Ink is dripping everywhere. I could have sworn I was being followed. Watched. But every time I would look, nothing would be there. I have no idea why I came in the first place. Maybe a dare. Maybe old memories, I don't know. I turned a corner and a cut out of the demon known as Bendy popped up. Screaming a fell backwards. The cut out seemed to smirk.
"Ha ha ha ," I say sarcastically. I get up again and walk past the cut out and down the hall I see the ink machine. "Great," I think. I turn and the cut out is gone. Like nothing is there. I have the feeling I'm being watched again. I turn to head into the ink machine room, and in the shadows, is a pair of glowing eyes. I pause for a minute out of fear.
And then I run screaming. I look back and my eyes open wide with terror. The thing watching is following, running in the shadows. I bet your wondering how I know. Because ink is falling down the halls after the thing runs past. I scream again and look ahead. I'm too scared to look back. I see the exit. But just I'm about to, the floor gives way. I start falling, but the thing grabs my arm and pulls me back up.
Once I'm sure I'm safe, I slap the hand away. My eyes are closed so I can't tell what or who I slapped. I slowly open my eyes and I see... I slapped a demon. I slapped a cartoon demon. I slapped... Bendy.
I go to back up but I remember the open floor.
"P,p,please don't hurt m,m,me," I stutter.
"Ha don't worry I've had worse happen." Bendy laughed. He holds out a gloved hand to help me up. I slowly take it and he pulls me up to my feet. I smile slightly and then frown.
"Why were you watching me?" I ask. Bendy frowns.
"Because it's not safe here." Bendy mumbles.
"Then why not show me to an exit then follow me and scare me," I say calmly and walk away from the hole in the floor.
"Because I'm lonely," he mumbled again.
"Well the first way to make a friend is to don't scare them," I say putting my hands on his shoulders, while smiling. He smirks.
"Then you ask them," I say rolling my wrist for him to continue.
"will you be my friend uh..." he pauses.
"Y/n," I say smiling.
'Huh, nice name," he says happily.
"Thanks, oh and by the way, sure I'll gladly be your friend," I say.
"Oh, yay toots," he says pulling me into a bone crushing hug.
"Toots?" I say smiling slightly. He puts me down and awkwardly coughs.
"Uhh ha-ha it just... I uh... I can't... sorry," he says frowning.
"Ha-ha, I have had worse," I say quoting his words.
"Heh, thanks," he said, smiling again.
"I have a feeling this is going to be a wonderful friendship," I say hugging him again. He hesitates then wraps his arms around my shoulders.
"So do I," he agreed.
