1 year later...
Toby's POV
"I'm so sorry Mr. Cavanugh" Dr. Amelia Shepard apologized (because Manon loves Greys, here is Amelia) she walked away. I slowly turned around and fell to the ground. Crying. I can't believe this happened to Spencer. How am I going to cope with this? How will our 5 kids cope with this?
3 months earlier..
It was snowing it Italy. That rarely happens. It was so beautiful so I decided to take Spencer out on a date at a restaurant, then we go to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and walk in the snow. It was perfect to celebrate our 1 year anniversary.
"Happy 1 year" Spencer comes downstairs and kisses me passionately
"Happy 1 year, I have the perfect date planned ever" I said resting my forehead on hers looking into her beautiful chocolate eyes.
"Oooh and what is this special surprise?" she says seductively making me weak
"It's a surprise, you will defiantly love this once. I may be the most romantic man in the world" I smirk. She laughs and pulls away heading into the kitchen
"Did you call Tommy" I ask
"Yes I did, him and his girlfriend will be coming in a few to watch the kids" she shouts from the kitchen
"Oh thats great, let's get ready before they come" I said
"Ok Tobes"
2 hours later
As I fix my tie, Spencer comes out the bathroom wearing a beautiful dark red dress that stops mid thigh above her knees. She has her hair straight, no makeup. She looks stunning
"Wow" I breathe
"I can say the same about you, you look really good" she smirks. I smile and turn around to fix my tie
"Come here, let me help you, you big baby" she laughs. I turn around and she fixes my messes up tie. I didn't have a problem with fixing my tie, I just find it really sexy that Spencer does it. When she finished, I put on my coat and gloves while she puts on her coat scarf and gloves
ding dong
"Oh they are here" Spencer cheers and runs down the stairs
"Hi guys" Spencer greeted
"Hey Spencer and Toby" Tommy says in his Italian accent
We let them in and lead them upstairs
"They are all sleeping, if they wake up just feed them and change them. They will fall back asleep, and with Sebastian, The Lion King always makes him fall asleep, so that should be good" I said while Spencer was kissing their foreheads and saying bye
"We got this Toby" Angie smiled
I smile and go kiss the kids forehead and leave with Spencer. We go into the car and drive off
"I miss the kids already, maybe we should go back" Spencer says
"Spence, they will be fine, we need this." I reassured her.
"Okay, okay, we just never been away from the babies, I actually never left Sebastian side until I got to Rosewood"
"Our kids will be fine babe, relax and let's enjoy us" I grab her hand and kiss it. There was a stoplight so I stopped the car. I take a look at Spencer and turn my head to the front quickly before she looks at me. She also does the same, and we keep going back and forth for the past minute
"The light is taking forever to change" I said resting me elbow on the window
"Well, then that means I can do this" she smirks
I look at her and she takes off her seatbelt and leans over to kiss me but then everything happened so fast.
General POV
As Spencer took off her seat belt to kiss Toby a truck comes and crashes in the back of the car.

Causing Spencer to fly through the front crashing the window and landing on the hood of the car.
'SPENCER" Toby shouts before shutting his eyes.
Thankfully there were people not too far from the crash and immediately called an ambulance
Within minutes 2 ambulance came. One took the truck driver while the others worked on getting Spencer and Toby out of the car. Toby was easily to get out. He wasn't too damaged, just a few cuts on his head. They took off his sea belt and placed him on the gurney.
Spencer on the other hand, was kinda tough because there was glass everywhere and on her face. Her head was split open, but not too much.
It took a while, but they managed to get her out and placed them both in the back of the truck and drove to the hospital.
As they were driving, both 2 of the other paramedics were working on Spencer and Toby. A few moments later, Toby slowly woke up and regained consciousness.
'Where am I?" he asked groggily
"You were a car accident, we are rushing you and your wife to the hospital now" the paramedic said
"Where's my wife?" he asked. The paramedic points to the other side where they were taking the glass off of Spencer's face
'Spencer?" he said trying to sit up but the paramedic tried to hold him down but Toby was fighting to get to his wife
'Spencer, Spencer, please be okay" he cries.
The truck stops and the paramedic quickly got out and rushed the two inside. They took Spencer into the E.R and since Toby was okay, they let him wait in the waiting room.
"Please, please let Spencer be okay" he prays to God.
2 hours later..
"Spencer Cavanaugh?" A tiny doctor comes in
"I'm her husband, how is she?" he asked
"Im Dr. Amelia Shepard I was operating on Spencer, um she's stable now, she's awake" she smiles "but she-
before she can finish he darts off to the room where she's in. When he walked in he saw Spencer wide awake and ran to her and attacked her with kisses and hugs and "dont scare me like that again" and pulls away and smiles at her
"How are you feeling?" he asked
"Im hurt. What happened?" she asked
"We were in a car accident" I responded
"okay, and who are you?" she ask confused. I immediately stood up and ran out to find the doctor when she was already coming to me
"Why doesn't Spencer remember me" I said with tears streaming down her face
"I was trying to tell you, when she woke up, I asked her a bunch of questions but she doesn't remember anything" Dr. Amelia said. I can't believe this, she doesn't remember me. If she doesn't remember me, then she wont remember our kids, or possibly her friends.
"I'm so sorry Mr. Cavanugh" Dr. Amelia Shepard apologized and she walked away. I slowly turned around and fell to the ground. Crying. I can't believe this happened to Spencer. How am I going to cope with this? How will our 5 kids cope with this? How will I help her remember her kids, remember her friends, remember us, our love. I won't leave her side. I made a vow to her and to God that I will always be there for her and I'm not breaking it, even if I have to make her fall in love with me again
