After Jason fell asleep crying I went to my newly painted room. I took all of the plastic wrap off. I grabbed my IPod and selected You'll Think About Me By: Keith Urban. The chorus can around and I started to sing to it.

Adrian's P.O.V.
I haven't been asleep forever it feels like. I haven't slept with any girls. I just want my Astrid back. I should have never rejected her for Erika. Erika just found her mate which was Nathan. I feel horrible for rejecting her. I have loved her since 3rd grade. I love her red hair. I love her honey brown eyes that will make you melt instantly. I love her personality. I love her. I just didn't think that people would respect her if she was my mate. And I can't get her hurt. To many things happen when your Alpha. I can not bring her or if we ever had kids into it. I would never be able to forgive myself if nything ever happened to them. I think about her everyday. Goddess what have I done? I lay down in my bed and try and fall asleep.

Astrid's P.O.V.
I woke up to someone over me. I couldn't see clearly so i jolted up and my head theirs.
" Ow!" I heard a male say.I recognized his voice right away.
" Ryan is that you?" I asked hopefully.
" Yes and who are you?" he asked.
" Oh you don't remember you best friend?" I ask hurtfully. I was playing.
" Astrid?" He said no believing me. I rolled my eyes.
" Yes it's Astrid you idiot." I said smiling.
" Astrid!" he sid running towards me and picking me up as if I was nothing and spun me round. I was laughing. I wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him.
" I missed you Astrid! Why are you in this pack for?" he asked.
" I ran away. Adrian didn't want me as his mate." I said in anger.
" Why? Your the strongest female there!" Ryan said.
" He wanted Ericka more." I said getting even more angry. My wolf was growling inside my mind.
" Astrid calm down! Your wolf is coming out." Ryan said. I shut my eyes and started calming down. I took deep breaths and let them out.
" Okay I'm better now. Sorry about that." I said. He smiled.
" It's fine I would be the same way if my mate rejected me." He said.
" That reminds me! Do you have a mate?!" I asked hopeful he had one. He is a good guy.
" Yes. She is amazing. You two would get along really well." He said happily. I beamed at him.
" When can i meet her?!" I asked excitedly.
" After training. It is her day to go to the mall." he said.
" Okay.... Wait did you say training!?" I asked worried.
" Yes I did." He said.
" Ryan you know I'm the strongest female in the old pack. I'm a Alpha's born mate. And a the pack warrior. I am trained to do anything that is put my way even those pesky hunters and vampires." I said.
" Hmm so if I put you against the packs strongest male, you could beat him?" he asked not convinced. I rolled my eyes.
" Yes I can!" I stated.
" Fine be ready in thirty minutes. And I will tell him to get ready." he said with his eyes narrowed. I narrowed mine right back at him. He just laughed at me. I smiled.
" I'm going now. Get ready." Ryan instructed. i saluted him and said,
" Yes sir!" He laughed at me. I put my hand down and laughed along with him. He walked out my door and shut it. I walked to my closet and got out a black and red tank top that said, ' Sexy Girl', and got a pair of yoga shorts with a red band. I went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth. Then I brushed my long hair and put it in a ponytail. I walked out of the bathroom and got a pair of socks and put on the new sneakers I got yesterday. They were all black with white soles. I walked out of my room down to the kichen to find Jasmine with some girl. She had long brown hair with some blonde highlights in it. She had pretty green eyes and a perfect tan. I walked to them and put on my best smile.
" Hey Jasmine." I said. She turned around and smiled at me.
" Hey Astrid. This is Sarah Gennings." Jasmine said. I smiled at Sarah.
" Hi. I'm Astrid Rose. new member to that pack since well yesterday." I said laughing. She laughed.
" I've heard about you. Your Ryan's friend. I'm his mate." she said smiling.
" Oh. That's cool I have known Ryan almost my whole life. He was my best friend since kindergarden. But since he moved here I haven't seen him for awhile. But we kept in touch." I said. She smiled.
" Yeah we met at school Sophomore year here." she said.
" That awesome that you met him and are mates. He is the best guy anyone. I love him like my own brother." I said smiling at her.
" Do you have siblings or a mate?" Sarah asked. I looked down to my feet.
" Yes. I had siblings and a mate." I said sadly.
" Oh. If you don't mind me asking what happened?" Sarah asked. Jasmine looked at me like I didn't have to say it if I didn't want too.
" My mate rejected me. My two older brothers were mad at me. Nathan the oldest was mad because I said that his mate couldnt keep her legs shut if her life depended on it," Sarah snickered when i said that.
" And my other brother Alan was mad because I standed up for my mate." I said.
" Oh I am sorry about that." she said.
" I'm not. My loyalty is to this pack now." I said smiling. She smiled back at me. It was awkward silence until Jasmine broke it.
" Do you want to go shopping with us today? There is a pack dance coming up. I forgot to say that yesterday." she said.
" I can later. I have a fight in fifteen minutes." I said like it is no big deal. The girls were wearing a shocked expression on their face.
" What?" I asked.
" Who are you fighting?" Jasmine asked.
" I don't know. Ryan is telling the guy right now." I said. Sarah just gasped.
" That means he will pick himself or the Alpha! That's why I always take the training." She said. I groaned.
" Your kidding right?" I asked hopeful. She just shook her head. I groaned again.
" I'm going to get him back for this." I said. The girls just laughed.
" Jasmine any ideas?" I asked. She got this mischievous gleam in her eyes.
" I have so many ideas." She said laughing.
" Okay because I will need you when the time is right." I said. She nodded. I looked at the clock. It was past fifteen minutes.
" Wish me luck." I said.
" Good luck!" they both said.
" See you guys in a few." I said . They nodded while smiling and started talking again. I walked to the gym where I would fight in. I took a metal note to get Ryan back for this. I walked through the doors and saw a bunch of guys working out. There was no girls around I was the only one. I took another mental note to kill Ryan.
" What are you doing here?" some guy asked. I looked at him. He had blue eyes, brown hair, tan skin, had a lot of muscle, and about 6'2. He started walking over to me, but I stood my ground.
" I'm about to fight. You have a problem with that?" I growled.
" In matter of fact I do." He said taking a swing at me. I duck and went under him. I stood back up and kicked him in the back. He fell forward with a loud oumph. I started noticing that people were starting to watch us. But I kept my eyes in him. He got up and let out a loud growl. I growled back but with more power. He started running toward me. He tried to take another swing at me but I ducked. I looked at him and swung my fist and hit him square in the jaw. I hit him hard enough to cause him to have a cut on the side of his chin. He put his hand up on his face and I took my chance. I kicked him in his stomach. He went flying to the wall and he crashed with concrete chips and dust flying everywhere. Then I heard clapping. I turned to see Ryan. I glared at him.
" You did great. You may still need some training but that's it. Come in about once a week." He said.
" So this guy was your test for me?" I asked. He just nodded. I rolled my eyes.
" Fine. I will come in. But if you do this again, so help me it will be you against that wall." I said. He just chuckled. I rolled my eyes and walked out. I will like it here.
