I once met a boy under the summer's rain,
when concrete roads started to have dark grey stains.
He stood right there near the entrance lane.
My pulse's erratic but I tried to stay sane.
I walked towards him and said, "Hi!"
His eyes widened, guess I took him by surprise.
I saw his face turn red, I bet he's really shy.
I just smiled and thought, "This is cute. This is nice."
He was really quiet the whole time,
he hardly talked he just smiled,
but everytime he does he commits a crime,
of stealing my heart a little each while.
He dresses simply, not trendy nor shabby.
He blushes a lot like an adorable baby.
He's watching me closely on whatever I'm doing.
And lowers his head whenever I'm looking.
I will never forget that awesome day
That we both bothered the rain away.
And just as the rain kept falling from above,
that's summer's day I knew that I fell in love.
