We walked on the city streets. It was normal. The shopping, the drunks, the kids. Completely normal. I thought maybe taking out Mikasa to a settle place and at least have lunch. We didn't do anything fancy or made anything a big deal. I took her into this bar for a small snack.
Me: "get what you want it's all on me."
She refused to get anything. I sighed.
Me: "can I get two waters."
Bartender: "two waters coming up."
The guy served and gave me the water. I gave the other glass to Mikasa.
Me: "to stay hydrated."
I drank it without saying anything else. Mikasa at some point didn't talk to me for some unknowing reason. We finished up and I payed and tipped. We left the bar and walked along the streets again. Maybe if I take her somewhere nice where we can talk. You know with people not around. I thought of a place we can go. Where? I remembered the river with surrounded owls.
I took Mikasa's hand. She looked at me confused. I decided not to tell her until we get there. She didn't seem to be that bothered by the hand holding though. She just walked along with me.
The river was far so I also wanted to know If she'll be fine with it.
Me: "I'm gonna be taking you somewhere, so I just need you to know if you're fine with that."
She nodded.
We went deep into the forest and towards the river.
Just silence filled between us..
The weather started to chill and as close the river, more colder. Mikasa's hand shivered. What should I do?
She got closer to me for warmth. I wasn't to bothered by it, but does she want me to do something to warm her up?
I didn't know what to do.
I put my arm around her. Would that even make her feel warmer?
Me: "warm enough?"
She nodded again as an answer. We kept walking along, or as in following my steps, we were able to get there.
I let go of Mikasa and went over to the river. She stood there learning every feature she could from the view.
Me: "there's owls too. Just look carefully up on the branches."
She looked for some owls and was able to make one out. She stared at it as it hooed.
Mikasa then walked over and sat next to me.
I put my arms on my around my legs.
Me: "you know you've been quiet lately. You're the one who thought of this and decide to give me the silent treatment at the same time you know."
As I stared at the river, the last quarter moon was shining upon the water. I looked over to Mikasa.
Me: "maybe we shouldn't do this again if you're gonna be like that."
Those words caught Mikasa's attention.
Mikasa: "no (y/n)"
Me: "now you're speaking."
Mikasa: "sorry.. I'm just overthinking"
Me: "at this time? It's hard to read you at times y'know."
Mikasa: "again I'm sorry.."
Me: "don't worry about.. just at least tell me when you're uncomfortable."
Mikasa: "I'm not uncomfortable. I like it."
Me: "really? It's a bit chilly here. You were just shivering not to long ago."
Mikasa: "I meant that I like being with you.."
Me: "oh."
Mikasa: "you just sometimes make me feel like I'm home.."
Me: "is that so?"
I laid back and looked up at the stars.
Mikasa: "I still ask, why you?"
Me: "yep.. why me? I'm no good after all. Maybe I'm just some guy who was put here to win and then be forgotten. I don't give out a lot of feelings though sometimes I feel them. I just don't know it. I have to say. When I'm with you I feel like there were never problems in the world, or problems I've never had. It's like you're the only one I want to be with and I still think about that now. Be with you."
Mikasa stood silent. She laid down and went closer to me. Along with a hug and her mad blush.
Mikasa: "don't say that you're no good 'cause you are to me.. I don't know how things would be like if you weren't here now."
She leaned up to look at me.
Mikasa: "there has been something in my head I wanted to get out of since training, but I was Interrupted by the bell that night.."
Me: "so what did you wanted to tell me?"
Mikasa: "(y/n).. I.. I like you."
Mikasa went a bit quiet. I gave her my answer.
Me: "I like you too."
Mikasa: "no (y/n), I mean like-like you. I love you!"
I laid there connected with Mikasa's red face and my eye widened. Silence filled the air.
Love me?
I backed up from.. embarrassment I think, pushing Mikasa away. I looked at mikasa as she looked at me.
Me: "Mikasa you can't love me.. I'm not even full human.. at some point I can hurt you if we're together!"
Mikasa: "I don't care I just wanna be with you!"
Wait could I lover her too though? The jumpy feeeling I feel when I'm around her.
Me: "Mikasa I care about your safety, I don't know if you're safe when you're around me!"
Mikasa: "(y/n) you kept me safe. I don't think something about you would put me in danger!"
Me: "but what if I do?! I could even hurt your feelings..."
Mikasa: "(y/n).."
Mikasa came back towards me.
Mikasa: "I love you to much to forgive you.."
I stared into her eyes and then her pink lips. Maybe it would be okay. I knew her to long to know that she could. I could just give Her a chance, but people could change. She went through this the whole
Time to get those words out of her mind.
I put my hand on her cheek. Without even thinking I leaned closer to her. I wanted to feel those lips of hers. I can't resist backing away already. Our lips were getting closer and closer.
Silent~~
I opened my eye. My lips connected with hers.
Her pink, soft lips made me want to kiss her more..
I pushed Mikasa back making her back touch the ground as I was on top of her. Our lips were still intact.
Mikasa's hands running through my hair... we backed away to catch our breath..
Me: "I guess that jumping feeling of mine means that I love you too.."
She smiled..
Mikasa: "you don't know how happy I am right now.."
I hugged her as she hugged back.. I wish to not make nothing break our relationship..

Sorry guys about this. Just 1000 words because I needed to update.
Alright here's the problem. I've been writing these stories late at night making me have less sleep, less sleep more sleeping in class, sleeping in class more homework, more homework more hours taken away, more hours taken away less time to write the stories. And then it repeats.
You may get the process. It's now summer, but my friends have been telling me that bags had formed under my eyes so I've been taking some rest.
Sorry I didn't make an authors note on this..
So now this.
If you guys still want to keep this ongoing then be a little patient with me please, because I love writing them for you.
I guess if you're not patient enough I guess I can end the story and the rest is up to your imagination..
