today was a good day. you sat with connor murphy, he smoked and you didn't mind.
your jacket smells a bit like weed now though.
you skipped school and weren't too anxious about it. connor lied through his teeth, spouting some lies about how you'd felt sick and he sat outside with you till you felt better.
at least you got back in to lesson by second period.
connor is nice. there's more to him that meets the eye.
you even told connor you didn't like zoe anymore, and he didn't hit you. you also made him smile. that's good.
but you did also embarrass yourself beyond belief. at least he didn't mind. he even sat and ate lunch with you! you got a few weird looks though. i can't tell whether they were about connor or about you. either way, it was stupid. don't worry about it.
maybe you made a friend. a friend that's not jared.
he doesn't hate you and he doesn't think you're a freak. yet.
