When Tom and izzie split. Tom and Aimee, who is izzie youngest daughter hooked up. it was one mistake and they both regret it and never want to hurt izzie. They agree to forget it and moved past it. But it's not that easy especially when Aimee discovers she is pregnant.
Aimee tries to keep her pregnancy secret from everyone but when Tom finds out. He can't believe how much he messed up. He and Aimee agree to keep it secret for as long as possible but when izzie and Tom get back together it complicated things especially with Aimee carrying toms baby and trying to keep it all secret. But when izzie finds out Aimee is pregnant and demanding to know who the father is.
