"Jennie? We cooked some breakfast for both of you, don't forget to eat them"I heard grandma from the door
"your grandpa and I will go to market!" She added
I woke up feeling uncomfortable because of his hand wrapping around my waist
Last night, we didn't get to have proper dinner because I kept on avoiding him
I want to apologize but can't find a way to do it
"what time is it?" he asked lifting his hand out of me
"it's already eight in the morning, get up" I said
"do you want to spend the day with me?" i asked

"I just want to apologize about yesterday"I said
"just admit it, you're asking me out on a date" he teased
"date my foot, you really think I would dare?" I said
"Get up okay? you're wasting the time" I said getting out of the bed
"Where exactly?" He asked
"to do some groceries"I said
"For what? We're not staying here for long right?" He responded

"Shouldn't we at least help my grandparents to do that? they've ran out of products"I said
"If you say so"he said and walked to the bathroom
"What do I expect?" I whispered

"wait for me here, I'll just ask for some assistance" he informed giving me his wallet
"We're not some kind of disabled who needs assistance taehyung? You can just help me" I asked
"an assistant to join you since I have something to check at the next floor" he said
"Wow you're really helpful" I sighed
It's not like we're buying much
"just don't taehyung, it's not like I'm buying for a year's supply" I said
" I'm not worried about that, I'm asking because some people might recognize you" he responded

" do whatever you have to, you don't have to help me shop around" I said

"just don't. You can leave now" I coldly said and pushed the cart away from him.
As I wander around I grab some stuff from the kitchen necessities section
I noticed my grandparents lack of some essential things that should be placed in a kitchen
Well I guess, they're too busy to do so
"Good day ma'am may I assist you?" a lady approached formally
With her hands placed neatly on her waist
She smiled
"ahm no. I can manage" I smiled
"We were informed of your presence so please allow me" she insisted grabbing the cart out of my hands gently

"no, it's just actually fine since I prefer to do this alone for some experience" I smiled
" You don't have to treat me like this" I said and she nod
"Apology for offending you ma'am" she apologized
"You don't have to apologize, It's just that I really want to do this" I assure and she gave me the cart back
"Please enjoy shopping"she said and I nod
Gladly.
I don't want to be uncomfortable walking around
He can just tell me he doesn't want to be seen with me so he doesn't have to sugarcoat things

"Jennie?" Someone called from my back
Why is he tailing me?
I turned my back to face him
But I didn't expect who was behind me
"baekhyun?" I called back
And smiled
He walked near me with his cart
how amazing, he can manage to shop alone
"are you alone?" He asked smiling
"um."I nod
and remember something from yesterday
"oh? About yesterday.."he cut me off
"don't mind that actually I am the one who needs to apologize for acting like that" he said
"was his punch that hard?" I asked checking his face carefully with my hands
If someone sees him having bruise on his face, people might make some bad news about it
"I'm fine jennie, you don't have to worry" he said holding my hands which is touching his cheeks
Uncomfortably, I grabbed my hands back
"I'm sorry" he apologized
I just have to clear things with him
"Baekhyun, actually I find it uncomfortable whenever you try to touch me unnoticed"I frankly said and took a deep breath
"I mean, don't take it in a bad way because you know.... I'm just not that close with you" I said finding my words
how do I make excuses?

"but you understand right? you know what I mean?" I asked worriedly
"you're cute"he chuckled

"and one thing, I'm already married so I hope you get to know the limits" I added
"I've known about your marriage so don't worry, I was just really glad to know you're safe yesterday and plus after so long I get to know you were that girl who i was with before" he smiled
I can feel his sincerity.

"I'm glad to talk to you" he said
"so? I'll head out now?" Him
"you're done shopping already?" I asked
"um, I only picked what my mom has listed" he chuckled
"Take care" I said
If only taehyung can be sweet as him
"yes, take care also" He said and walk away
Soon, I made a turn to go to the grocery section
But before I could even get there someone bumped their cart on mine

"lucky of you" he mouthed
That sounds familiar.
"Mark?" I called

" For such an ass? why not?" I smirked back
"didn't expect that" him
"I really find it amusing everytime you talk back to me" he said getting near to where I am
"I also find it disgusting how you still manage to show up after all the mess you've done" I coldly said
"Can't we at least talk to each other without hating?" he suggested
"start by disappearing on my sight first and you'll get that" I said and push my cart away from him but he made it bump on his own so he can stop me
"look.." he said grabbing my wrist
out of frustration, I grabbed my wirst back and accidentally hit it on the shelf where a broken mirror was placed
shit, I can feel the cut
"fvck" I groaned
Blood started to flow out of my hand
"Are you okay? I'm sorry let me take you to the clinic" he said starting to panic
" For fucking sake you expect me to say I'm fine? just get lost" I said pulling my cart back but he seems stupid
he keeps walking next to me wanting to help
"I don't need you, just leave" I said but it's as if he heard nothing..

"good day sir, your wife refuses my help" the lady informed
"what do you mean?" I asked wanting her to clarify
"Earlier when you asked me to assist her, she said helping her sounds offensive so I didn't dare " she explained
"She said she wanted to do things alone for some experience"she added
stubborn.
" where's she?" I asked and walked at the edge
"At the Kitchen section sir" she bowed
I looked down to see if she's still there and saw her
Saw her talking to that baekhyun form last night

No matter how often I tell her to stay away from any men, she won't listen because she's not mine to begin with
after a few minutes, I saw how baekhyun hold her hand
Unconsciously, I made a step to walk toward them
Luckily I stopped myself
they look like they're talking seriously
I have to step in before they get far
I made my way to the elevator and waited for it to land
soon, the bell rang signalling that it has landed
I made a step toward them and saw she's now talking to the asshole mark
and why the hell these guys are showing?
I hurriedly made a step and saw jennie getting harmed
I run toward them and hardly landed a punch on his face
I keep throwing punch these days for her
"you fucking asshole"I mouthed and punch him again
soon the guard approaches us stopping me and him
"just bring her first at the nearest clinic" he said having the guard to stop him
"This will be the last time I'll see you near her" I warned and hold jennie
"Drag him out of here" I commanded
"Are you alright?" I asked
"Let's just leave, people are staring" she said
I hold her arm gently and lead her to the car.
