First get a bowl and fill it with water, put a dash of salt in, add a drop of your blood, then put your 2 seashells in, put your hand in the bowl and stir very delicately while chant/sing 5-10x

After saying that drink the liquid you may feel a little sick, get the seashells and put them either under your pillow or on your bedside cupboard, and every night touch them to feel the seas energy. After this wait for side effects it should work in a few weeks to a month.
NOTE: with the tail colour where it says main colour that's the full colour of the tail and highlight colour is extra colour you may want when I did this I chose gold for the main colour and silver for the highlight.Also you don't get to choose your powers you will be given the powers that the sea spirits think you should have

Power side effects:
Heating: Hotter than usual, attracted to fire, headache
Siren singing: sore throat, urge to sing, observe boys
Cryokinesis: colder than usual, don't feel or get affected by winter weather
Hydrokinesis: water may feel lighter, drinking more water
Telekinesis: headache, objects may move, eye strains
There are more powers but these are the most common ones please take note that you may not get all these powers you may end up with only one or two
