Chapter 118: Things Get a Little Risqué
Meanwhile...
Alicia's Point of View
Shortly after reaching the basement, Billy had contacted me over walkie talkie and asked me what I was doing, and I told him I just planned to do an EVP session in the poker room and bedrooms, which he seemed fine with.
Once I got my bearings in the poker room, I hit the record button on my camera.
"Alright, I'm down in the basement, in the poker room," I said, as I panned the camera around, everything green due to night vision. "I'm going to try to see if I can capture any EVP's," I added, holding up my digital recorder in front of the camera and then hit the record button.
"Howdy boys, how ya'll doing tonight?" I asked, holding the digital recorder out in front of me, and slowly panned the camera across the room.
No audible response as I took a few steps forward.
"Who's winning big tonight?" I asked, holding my camera steady on the poker table.
I stayed silent for a few minutes, and then rewound the digital recorder and played it back to see if I had picked up any voices.
"Howdy boys, how ya'll doing tonight?"
After a few seconds of silence, I nearly jumped out of my skin when I heard a distinctive gunshot, and then what sounded like a man moaning out in pain. But because it was an EVP, it was faint and partly muffled.
"Oh my god!" I exclaimed in shock, pausing the digital recorder, and then turned my camera to film myself. "That sounded like a gunshot, and a man moaning in pain...legends say 26 people were killed here during it's time," I said, then turned my camera around to show the digital recorder again, and hit play.
"Who's winning big tonight?"
Again, there was a brief period of silence, followed by a man's raspy voice, but I couldn't make it out at first.
"That sounded like a man's voice," I said, filming myself again as I rewound the recording, and hit play, and held the digital recorder close to my ear and the camera. This time, I just barely made out the EVP – a man's raspy voice saying "hello darling".
I couldn't help chuckling quietly.
"Well, sounds like I caught someone's attention," I said into the camera, before turning it to face forward again, held up the digital recorder, and hit record.
"Hello to the man that said hello to me...is there something you want to ask me?" I said, mentally putting two and two together.
There were bedrooms down here where ladies of the night conducted their business, I was dressed up as one, and a man came through saying "hello darling" – if I was right, perhaps this man wanted to "hire" me.
After staying silent for some time for the digital recorder, I rewound it to play it back.
"Hello to the man that said hello to me...is there something you want to ask me?"
Within seconds, the same man's voice came through. It sounded like he was asking a question, but the only distinct word that I could hear was "bedroom".
Oh boy...guess I was right, I thought.
I hit the record button on the digital recorder again, and then started walking toward the bedrooms.
"Do you want me to go into one of the bedrooms?" I asked, and walked into the first bedroom, knowing there was a static x camera set up in the corner, recording the bed.
I panned across the small room, which really only consisted of a double bed and very little else, and then walked further into the room. Despite my stomach filling up with butterflies, I walked over to one side of the bed and got up on it, sitting near the middle of the bed with my legs together and bent partly under me to one side, to attempt to be as modest as possible – especially since the skirt on the dress I was wearing was fairly short.
I set my handheld camera down near the end of the bed, angling it up slightly so it would be filming me, and then relaxed back in my position.
"Well, here we are...what would you like to do now?" I asked, doing my best to sound confident and unafraid.
Just as I was about to rewind the digital recorder to listen to the playback, I heard very audible footsteps out in the poker room. I sat in complete silence as the footsteps came closer, and then it was suddenly silent again.
I looked at the static x camera in the corner of the room.
"Jay, is there anyone upstairs?" I asked.
"Zak and Aaron are in the backstage area, but not moving," Jay replied, his voice coming out through my walkie talkie. "They heard the footsteps too and asked about you, they're coming down," Jay added.
Oh god...dressed like a lady of the night, sitting on the bed, and a male spirit is coming toward me, what in the hell have you gotten yourself into?!

Meanwhile...
Zak's Point of View
Aaron and I reached the bottom of the stairs in the poker room, and saw no one in sight.
"Ali? You down here?" I called, just wanting to make sure she was still down here, and to let her know we were here, in case she didn't already know.
"Yeah! In the bedroom!" She called back.
My thoughts started to wander to a vision of us being in my house, me coming home from an outing, and Alicia calling to me from my bedroom...
"Did you hear those footsteps?" Aaron called, quickly erasing the vision from my mind.
"Yeah, sounded like they were coming toward me!" Alicia called back.
"Going to do some EVP!" I called to her, so she'd know to stay quiet.
"Okay!" She called back.
I walked into the poker room a bit more, slowly making my way toward the bedrooms, and hit the record button on my digital recorder.
"Is there a man here with us?" I asked, slowly moving forward, as Aaron followed me.
After a brief period of silence, I spoke again.
"I know there's a man down here, and that you're interested in that beautiful lady sitting on the bed," I said. "What do you want to do to her?" I added.
I waited another brief period of time, then rewound the digital recorder, and hit the play button.
"Is there a man here with us?"
No response.
"I know there's a man down here, and that you're interested in that beautiful lady sitting on the bed," my voice said. "What do you want to do to her?" My voice added.
We heard a man's raspy voice come through with two words, and those two words made me cringe.
"...touch...sex..."
"Oh my god bro!" Aaron exclaimed in complete shock, nearly yelling. "It said 'touch' and 'sex'!" Aaron added.
"It said wh- ahhh!" Alicia had started to ask, but then yelled in shock. "Someone just touched me!" She called from the bedroom.
"Where!?" I immediately responded, reacting more the defensive boyfriend than the paranormal investigator.
"A hand ran up and down my arm!" Alicia responded, and I inwardly sighed with relief – at least it wasn't a grope. "And it feels cold in here now..." she added.
Wanting to get to the bedroom as soon as possible, I hit the record button on the digital recorder again as I neared the first bedroom – the one Alicia was in.
"Whoever just touched the woman sitting on the bed, she's mine," I said. "I paid for her for the night," I added, to be more clear.

Alicia's Point of View
I sat still and silent on the bed, still a bit freaked out by the EVP Zak had gotten, and by the feeling of a man's hand running up and down my arm. And right now, it felt like someone was sitting on the bed with me.
My heart jumped up into my throat when I next heard Zak speak to the spirit.
"Whoever just touched the woman sitting on the bed, she's mine," Zak said. "I paid for her for the night," Zak added.
Oh-my-god...and he's just outside!
My mind went into overdrive, not knowing whether to get up off the bed, hide, or run out of the room.
I knew this was actually turning out to be a good situation for possible dark activity – two cowboys fighting over a girl – but eek!
Then I saw him.
Zak had appeared outside the doorway, his camera aimed at me, and the digital recorder in his other hand.
Somehow, I must of had a composed look about myself, because Zak was acting normal.
"You better get out of this room if you're still in here!" Zak said. "Because this lady and I are about to have some fun," Zak added, completely smooth and sly as if we weren't dating.
Meanwhile, I was screaming like crazy on the inside – nervous, anxious, curious...excited...
Relax girl, relax.
I suddenly jumped when Zak – who had started to walk through the doorway, suddenly stumbled backwards and bumped into the railing that was outside the doors - as there was a partial hallway in front of the bedrooms, with an open area on the other side.
"Whoa dude! What was that?!" Aaron asked, right from outside the room.
Oh god, he's still here too?! I thought, but then mentally smacked myself.
It's not like anything was going to happen, or like he was going to see anything.
"Someone shoved me back bro!" Zak exclaimed in shock, having barely managed to brace himself with his elbows on top of the railing, and still holding onto his camera and the digital recorder.

Zak's Point of View
I got myself back up into a standing position with Aaron's help, feeling furious that someone had shoved me back while walking into a room Alicia was in.
I quickly turned my camera off, and gave it to Aaron to put into one of the many pockets on his vest, so that I had a hand free. Aaron could stand in the doorway if need be, and there was a static x camera in the bedroom already anyway.
I rewound the digital recorder and then hit the play button.
"Whoever just touched the woman sitting on the bed, she's mine," my voice said. "I paid for her for the night,"
Shortly after my voice finished, a man's raspy voice came through with a clear and firm "no".
"Holy shit bro!" Aaron exclaimed.
"That's the same voice I got on my recorder earlier..." Alicia said from her spot on the bed.
I felt even more angry, as ridiculous as it was, but let the recorder continue.
"You better get out of this room if you're still in here!" My voice said. "Because this lady and I are about to have some fun,"
Shortly after we could hear my footsteps begin, the same man's voice came through, this time sounding angry, saying "she's mine!".
I closed my eyes briefly and opened them again, forcing back my anger. Thankfully, Aaron gave me some more time to gather my composure.
"I'm sorry sir, but this lady belongs to this man for the night, he paid for her in full," Aaron said.
God...I hope Ali doesn't hate me for this...
Once I was sure I was calmed down enough, I started to walk into the bedroom again, and this time found myself able too. With my back to all the cameras behind me, I couldn't help but look at Alicia as I walked over to the opposite side of the bed, and then sat down on it. Despite the circumstances, she seemed perfectly calm and at ease, and I found myself wishing I knew how she was doing it.
Then my thoughts were distracted when we all heard an angry snarl from outside the bedroom.
Aaron – who was standing right beside where the sound had come from – yelped and jumped back.
"Oh my god! Dude! Did you guys hear that?!" Aaron nearly yelled.
I glanced at Ali, who had a look of shock on her face as she stared at the doorway, before responding.
"We heard it..." I replied.

Alicia's Point of View
All I could do was stare at the doorway in shock after hearing the angry snarl outside it. I had barely comprehended Aaron talking and was thankful Zak had answered for us. The air in here had definitely changed – it was very tense, and the only other word I could use to describe it was "rage".
"Guys, it is so cold out here right now," Aaron said, stepping in front of the doorway partly, with a hand out in front of him.
"Are you unhappy that I'm in here with this beautiful woman?" Zak asked, still holding his digital recorder, and I couldn't stop my face from flushing.
Thank god for night vision...
As I stayed silent on the bed, to let the recorder pick up any possible EVP's, I saw Aaron quickly reach into a pocket in his vest and pull out a Mel-Meter, and turned it on.
The Mel-Meter is used to detect rapid changes in the Electromagnetic Fields in the air, which spirits are said to give off. It also has the ability to detect changes in temperature.
Zak noticed Aaron had taken out the Mel-Meter too, and refrained from asking anymore questions until Aaron told us the readings.
"7.2 EMF bro!" Aaron exclaimed excitedly, which was a high reading, indicating a spirit was nearby. "And the temperature is dropping," Aaron added.
Okay, obviously there was a spirit here that was not happy with Zak being the lucky one...and I don't know what came over me, but I suddenly decided to be the next one to kick things up a notch.
~*~*~*~*~*~
Zak's Point of View
I had been so distracted with shock by Aaron's readings with the Mel-Meter, that I didn't notice Alicia moving until it was too late.
The next thing I knew, she had gotten up on her knees as she turned toward me, and then she put her hands on my chest, shoved me back flat on the bed, and straddled over my hips, her legs firmly pressed in on either side of my hips. Without even thinking, I put my hands on her waist - dropping my digital recorder on the bed in the process - and looked up at her, knowing shock was written all over my face.
When I finally focused on her face, she had an expression I had never seen on her before: seductive desire, with absolutely no shyness to be found.
Before I could do or say anything, she shocked me again.
"What would you like to do first darling?" Alicia asked, a western twang perfectly added to her voice.
It was then that I noticed that her eyes were different. Even though she was looking down at me, her eyes looked dull – for lack of a better word. There was no life to them.
"Ali? What are you doing?" I asked, highly suspicious now that something – or someone – had taken over her. But she had surprised me before on lockdowns.
"What do you think, darling?" She replied, the western twang still in her voice, as she leaned down to kiss me.
It was then I knew for sure that this was definitely not my Alicia.
I quickly moved my hands from her waist to her arms, stopping her from leaning down all the way. I couldn't keep the look of concern off my face now as I looked up at her.
"Whoever has taken control of Ali, let her go, now!" I demanded.
"Oh come on, cowboy, let's have some fun," Alicia said softly, as she wiggled to get free from my grasp – which included her hips moving against mine.
It's not her...
"You don't have permission to control her," I said, angrily. "Leave! NOW!" I nearly yelled, glaring at "Alicia".
Suddenly, another loud, angry snarl sounded from the doorway, which caused Aaron to yelp in shock, and partly in fear. Then, the static x camera fell over with a loud crash.
Aaron, still standing in the same spot, jumped back out of sight as he dropped the Mel-Meter.
"Holy shit dude!" Aaron exclaimed in panic.
And then, like someone had flicked a switch, the air around us seemed to change – a calmness had come over the room. Whatever entity had been here, it had left.
Alicia blinked a few times, as if she was waking up from a deep sleep. I was so focused on her, I badly heard Aaron pick up the Mel-Meter.
"0.0, and temperature returned to normal. Think he...or whatever it was, is gone," Aaron said, sort of quietly. "Un, how about we go over to 'Big Nose Kate's' now?" Aaron suggested, still sounding spooked by what had happened.
Alicia suddenly seemed to come back to reality, because she immediately sat upright, and had a "deer in the headlights" look on her face.
Shit...she knows what she just did...
Without saying a word, she quickly got up off me, and then equally as quickly got up off the bed, standing on the opposite side from where I was.
I quietly sat up, and also got up off the bed, and picked up the digital recorder I had dropped and stopped it, as it had still been recording.
"I'm um...gonna go change back into my clothes..." Alicia suggested, quietly, without looking at me.
Before I could respond, she quickly bolted out of the room – not even bothering to take her camera or digital recorder – past Aaron, and then I heard her nearly run up the stairs.
I stood there, staring at the place Alicia had just been in before she left the room, feeling a mixture of shock and worry. I knew she probably felt humiliated.
"Um...what the hell was that?" Billy's voice emitted from my walkie talkie.
I unhooked the walkie talkie from my belt, and raised it to my mouth.
"I don't know," I said simply, before Aaron and I started gathering up the gear.
Author's Note: So, how was that guys?
I know it's been forever since we've had a lockdown, and I hope I still "got it" as they say, lol. The lockdown isn't over yet though.
Please vote and review and let me know what you think, and I hope you enjoyed the update!
