The line was silent for a few seconds before it broke out into a melodious laugh, which didn't stop Avery from smiling but feeling confused.
"What's so funny?"
"Sapphire. Really?"
"Yeah, well since I don't know your name. I'm forced to give you one."
"How do you know if I'm a girl or a guy?"
"Just guessing."
"Sapphire, it is then."
"By the way, I'm Avery."
"Fridge girl seems more decent to me."
"But since we're doing these name making, I'll call you Clarisse."
"Clarisse, why that name?"
"Oh, it's a character I don't like."
