~Past and Future~
(Madison's P.O.V.)
I kept staring at the text message that i just received. I can't believe he would send that kind of this to me after all the things that are happening right now. Suddenly, someone ran in the class. It was Luke. Our eyes meet each other's and he walked straight towards me.
"Give me your phone." He demanded
I gripped my phone tighter in my hand under the table
"No." i replied and bowed my head down
"I said, give it to me" he asked again
"I said, no"
He didn't answer. Obviously he's pissed. When he was trying to grab my hand, i pulled it away and stood on the other side of the desk.
"Madison, give me your phone" i can see his blue eyes turn black
"Why can't you just leave me alone?!" I said loud enough to grab the attention of the teacher. She looked up and once he realized the we were going to fight, she left the class
What the hell?!
"I need something out of it" he opened his hand, waiting for me to give him my phone
"Like what? The text message I've just received?" i raised my eyebrow
"Fine, that's it!" he tried to grab me but, i started to run away.
I know I'm quite a runner but with Luke's legs, i'm not fast enough. I managed to exit the door and planned to just get lost in the crowd of students in the hallway but, when i was about to do it, someone grabbed my arm and pulled me back.
Oh shit
"Give it to me!" Luke shouted and took the attention of everyone, again
"I said no! Why can't you accept the fact that you can't get everything you want just because your family is rich!" i answered
"Because i it's not true! I get everything i want and i will get everything i want! So give me the damn phone 'cause your annoying me!"
"No! I don't care if you intimidate other people! I am not afraid of you!" i screamed and everyone gasped. The fight was too intense that i didn't realize, people are around and filming everything again.
Out of nowhere, he grabbed the collar of my shirt and gripped it tightly, "What the fuck did you say?"
I want to whimper and cry but, i need to show him i am not afraid, "I said, i'm not afraid of you. I know you enough." i replied with a smirk
"No, you don't know me! You have no idea on who i am! I could kill you if i want right now!" he threatens and everyone starts to whisper around
"Luke! What the fucking hell are you doing?!" Ashton shouts from the crowd with and tried to remove Luke's tight fist around my crappy shirt
"No Ash, leave it. This is between him and me" i tell him and he returned back in the crowd
"But..." he tries to argue but didn't continue
Luke tightens his grip more and i got annoyed, "You can kill me, huh?" i asked
"Don't try me" i answers and gritted his teeth
"No. Prove to everyone that i don't know you enough." i signaled the cameras, "Punch me"
"Madison, are you out of you damn mind?!" Ashton asked but i decided to ignore it.
"Come on Luke, punch me! If it's not enough, kill me! Just fucking kill me and end my life right now god dammit!" i said to his face but, he didn't move. Instead, he just stared at me
"I know you enough to know when you are at your weakest and right now, you are at a vulnerable position"
"That's not true!" he denied
"Just accept it! I'm the only person in this world that can see right through you!" i answered louder than him, "I've seen you show emotions that no one in this room has ever seen before!"
His black eyes continued to burn right to mine since he knows that i'm telling the truth
"Luke, i've seen you cry in front of me, break down in front of me, laugh in front of me and for fuck sake's you even begged in front of me!" i started to enumerate and everyone was surprised that he can actually do those things.
"Stop lying!" he kept denying
"It's your damn ego! That's the problem! You've got too much pride and you have no idea it's hurting other people around you! It will probably be the reason that you'll die alone!"
"Just fucking stop talking!"
"No i wont! You need to face the reality! This is life, Luke! You get fucked up and there's nothing you can do about it!"
"You're pushing me" he growls
"Fine, i'll stop." i calmed down, "but, you need to suck it up and know that no matter what you do or how much money you have, you can never get anything or anyone you want. The word love is something you will never unders-" i tried to finish my sentence but i push towards the lockers.
"I said, stop talking" Luke whispers and kissed me.
I tried to fight and push him away but he removed his hands off my collar and took my hands. I can't move my arms nor my head. The only thing i could use were my legs but, right before i could kick his junk, Luke pushed his hips towards mine sexually. His eyes are closed and he's kissing me gently like he used to do before. I want to kiss him back so badly but i had the courage and enough stregnth to get out of him. When i looked around, the cameras are literally on my face. I turned around and slap look across the face
"You just showed everyone how much of a jerk you still are" i glared at him and left to get my bags from my locker. With the scene that just happened literally 5 seconds ago, i don't want to be judged right now.
Once i took my bag, i realised that i left some of my things in class
ah, fuck it
I exited the school and ran to the park to hide behind a tree. I sat on the ground and let all of my emotions out. Tears are falling out of my eyes and i tried tp cry quietly.
"Are you okay?" someone asked
i looked up and there was a at least 5 year old boy in front of me with his toy. Somehow, he looks familiar
"Yeah, i am" i replied and moved a bit so he can sit beside me
"Teenagers are so weird" he said with his cute voice
"What do you mean?" i asked and wiped the tears on my cheeks
"I have a brother. He's also a teenager and when he cries, he kept saying that he's fine when he really is not. Teenagers these days always lie about their real feelings." he explained
Is this really a kid or an adult?
"Okay fine, i'm not okay" i tell him the truth.
"Why? Is it because someone you love doesn't feel the same back to you?"
"Not exactly, i guess i've been too strong today that i couldn't take it anymore" i answer
"Oh, my brother likes a girl but she doesn't like him back. he says that she's beautiful and that her smile makes him happy" the little boy informs me
"Is that so? Who is your brother? Does he go to the same school as i do?"
"Yeah! He goes to the same school as that nice guy" he replies and plays with his toy truck
"A nice guy? In that school? Seems impossible" It's true though! Boys in Luke's school are either rude like him or perverted
"His name is Luke! The guy with the ring glued to his face" he giggles
Luke?! There seems to be a misunderstanding here
"What?! Are you sure that's his name?" i try to make sure that i heard him right
"Yup! He's really tall and he likes to put me in his shoulders" he smiled widely
Woah.
"Wait, you said you have a brother, right?"
"Yes. He's buying me ice cream from the store"
"What's his name?" i curiously asked, "Maybe i know him"
"His name is -" before he could say it, someone shouted from behind
"Tom! I got the ice cream!" a famliar voice shouted
"He's here!" he squealed and ran away.
I turn around to find Calum giving him the cold treat
"Here you go buddy, enjoy" he handed him a chocolate one and he jumped with happines
"Cal! I made friends with a pretty lady!" he tells his brother
The kid's got good eyes
"What? Where?"
"Here!" Tom pulled Calum's hand towards my direction. "She's here"
I looked up and see Calum filled with surprise in his eyes
"Hi" i greeted
"Hey"

Tom is playing in the slide while Calum and me are sitting on the swings. I found out that Tom was adopted.
"What are you doing here? Anything happened?" he asked
"You'll probably know it later or tomorrow. Gossips in school spreads faster than a disease."
He let out a wry laugh and i started to push my feet off the ground to make my seat move.
"Why did you skip class?" i asked
"I'd rather spend some time with Tom. I picked him up from kindergarten and he said he wants to play here." he replies
"Aww, that's nice. I've always wanted a little brother." i watch Tom from afar and imagined if i had a baby brother of my own.
"Anyways, wanna grab some dinner sometime?" Calum asked
I turned my head towards his directions and looked at him. He smiles shyly and cheekily
"Are you asking me out?"
"Uhmm.." he bit his lip nervously
"Yes, Calum. Let's have some dinner tomottow night. Just the two of us" i smiled at him
"Really?" his eyes lit up with happiness
"Yeah. I'll text you my address"
"Okay, I'll pick you up at seven" he stood up and kissed my cheek
I am not going to let my past relationship get in the way of my possibly future relationship.
~London~
(Jack's P.O.V.)
The post office burned down. How amazing. Madison need to know the truth about the boy who saved her from dying. She deserves it
"Finnegan!" i shouted for my brother
"In my room!" i ran up the stairs and find him putting his clothes in a suitcase
"What the bloody hell is happening? Where are you going?" i asked
"I saw in the news that the post office burned down. It's a good excuse to visit Australia" he laughs and handed me an envelope
"Flight leaves in 7 hours and Emmy is at mum's. Start packing cause we're going to the other side of the world!" i took the envelope and patted his back
"I'm so proud to call you my brother" i fake cried and left his room
Oh well.
