Lexi's pov.
It's week 1. I'm so nervous. I'm competing against dad and then moms a judge. Tonight's the premiere. Dress rehearsal didn't go very well yesterday. I fell and broke my wrist. My arm is in a cast but I'm still dancing. I'm so clumsy.
Mom, Hayley and my little cousin Ami helped me do the bling on the cast. It's gonna be hard dancing but I'm NOT withdrawing. This morning's dress rehearsal was not great. I kept slipping on my own feet and I twisted my ankle. Hopefully tonight will be better. I just got my hair done
Uncle Mark came over as I was getting my make up done. He said "how's your arm?" I said " it hurts but not a lot. " he said "we're dancing last so you can ice your arm." I nodded.
