Another set of days have passed...
It's been one week a a half since I saw him...
My members are not coming by days as well, they are busy about the collab, perhaps.
As I thought of things, I went out of my room and gone to.the kitchen where the other servants are cooking.
"Madam, good morning."
They smiled and greeted.
"Why are you all cooking? I mean, you're all busy with something? Is there any occassion?"
I creases my forehead in confusion and looked at several.ingredients on the counter.
"Ah, you have a party later at night, madam."
One of them answered.
"Party? Mine?"
I get more confused.
"Yes, madam. You have a engagement party later."
Then, a butler behind me answered with a smile.
"....mwo?"
I froze in second then I asked.
"What if I don't like to?"
I sarcastically asked and everyone turned their heads to look at me surprisely.
"Madam, these are your parents commands, we need to."
One of them amswered.
"Then, just tell.me, who are the invited people?"
I raised my chin up and corsses my arms.
"Madam, these are the list of the invited people. They are several, you could look at it."
The butler behind me handed a list.
I glace at it.
I read several names including my members then on the middle of the I saw a unbelievable name........what's this!?
"Why is he invited!?"
I yelled pointing at the name.
"Don't worry, madam, they are all invited. He's not alone."
The butler defended.
"I'm asking you, why is he invited!?"
In frustration, I calmed my voice but gave him a death glare.
"I invited them, Jenjen."
A man from nowhere asked.
"Eun Woo? Why have you invited the..."
He cutted me.
"It's just that, maybe it would be easier for you two if you could say proper good byes. Also, if you showed that you're happy doing these things, he wouldn't feel down afterall, right? He's my friend as well, so, I imvited him."
Eun Woo gave me a sweet smile but I just rolled my eyes and brushes my shoulder as I passed beside him.
I walked to my room and locked myself in.
Then, I sat near the balcony and looked at the list of invited.
"Taehyung."
With that, I gazed at Taehyung's name.

I got an invitation to a party...engagement party, particularly.
I glanced at it knowing that it is from Jennie's and Eun Woo's engagement...
"Hyung, are we going?"
Jungkook asked innocently.
I looked at him and just stared blankly beofre answering...
"Why would I come?"
Sarcastically, I asked.
"Because...it's from Jennie?"
Jimin sarcastically answered and he crosses his arms.
"I don't think that invitation was from Jennie."
Jin concluded looking at the invitation I'm holding.
"But anyway, won't we come?"
Again, Jungkook asked.
"Why are you asking that, Jungkook? Do you even want to go?"
Jimin frowned and repkied with a question.
"No, I don't want to see Eun Woo and his friends there but we can steal Jennie while everyone is busy partying."
Jungkook smirked.
It was a crazy idea but he made us chuckled.
"Why do you even think of that? We can't do it. Guards are there."
Jin answered laughing.
"Then, let's talk to her so she would cooperate when we are about to kidnap her."
Jungkook seriously answered.
"Jinja, your idea is insae, Jungkook-a."
Jimin tapped his shpulder and chuckled.
"Cause, I really love seeing the both of you together."
Jungkook answered while looking at me.
"Me too, Jungkook. But we can't steal her there..."
My eyes went down to look at the invitation, I stared at it.
"....then, at least showed up to her. You two don't have proper good byes, and...see her for the last time, hyung?"
Jungkook hesitated in the last sentence he was saying and he automatically clenched his own fist as he suggest.
Jimin tapped him and Jin hushed him as he suggested that but after seconds...
"That's right. See her for the last time, I need to see if she's fine and wealthy then my mind would be halfly fine."
I answered and nodded on my own.
"Also, show her that you're fine, so, she wouldn't be worried about you."
Jimin added and Jin tapped him hardly.
But I just smiled at them and looked at the invitation again.

- Jennie
I am sittung next to the balcony, it was cold but I don't care...I just watched the clouds moving.
And I'm still holding the list...
"I hope you're coming. I just want to see you for the last tims, Taehyung."
I thought and as seconds have passed while thinking of him...
Someone knocked on my door and spoke.
"Madam? Here's your dress for later. Also, the mask is here."
The servant informed.
"A mask?"
I asked myself.
Then, I rushed to ipen the door and let the two servants in.
"Mask? Is the genre of the party was mascarade?"
I asked rushing my sentence.
Both of them nodded in confusion.
"Wae, madam?"
One of them asked.
"Nothing, kamsahabnida."
I answered and they smiled and bowed at me before leaving.
I sat on my bed and thought...
"Mascarade party...then, I can talk to you without letting them know."
I smiled and rished to the bathroom to prepare.
- Taehyung
"The masks! Where is it?"
Jimin shouted from the next room.
"It's with me! Come here and get yours!"
Jin shouted to answer from his room.
"Taehyung, here's yours."
And Jin throw me a black mask.
I catched it and stared at it.
"Mask? I haven't opened the invitation, is it a mascarade party?"
I asked creasing my forehead.
"Yes."
Jin winked at me and turned his back to go back to his room.
I glaced at the mask...
"Then we can talk freely with these..."

"Yah! Choose your masks here!"
We got the invitation and we are preaparing now.
Four more hours to go for the party.
"Okay, where's mine...I choose this."
Chaeyoung rushed and got her own mask from my table.
"I just wonder...did the boys get an invitation?"
Lisa asked as she entered my room and we all froze realizing about the boys.
"I don't know...but knowing Jennie, she wouldn't send invitation for a thing like that."
I concluded.
"Yeah, unnie. But Eun Woo?"
Chaeyoung asked, then we all realized that Eun Woo will invite the boys and we sighed in annoyance.
"Such a bad guy."
Losa frowned and get back to her room.
Chaeyoung just shooked her head in disbelief as she left my room.
While me...
I looked at the invitation...
"You two will find tonight as your last night."
I talked to myself.

- Jennie
Time passes and everything is prepared.
Music l start playing loudly.
I wa just staring at myself through the mirror, hokding the black mask wearing black dress...
"This night will end painfully again."
I thought and after, a servant knocked on my door and gently called me to go out of my room.
So, I wore the mask and inhaled a heavy oxygen to my lungs before turning back to the mirror and start taking the path going out.
"Madam, you're so fantastic. Look at you, you look like.goddess on that dress, maybe if you removed the mask, everyone will be more mezmerized."
A servant complimented and I respond a smile as my thanks to her.
The others smiled at me and bowed as I pass through them.
Then, Eun Woo reached my place, now, he's offering me to cling unto his arm.
But I didn't respond and just say...
"Let's go."
Coldly.
"I'm broken deep inside."

Me and my members went out of the car and fixed our suits.
I walked through the carpet leading the way to enter the party, after giving them the invitation, they let us in.
"Where should we go?"
Jimin asked.
"Let's just have a table first."
Jin answered and made his way to one of the tables.
Few more minutes after the waiters served us the dinner. A host spoke from the mic.
"Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I hope the dinner impressed you. So, let get this thing straight, we all know who's the richest family in the whole Korea and it's the Kim family, please round of applause...and the second would be the Cha family, please give them a warm welcome."
Everyone clapped as the emcee told them to.
While me...
I'm just staring at the woman standing next to the stairs beside the stage.
"Eun Woo's clinging unto you...don't ignore him."
I miss her but I need to accept that she won't be mine.
"So, tonight, the two family will be joined together. The heir of the two comapnies will have their engagement party, please welcome, MS. KIM JENNIE AND MR. CHA EUN WOO!"
The emcee welcomed.
I froze and just watched them waved at everyone.
Then...
"Yah, let us sit."
Jennie's members came.
"We are looking for you guys for like an hour?"
Lisa sarcastically informed but I just stared at Jennie who's wearing a a matte black dres and a mask.
She's still sexy...
I smiled with my eyes getting watery.
And then, I turned my body to face my table mates and immediately wiped my tears off. I chuckled and pretended that I'm fine and that I already have accepted everything.
"Hyung."
Jungkook looked at me worriedly, everyone looked at me worriedly.
I shook my head while still wiping my tears and after, I gave them a smile....
A smile that I use to do when Jenne says that she loves me.
After introducing them, they start traveling to the venue to meet their visitors and to meet friends.
While me and our friends are just staring at our table.
Then, a waiter served us champagne.
"These must be an expensive champagne. They are really unreachable."
Jin tilted the glass in a circular matter to roll the champagne inside it.
"Even us are embarass to go near her."
Jisoo added and sipped a champagne from her glass.
Then, they all sighed.
Until.....
"Yah."
A stable voice came to call all of us.
We all looked up to her and she smiled.
"Will you just...look at me?"
She asked smiling.
Bit she didn't look at me even once.
"Jennie!"
"UNNIE!"
The three girls excitedly hugged her.
While us, boys, we just froze looking at them.
"Taehyung..."
After they hugged...
She finally looked at me and called me with thay voice....
"You're still wearing the ring."
I looked at her hand with the ring I gave her...she still.have it. I smiled and my tears fell down slowly.
"Of course, I won't remove this. I do love you."
She looked at it and smiled.
By thay, I happilly grabbed her and hugged her.
I don't care if people see us but this is the last night...last night for us.
"Saranghaeyo, bogoshipda."
My tears are falling down and she hugged me back.
"Mianhe."
I know she's smiling while she's apologizing. It seems like...she knows that it would stop me from crying.
I pulled from the hug and held her hands.
"Go with me."
I suddenly commanded.
"We could go far away from here. We can escape while everyone is busy. Look, no one can see us, it's dark."
I traveled my eyes and added.
"Mwo?"
She frowned.
"I love you and we can do everything with the love for each other. Jebal, come with me."
I instructed her seriously.
My members start pulling me from her as I suggest crazy things.
"What are you just saying, Taehyung? Please, stop these. I know thay this is paonful, it's painful for me too, but if we continue loving each other...it might happen again."
She explained and as she did...
"Jennie?"
Eun Woo saw us, his eyes are on flame.
"Eun Woo."
Jennie turned her back from me and prevented Eun Woo to go to our direction but she failed.
"What are you doing with Jennie?"
He faced me and leaned closer as he evilishly asked me.
"We will escape here and go far away frim you."
I sarcastically answered.
"You can't take her away. Looke, we are already engaged."
He answered.
"But she don't love you."
I shooted.
"And you can't afford her."
That was harsh that made me froze and realize that it was true...
"Eun Woo, that's enough. Let's just..."
Jennie tried to grab Eun Woo's forearm but Eun Woo resisted and as he did, he accidentally hitted Jennie on face.
It made me punch him throigh face.
"STOP! STOP!"
Everyone's yelking and making us stop from fighting but we didn't until...
"STOP!!!"
A loud voice from the mic commanded and that made us stop.
It was Jennie's father.
"Why are you here!?"
He asked me madly.
"Eun woo invited them, Appa."
Jennie explained.
"And why are you fighting?"
Jennie's mother asked rasing her eyebrow.
"He hitted Jennie on face."
I explained.
"It was an accident."
Eun Woo defended.
"Stop that. Go with us."
Jennie's father instructed us to follow them.
We followed, only me, Eun Woo and Jennie together with Eun Woo's parents.
As we left the party, we reached an office like room.
"Let's get this straight, I want to cut your marriage with Jennie."
Pokerly, Jennie's father informed.
Jennie widened her eyes in surprise.
"M-Mwo?"
Eun Woo stammered.
"We found out that...you're the one who panned the kidnapping. See, these are the evidence."
Jennie's father sat on the office chair and threw the photos of Eun Woo and the kidnapper.
It was from a surveillance cameras.
I looked at it from a distance but I can clearly see that it was Eun Woo.
"T-That's not, true, uncle. I-It's b-been three years."
More stammering words from Eun Woo.
"Three years, you're hiding it for three years."
Jennie's mother joined.
"It's not me!"
Suddenly, Eun Woo's voice raised.
"E-Eun Woo?"
Jennie have processed what she heard and now she's confused...
"You have keep it too long, Eun Woo. I won't file a case for you, I kno you just love her that's why you have done that, so, I'll just cut your marriage. It's over, the game has ended."
Then, Jennie's father calmly stood up but...
"Get off! Stop! Stop!"
Eun Woo grabbed Jennie on her neck and pointed a gun that he got from one of the bodyguards.
"Stop right frim there or I'll kill her."
Eun Wok started taking path to go outside.
But I spoke...
"Eun Woo, stop. You'll get to hurt her."
I calmly said.
"Stop? No, until I get what I want."
Eun Woo answered.
"I love her with all my heart and soul, but she keeps on rejecting me. Now that I have the opportunity, you're going to take it away."
His eyes are on flame.
Glares to death while pointing the gun to Jennie's neck.
"Eun Woo."
Jennie called him with watery eyes and a shaky voice but Eun Woo just chuckled and left the room with Jennie on his hands.
We followed him as he walked through the people pointing the gun to each those who reacts and tries to stop him.
"Gey out of the way!"
He shouted.
"Jennie!"
"Unnie!"
Jennie's friends want to rush to her but they can't move.
"Made up of your mind, Mr. Kim. Our marriage or your daughter's dead body?"
Eun Woo sarcastically asked with his evil eyes.
"Eun Woo."
Jennie's voice went weaker.
"Wae? Are you stressed? Are you going to faint? Then good, your health is cooperating with me."
Eun Woo talked to Jennie but I overheard it.
Then, he grabbed Jennie out of the venue and went to a car. He stepped the car too fast. I managed to lock my eyes on them. I followed with my car, I rushed as Eun Woo is doing.
"I'll come to save you. Please, hold on."
