Two weeks went by with nothing changing. Every sleeping blossom was now in full bloom. I breathed in the fresh air and released a pleasing sigh. Spring Break arrived in a blink of an eye.
A whole week away from school, away from our troubles. Probably the best time to have a break, too. Right after all the tension with Roy, it's nice to get away from it all.
As I stayed in bed with the sheets covering half my body, I wondered what else I could do besides sleep in. Then it came to me. I grinned and snatched my phone from the nightstand. I clicked on Hiroomi's name and held it against my ear. I waited patiently for him to answer as the beeps continued. Ah, c'mon Hiroomi. Lazy Bones finally answered.
"Huh? Hello?" His sleepy voice groaned. I chuckled at his cute voice. Sleepy Hiroomi was always the best. I pictured his hair a mess and his eyes barely opened. His bare chest and sweatpants against the sheets, lazily reaching for the phone.
"Good morning Hiroomi~." I gleamed. I could hear him smiling over the phone.
"Good morning Akihito." His head shuffled against his pillow causing a sound to fill the phone. I flinched away and back to the phone.
"So Hiroomi, what are your plans for this week?" I shifted my body to one side and stared out the window.
"Let me see..." He moved the phone away from his face and shouted, "Mitsuki! Are we doing anything this week?"
"Not with you, pervert!" A sound of impact came from over the phone.
"Ouch." I sympathized. Mitsuki sure can be harsh sometimes. The sound of Hiroomi's body falling back against his bed groaned through the phone.
"Ouch, indeed." I took this as an opportunity to lift his spirits.
"Do you want to go to the pool sometime this week?" I grinned and tapped my forearm.
"Sure, when?" He said, more awake now. I glanced at the calendar and shrugged.
"Why not today?" Shuffling came through the phone and I heard him sit up.
"I'll go get ready."
"Meet at my place in an hour." And with that, I hung up and jumped out of bed. Not going to just sleep today, I thought as I searched for my swimming trunks. I found the pair that fit me the best. It was navy with white stripes near the bottom. I threw my pajama pants off and boxers. I slipped on the trunks and examined myself in the mirror. I used to never look at myself in the mirror for more than five seconds. Once I met Hiroomi, my whole person changed. I cared about my hair, my clothes, my personality; everything. I used to not care if I was attacked. I had no desire to live because I could never die.
My thoughts were interrupted by the thumping of someone's knuckles on the door. I grabbed my jacket and threw it on just in case it wasn't Hiroomi. I opened the door and thankfully it was Hiroomi.
"You ready–?" His appearance stopped my words. He wore his scarf, a t-shirt, and jeans. I chuckled as I compared it to my outfit.
"What?" He scuffed. I stopped myself and pointed at his jeans.
"How will you ever survive?" I laughed and before he could respond, I hugged him. He grumbled under his breath and hugged me back.
"Can we go now?" He groaned. I finished up my laughter and nodded. I grabbed my towel and sunscreen and lunged for his hand as we walked out the door.
After a short walk toward the school's pool, I let go of Hiroomi's hand to unlock the fence with the key I swiped from the office. Once I opened it, I motioned for him to walk through. He hesitated and I rolled my eyes in response.
"What?" I asked as I opened the gate wider. He looked around and whispered, "Is this allowed?" I stared at him blankly, was he seriously scared of getting in trouble?
"Look, I have the key. Meaning it's allowed. Now let's have some fun." I walked in, with or without him, I was swimming today. I threw my jacket off and stood at the edge of the pool. I stared down at the pool's clear water. My reflection stared back at me. Was this okay?
Before I could debate with myself, my body was forced into the pool. My balance was lost immediately, meaning I had no time to recover from the unknown force that pushed me in. The water was cold as it engulfed my entire body. My body quickly recovered and my head surfaced, gasping for air. I swiped my eyes and opened them to see a grinning Hiroomi at the edge of the pool. He started to laugh and looked down at my wet hair. I growled at him playfully and attacked his foot. His laughter turned quickly into panic. He scrambled to stay up, but in the process, he fell forward. Water splashed up against the back of my head as he fell in fully clothed. I laughed at him and waited for him to come up.
His head hit the surface and he howled, "It's c-cold!" He grasped his arms and shivered a little. I rolled my eyes and swam closer to him. I wrapped my bare arms around him and kissed his wet cheek.
"You'll get used to it." I whispered as I stripped his scarf off and helped him out of his shirt. I threw them on the concrete and swam closely next to him. His chin hit the surface of the water as he reached down to take his jeans off. I leveled my head with his and he finally got them off and threw it toward his other articles of clothing. I could see his feet kick up and push himself toward me. His lips attached to mine, along with some of the water. We then sunk down lower into the water with our lips still attached. His body shifted over to on top of mine. I pressed my hands against his bare chest and tried to stay intact with his lips.
He started to lose his breath so we surfaced. We both came up gasping for air while holding onto each other's arms. Each of our hearts were pumping, breathing heavily from the lack of air. I stared down at his chest. He was surprisingly toned and tan despite his sickly personality. I then looked down at my own chubby body. I felt my face getting hot as I started to feel insecure. Why would he like someone like me? Why would he kiss someone like me?
His delicate fingers reached up and touched my chin. He turned my face toward his and smiled.
"Why are you blushing?" My eyes widened and my mouth closed tighter. Why am I blushing? My eyes veered away and my hands automatically covered my face.
"I am not." I mumbled while sinking into the water.
"Yes you–hey! Come back..." my head fully submerged into the water. I felt his hand tap the top of my head underwater. I moved my hands slowly and opened my eyes. My face was leveled with his pelvis. I jerked back and blinked. Wait...I quickly swam back up and grinned.
"You're wearing a speedo?" I found it ironically funny that someone like him, who was always cold, was wearing a speedo. I couldn't help but laugh a bit. It was his turn to be embarrassed. He slapped his cheeks and grinned, his eyes narrowed.
"Why? Do you like it?" He moved closer, his breath against my neck. A rush of excitement ran down my spine. I lowered into the water and my eyes narrowed as well.
"Anything Hiroomi is what I like." He then pressed his lips against mine gently and then down my neck. He held my shoulders and nibbled my ear. A small noise escaped my mouth as he continued to seduce me with his touch.
"Did that hurt?" He stopped and whispered into the ear he bit. I shook my head and took a few quick breaths. He continued to kiss every inch of my upper body. I felt something from down below and let my head fall onto his bare shoulder. Hiroomi let his hands roam around my back and into the rim of my shorts. He was quiet, while I couldn't keep my mouth shut. My face burned, maybe it was from the lack of sunscreen or maybe from the burning sensation I was receiving because of Hiroomi. He continued to explore my body with his hands and lips. I allowed him to keep going.
I then couldn't contain myself. One of my hands reached down and held onto my manhood. It started to hurt so badly. Hiroomi moved his head so he could face me.
"Something the matter?" He breathed. He probably thought he did something wrong and ended up hurting me, but it wasn't. I felt hot tears trying to escape from the corners of my eyes.
"Ah! J-just my...um..." I glanced down toward the problem and felt so embarrassed. Hiroomi stared at me blankly and started to sink.
"H-Hiroomi?" I couldn't stop him. His hands pried mine off of my body and he slid my trunks down a little.
"H-...Hiroomi–n-no...!" His fingers massaged my pelvis and his lips kissed it gently. Above water, I was moaning uncontrollably. I covered my mouth quickly and faced the sky. The feeling was unbearable.
Hiroomi came up for air while heavily breathing. His face looked serious and seductive. My breath hitched as I tried to deal with the pain and heat. I ducked my head in the water quickly to hide my expression. It was probably childish and lame. I didn't lower my head as low this time, just enough so he couldn't see me above the water.
After a second, he moved under with me and blinked at me. I opened my eyes to stare him in the face. He reached his finger up and touched my nose. He mouthed the words, "You're so cute."
I came back and so did he. He hugged me and ran his hands through my hair. I smiled and hugged him back. I closed my eyes and thought about how lucky I was to have Hiroomi. He accepted me for who I was and never backed out when I was being unreasonable. I took a deep breath.
"You okay, Akkey?" He finally said while rubbing my head.
"Yes." I mumbled.
"You wanna go home?"
"Yes." And with that, we both got out and wrapped ourselves in towels and headed out. I locked the gate back up and adjusted my towel. I covered my head with it and walked beside Hiroomi with blush still plastered all over my face. I wonder if he sees me differently now after that. I sure do. Back in Christmas, he was so embarrassed to do it, but now he was in full control. It thrilled me, but also degraded me because I felt weak.
I buried my face into my hands hoping to stop the thought in my head. Out of nowhere, Hiroomi pulled on my ear. I peeked over at him. He was smiling softly.
"Are you sure you're okay?" He watched me as I jerked my hands down and snorted.
"Of course I am, why wouldn't I be?" He chuckled and quickly kissed my cheek. I touched the spot he kissed and smiled. Hiroomi could never let me down. He loved me and I needed to accept that.
