whitewashing in general is very dumb bc it's our skin you can't change that even with lightening procedures and creams. when you sign the contract to any kpop company they perform plastic surgery on you and do a surgic procedure where they literally scrape off the first 2 layers of your skin and add lightening chemicals to your skin to lighten it. and on top of that they are lightening creams and makeup to make you even lighter then fansites whitewash the whole thing
do you really believe people are as white as the walls or their teeth or white shirts? do people really think people who look like they've been raised from the dead attractive? bc I dont and idols say they like their natural skin too. and I honestly don't get why whitewashing exists either bc there's no one that white naturally unless they have albinoism.
tthis is a bad example but most Asians have skin liek this instead of

so future fansites PLEASE don't whitewash idols and my naturally tan ladies please don't change your skin by bleaching it or using lightening creams because your skin is beautiful even with your scars and acne and stretch marks and freckles. they're beautiful so don't change it.
