It was official
They just had to be out of their
Ever lasting minds
Geno pulled gently at the reigns getting his gasterblaster to slow down to a trot .
((note that gasterblasters are like horses here))
Only the sound of the skeleton horse's bone hoofs making contact with the grass that covered most of the ground around him could be heard as they continued onwards
After a bit geno pulled his gasterblaster to a full stop gently getting off of it and leading it to stand next to a particularly large tree.
"Nova stay here OK?" Geno said in a soft quiet like whisper as he patted the gaster blaster on the top of it skull.
He then pulls his white hood up over his head making sure that nobody could see his face darting off further into the forest soundlessly

Geno silently cursed to himself as he hid behind a tree, he was now officially on vampire territory.
The fact he had yet to be found was quiet surprising seeing he was eternally bleeding from his chest.
To make matters worse the blood would find it way in his mouth often overflowing and ending up rolling down his chin in the same exact spot
God awful....
He had to mask his scent by covering himself in some pretty expensive scent potions which only lasted an hour each at MOST. If he ran out he would be fucked..
Honestly if he makes it out alive he's going to personally have a long talk with ink to ask why the other seemed to have some sort of death wish for him. I mean come on this plan is almost as stupid as sending someone drenched in blood to steal from the vampire king..
oh wait
THATS EXACTLY WHAT HES DOING!!
Geno grumbled under his breath still waiting for the perfect moment to sneak into the castle
Damn idiot was lucky he was desperate... Otherwise he wouldn't had even been anywhere near here
A guard moves from his spot finally giving Geno the opportunity to dart into the castle quickly through one of the windows. It took a bit of effort to climb up to it without being seen but he somehow managed
Great where am I now....?
He looks around for any sort of clues that could point out where in the castle he was but from what he could tell it was just a long hallway with tons of doors... This could take forever
But hey it shouldn't be that hard to find the kings room... Right?
Geno walks down the hallway pretty much aimlessly being sure to be careful not to get spot, there were several occasions where he had to quickly hide in the most ridiculous ways and places just to not get caught but finally after wondering around for a bit he happens upon a large set of double doors that just screamed--
Begged Geno to go inside the unknown room
Perhaps this was it?
He opens the set of doors as carefully and quietly as possible peeking in the room first before slipping in
God damn is it dark In here..
Geno freezes up as he hears footsteps coming from right outside the room
Please don't come in here pleaSE please oh please.. Anywhere but here
The sound of the footsteps grow lower and lower allowing Geno to relax.. It seems they walked right past instead..
Geno walks forward a bit further into the room until he bumps into something, his hand brushing against something warm and boney..?
--shit someones in here?!?!
the sound of what seemed to be someone shifting in a bed was the only thing that seemed to kill the dead silence in the room
Fuck-
he digs his hands in his pockets feeling around for a specific potion, it was kinda hard to tell them apart and his eyes would do him no good in the darkness so he had to rely on his memory and ability to tell the shapes of the bottles apart..
come on.. the potion has to be somewhere around in here
He begins to panic as he pulls out a small vail like bottle praying silently that he had picked out the right potion as he quickly uncaps it and chugs the contents in it ignoring the fact it tasted like medicine and tasted even worse mixed in with his own blood.
He was just in time too it seems as he heard another shift coming from what he assumed to be the bed. However the moment was short lived as it grew quiet again. Geno had a very bad feeling and was considering jumping out the balcony,The only area of the room he could actually see from providing a bit of light from the moon.
Well that was until he heard a voice in the darkness
"Is... This blood"
Geno was pretty sure he would of had a heart attack right then and there if he actually had a heart..
Holy hecking hell
Not only was he freaking out because of the fact he was pretty damn sure he had touched the vampire KING himself and left a bit of blood on him somehow. But also because of how his voice had completely thrown him off.
He never really seen or heard the king speak personally and had only had information based off rumors
Boy were they wrong..
He had a deep yet sexy voice that held a sort of strength behind it as if it demanded respect, yet it also still had a sweet sort of hum to it as if the owner of said voice just wanted to suddenly break out into song.
I wonder what would it sound like if he would actually sing-
Geno mentally slapped himself as he regained focus
ugh i need to stop gawking over the damn vampire kings sexy voice-
He mentally slapped himself again
Internally screaming and what he had just thought to himself
he just needed the necklace but he couldn't even see for shit and for all he knew the necklace could of been right in front of him the whole time.
However almost as if his silent prayers were answered the vampire got up from the bed and turned on the light.It was still considerably dark seeing as vampires didnt even really need light to see but it was bright enough now for Geno to see much better now
Wait- DID HE GET THE RIGHT POTION??
The vampire king seemed to be looking directly at Geno however he couldn't even be a hundred percent sure, the king wore a sort of black cloak and it covered his face pretty well to Geno's disappointment
He waves awkwardly to check to see if he would say or do anything.
there was no response as the king looked around the room perhaps highly confused as to why there was blood smothered on his hand
There no doubt I'm going to die..
Geno thought to himself as he started looking around the room for the necklace he was supposed to steal ignoring the fact that he could of sworn he saw the vampire king lick at the blood on his hand.
He was honestly considering waiting for the king to leave his room when he saw the necklace poking out from one of the pockets of the kings cloak
It was pretty
Several black and blue gems placed neatly in some places of the necklace, there was also a larger gem in the middle that he couldn't really recognize, it was kinda like a marble but not really.. The look of the unfimilar stone making him curious
Huh... now that I think of it I didn't get to find out what ink even needed this for..
Hng focus geno focus
Geno quietly crept up to the king careful not to make any noise. he still had to be quiet despite the fact he had used an invisibility potion..he would run out of time too though if he didnt hurry
He would have to risk it---
Geno quickly grabs the necklace from the vampires pocket turning and running for the balcony, he knew well he couldn't outrun the vampire especially if It was the king but he had a plan-
He slams his hand down onto the railing hard then quickly grabs the empty bottle and tosses it over the ledge making it seem like he had jumped
The vampire seemed to have bought it
As he transformed into a rather large bat and and flew after the bottle
Geno grins taking this moment to climb up onto the roof
Five more minutes...
He silently hops from the roof onto one of the branches of a tree close enough for him to reach,he then pockets the necklace before swiftly climbing down the tree and darting through the forest.
Just as he passes through a few trees the potion wears off and he becomes visible again
Hopefully nobody followed me..
He snaps his finger as he gathered up his magic, his gasterblaster appearing besides him and running at the same pace as Geno, obviously holding back for the skeleton
Geno skillfully hops onto the gasterblaster without having to stop. he had practiced doing this for a while now with nova in case a moment came up where he needed to escape quickly and couldn't stop running for whatever reason .
Nova began to speed up as its magic red-blue mane flowed along with the wind much similarly to how a fire would dance along in the direction the wind would blow
the two escaped into the darkness of the night hurrying along to make their way out of the vampire's territory..
Once they made it out they both would be pretty much safe
Geno looked up at the sky watching as an orangish color took up half of it
Daylight..
They would be ok he assured himself
As he went back to focusing on leaving the vampires land
Hopefully..
