turning into her mother." Ratchet said.
Echo quickly strode further into the base and jumped up and punched Optimus in the face! "Idiot!"
Optimus had fallen to the ground the wind knocked out of him.
"Prime?!" Fowler shouted as he ran to the end of the railing.
"Don't think I won't get to you so just sit down!" Echo snapped harshly at Fowler.
"Oh wow... I don't think I have ever seen her this angry..." Smokescreen said
"You don't even know her kid how do you know what she's like when she's angry?" Dancer asked as Seaspray put Smokescreen down and slowly backed away from one of Echo's biggest potential targets.
Smokescreen looked at her. "Alright so..." he said
Echo's attention was brought straight to smokescreen and with blinding speed she had detached her wings and they were glowing green like some kind of lightsaber and she crossed them and put them to Smokescreen's throat.
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't cut your head off." She snarled.
Smokescreen looked at her and he froze in place looking right into Echo's optics.
Everyone around them were stunned to this.
"Because it would make a mess that I would have to clean up." Ratchet said, sounding like he dealt with something similar to this before.
Echo huffed "fine." She put one of her wing swords away then punched Smokescreen in the gut. "Do you realize what you have done?! She is a precious innocent little moody fluff ball! How could you be so heartless?! You're worse than Shockwave!"
Smokescreen looked up at her holding his gut and groaning.
"She could have ended the war today! We wouldn't have had to fight anymore! We could have rebuilt Cybertron! Then you turned on her and fucked everything up! And now my uncle is going to want to smash the Autobots even more than before! I want to settle down with my sparkmates. I want a life where I don't have to worry about them. I want a home! And you single handedly fucked that over!" She ranted
Everyone looked at her Optimus, Ratchet, WaterDancer and Seaspray were not phased to her saying Uncle.
"Uncle?" Arcee asked before she realized what she meant and looked at Ratchet.
"I don't like to talk about it." Ratchet replied
"So, Smokescreen, thank you for making everything more hazardous and more difficult for me and everything and everyone else on this planet!" Echo said before she kicked Smokescreen down and stomped on him a few times.
"And you!" She pointed at Optimus. "Kidnapping?! Seriously?! Even after everything was SPELLED OUT for you!" Echo gestured to WaterDancer.
Optimus was still on the floor looking at her as he sighed. "I see that now... and I shouldn't have done all I have done." He replied
"No. You have a lot of apologizing to do. And you, mister fluffy looking human. I like your planet. The flowers are pretty. But you. Using a child against her father when she would have already been all too happy to make her father end the war. Shame on you. Shame shame shame."
Fowler looked at her and raised his hand in the air but didn't say anything.
"Now. I am gonna go find her. If I can convince her to come back in here. I expect apologies. If I can't get her to come back here, we'll be leaving." Echo said as she strode off in the direction Starfire had gone before putting away her second wing sword.
Everyone was stunned except Ratchet and the mercs the old medic sighed. "I knew this would happen." He said
"Your daughter is quite th' firecracker Doctor." WaterDancer said with a chuckle.
"No kidding... she gets it from her mother..." Ratchet replied
Meanwhile Echo was walking down the halls trying to find Starfire it took her a while before she heard faint sound in a room not far from her.
Echo went over to the door and knocked on it
"Go away." Starfire snapped on the other side of the door.
"Awwww. Come on sweetie. Open the door. Please?" Echo said.
Nothing came from the other side for a little while before a unlocking sound was heard from the door.
Echo walked into the room. "Starlet?"
"Tali..." Starfire she said in a sad tone.
Echo spotted her and quickly went to hug her. "Oh sweetie."
Starfire hugged her back quickly and was crying even harder in her arms she was really hurt to Smokescreen's words.
"It'll be alright sweetspark. I took care of everything." Echo said reassuring her.
Starfire was still quite upset but she was calmed down a little bit. "I... believe you on that..." she replied
"Oooooh that brat had me so mad. I threatened to kill him. Aaaand I punched Optimus in the face."
Starfire pulled away from her looking into her optics. "You punched Optimus?" she asked."... though I don't blame you he was being stupid."
"I did I jumped up and punched him straight in the face." Echo said
Starfire smiled a little before she started to laugh a little. "Now I wish I saw that." she replied
"I also almost cut the idiot rookie's head off with my wing swords. Dad gave me a reason not to. I still beat the crap out of the kid." Echo said.
Starfire's smile got a little bigger. "Even though you didn't kill him I do think he learned something today." she replied
"I don't think the gravity of what he did has fully sunk in yet." Echo sighed.
"Not a surprise..." Starfire groaned. "He has been an idiot before you brought us to the warship."
"It's your call cousin. What should we do?" Echo asked her.
Starfire looked at her before she sighed and looked down. "To be honest... I don't want to see any of the Autobots... I just wanna go home." she replied
"Then we'll leave." Echo said "We can get a ride back on the Tempest."
"Alright..." Starfire replied and smiled a little.
Echo smiled at her and hugged her again.
After a while Echo and Starfire remained in her room till they felt it was safe to leave without the Bots seeing them, Starfire left a note for Bumblebee and Echo left one for her sire then they started to head out towards the Tempest.
WaterDancer, Seaspray and Wheeljack were outside hanging around the ramp to the entrance of the Tempest. The three were talking about something as the other two femmes approached.
Starfire looked at Echo before looking back at the mercs and Wheeljack. Wonder what they're talking about... she thought
"So you're staying with the bot's after this job?" WaterDancer asked.
"Yeah. It's where I belong. I'm a Wrecker not a Merc." Seaspray said.
"Alright. I'll make sure you get your cut. Just don't be a reckless idiot!" Dancer said to her older brother
"I woooont gosh. Trust me a little will ya? When have I ever been-"
"Blown up ship."
Seaspray froze. "... Okay point for you."
Starfire started to laugh hearing that.
Dancer glanced and saw the two femmes before looking at Wheeljack.
"You know Wheeljack we need a capable engineer here on the Tempest if you're interested." Dancer offered.
Wheeljack looked over to her. "Sounds fun. Maybe we could discuss the details sometime. Just me and you." he replied
"Alright." She smiled before turning her attention to Starfire and Echo. "Hey there ladies I've been waiting for you. You ready to get going?"
Starfire looked at her. "Yes..." she replied and looked at Echo.
"Then all aboard. Let's get you back to daddy." WaterDancer said as she made a gesture up the ramp.
Starfire sighed with relief before she and echo walked onto the Tempest and got themselves ready to head back to the warship, Starfire was happy to be going back to her sire's side as her true self not as a human this time.
Dancer looked at Wheeljack "you gonna tag along?" She asked.
Wheeljack looked at her. "Sure why not." he smiled
They all walked up the ramp and into the ship. Starfire had been too distracted before to really look around the Tempest. It WAS kinda neat. They took the lift up to the second floor and the seeker femme Vector was leaning against the railing.
"Hey boss." She greeted.
"Hey." Dancer greeted as she lead the others through the ship.
She settled Starfire and Echo up on the third floor in the observation area. It was honestly quite charming and had a couple comfortable Cybertronian sized couches.
"Just hang out here. We'll have you back to the Nemesis in no time." Dancer told them.
"Thank you." Echo nodded sitting down on the couch and looked out the window, her audial fins twitched.
Starfire looked at dancer and smiled. "Yes thank you." she replied
Dancer smiled back then walked back down to the second level and off to the bridge of the ship.
"This ship is really pretty." Echo said to Sabrina. "And so many windows."
Starfire looked around. "Yes it is." she replied
It didn't take long for the ship to take off and fly away from the Autobot base.
"SID. Send out a contact to the Nexus. we're moving the base of operations. Give them coordinates to move the station to Saturn. Have them hide the station in the rings." Dancer said on the bridge.
::Yes Guild Master:: the AI replied.
"When they have begun their move ensure that all trade vessels are aware of the new location." Dancer ordered
::Of course Guild Master.:: SID replied.
Wheeljack was beside Dancer he looked at her. "Your guild's station can move?" he asked
"Of course our scientists got their hands on Space Bridge tech and modified it into long distance warp technology. The drives are huge though so it's not practical for most mobile vessels and ships though." Dancer replied.
"Not bad..." Wheeljack replied
"When we get to the Nemesis Suvi will go and show you Engineering.... Partially to keep the client from seeing you and causing problems with the pay off but mostly to get you acquainted with the drive core tech we use if you really are interested in taking on the job of being our engineer. It runs off of Helium-3 based fuel instead of Energon which is in short supply nowadays. Why burn up fuel we use for ourselves in the ship when we can use something that's easily obtained?" Dancer shrugged. "Most all guild ships use the new standardized fuel."
"That sounds like a good plan... don't want to cause a scene with the warlord." Wheeljack said
After a while they got to the warlord's warship and as they docked Suvi, the science officer, got up from her seat on the bridge and went with Wheeljack back to engineering.
"Starfire, Echo, come to the bridge please. We are docking with the Nemesis." Dancer said over the comm system.
Starfire nodded and got up and looked at Echo.
Echo stood up as well "Finally home." She smiled.
"Yes finally." Starfire smiled
The two went to the bridge and stood with Dancer, Seaspray and Peebee and waited for Megatron to board the ship through the airlock.
Starfire was taking slow and deep breaths she was finally going to be living with her sire like she should've been before disappearing. Calm down Starfire... you'll be fine... she said to herself
Echo looked towards the young femme she could see she was a little nervous she sighed a little before she lightly grabbed Starfire's shoulder and she looked at Echo.
"It's going to be ok..." she said
Starfire continued to look at her before she smiled. "I hope so." she replied
Echo smiled at her before they heard the ships dock with one another, everyone looked to the door before it opened showing Megatron, Soundwave, Dreadwing, Skyquake, Spitfire, Breakdown and a few vehicons holding energon cubes in their servos.
Starfire looked right into her sire's optics once she saw him a part of her just wanted to run and hung him but she held herself back from it.
"Lord Megatron, welcome to the Tempest." WaterDancer greeted.
Megatron looked away from his daughter for a moment to look at Dancer. "It's a nice ship, WaterDancer..." he replied
"Fastest in her class." Dancer replied proudly "doesn't burn a single ounce of Energon either."
"I see..." the Warlord replied
"So I retrieved the princess and your top medic from the Autobots. Here they are. Safe and sound. Not a scratch on them." WaterDancer said.
Megatron smiled slightly before he looked to his vehicons with the energon to move towards Dancer they soon started walking towards them as Starfire and Echo started to walk to him.
The Vehicons set the stacks of energon containers beside Dancer. The femme made a gesture with her servo and the seeker femme Peebee went and checked the containers.
"It's all here." Peebee stated.
"Good. A pleasure doing business with you sire." WaterDancer said, satisfied with the payment.
"Same to you..." Megatron replied as Starfire got beside him and he looked at her and smiled.
Seaspray had his arms crossed over his chest and he was glaring at Dreadwing.
Dreadwing was just staring at the Autobot wondering who the frag did he survive his attack but he was going to keep to himself at the moment on this.
Back at the Autobot base Bumblebee, Bulk, Arcee and the kids were just walking into the main area of the base they were still in shock about what happened awhile ago, Bee was not enjoying that fact that when Starfire left the room she was hurt and he didn't like that at all.
"It's been a long time since they ran to Sabri- I mean Starfire's room..." Bulkhead said
"I just can't believe that she has been the Princess of the cons all this time and we didn't notice it..." Arcee replied
"I knew she was..." Ratchet replied
The bots stopped to look at the old medic not knowing what to think. "What?" they asked
"Why do you think I kept saying she needed to stay on the Warship?" Ratchet asked
The bots continued to look at him before they said. "Oh..."
Ratchet shook his helm before he looked over to Optimus. "It shocked me more that you didn't realize it till now Optimus." he said
"Wait what?" Jack, Miko and Raf asked
The team looked at Optimus wondering what Ratchet was meaning the Prime looked at them before he sighed. "I am not sure either..." he replied as he grabbed his helm
"I am confused...." Smokescreen asked
Ratchet sighed. "My girls, Starfire and Oprimus' younger daughter Lyra all grew up together..." he replied
"Wait what?" Smokescreen asked
"It's a long story and not really an easy one to say..." Ratchet replied
The team just looked at the old Medic in shock before they decided to check up on Starfire and Echo, Optimus and Ratchet were ahead of the others before they got to the door and Ratchet knocked on it before saying. "Talison, Stafire..."
But he got no answer he looked at Optimus before asking again still nothing, Optimus then noticed the door was unlocked he went and opened the door Bumblebee was near the two of them and once they looked inside they found no one inside the team walked into the room looking around the femmes were not there.
"Where did they go?" Arcee asked.
"I do not know..." Optimus replied before looking around and seeing something he moved towards it.
Bumblebee looked at Optimus as he picked up two notes and turned to them. "Ratchet... this one's for you..." he said
The datapad had a flower with it that looked to have been carefully crafted from metal and was beautifully painted in familiar greens and blues.
"Talison..." Ratchet said in a quiet voice as he looked at the metal flower.
Optimus looked at him before looking at the Datapad still in his servo knowing it was from Starfire, he went to activate it before reading.
Autobots... by the time you read this Tali and I will be gone we have left to be with my sire on the warship I would've stayed but I do not feel trusted by some of you, Bee.... I am sorry I didn't say goodbye to you but know I still love you and I will see you again.
Starfire.
:They left...: Bumblebee beeped sadly.
The team looked a little stunned to hear that Smokescreen looked at the metel flower and just stared at it. "You sure... that thing is not a device where they could hear us?" he asked
Ratchet looked at Smokescreen and glared at him. "What are you saying Smokescreen? That my daughter is trying to spy on me? She knows our location now. If she wanted to destroy the base she would have already turned over the information to Megatron the instant she stepped outside."
Smokescreen just looked at him not knowing what to say or do after that, Bumblebee was real upset with him too but he didn't say anything he just stormed out of the room leaving the bots to think about all that had happened.
