After being let out of the hospital I've kept my promise. I've been eating regular, although it's
Still only small plates, and I've been getting more sleep. The nightmares that used to plague me

'Morning,' I greeted everyone as I walked into the kitchen.
'Dada!' My baby boy giggled as I sat in the empty chair next to him.
'Nova, I thought we said not to let him feed himself in the morning.' I groaned as I took in my
Baby's food covered face, hair and well basically everything.
'Sorry sweetness, I took my eyes off him for a second and well he looked like he was having fun
So I didn't really want to spoil his fun.' He grinned sheepishly.
I sighed and smiled as I helped myself to the food that was set out on the table. I was a bit
disappointed that there was no pancakes but I'll live.
I ate my two rashers of bacon and a hash brown before I felt full. 'Thank you for the food Amanda.'

Nova's P.O.V

'Why are you doing that?' I growled at her once I was sure Zak was out of ear shot.

I walked into my room and found Zak giving Kasper a bath. Well trying to at least. Our boy was
now nine months old and to say that he was a handful would be an understatement.
'Dada, pway!' He giggled as he splashed around in the water.
'Need some help?' I said, startling Zak a little, 'Sorry.'
'Its okay. Can you finish up, I need to go somewhere.' He told me as he stood. His little voice
sounded small and unsure. I was a little worried.
'Sure. Where you off too?' I asked.
'I just need to go see Micky. I'll be back in an hour.' He didn't make eye contact with me as he left.
I sighed. 'Come on monster, let's get you out before you flood the place.'

I did and held him to my side, his wet body soaking my shirt, as I grabbed a towel from the rack,

Zak's P.O.V
'Micky?' I called as I knocked on the hospital office door.
'Yeah?' He called so I opened he door. 'Zak you don't have to knock.' He smiled over at me.
'Whats wrong buddy?' He asked.
'I wanted to come see you.' I smiled a little and sat in the chair opposite. 'Thought I'd try seeing you

Micky came round and knelt in front of me. 'Don't worry Zak, she just needs a little time to calm

Even if she tried.' Micky wiped the tears from my cheeks and handed me a tissue.
'Do you think so?' I hiccuped and blew my nose in the tissue.
'I know so.' He smiled gently and stood. 'Don't worry Zak, she'll come round.'
I left Micky after enjoying a cup of tea and a chat, getting my mind off the current situation.
'Zak!' I heard someone calling my name so I turned to see who it was.
I saw Axel running towards me looking very flustered. 'Axel, you alright?'
'Y-yeah.' He panted. 'Come on quick, you'll miss it.' He smiled and grabbed my hand, pulling me in
The direction he had just came from.
We ran outside and into the back yard, heading straight for Nova, who had a number of people
Surrounding him as he knelt on the floor.
As we came up behind him I slowed my pace. My heart swelled with pride as I took in the sight
Before me. My little baby was standing up all on his own.
'Come on Kas, this way.' Nova called to our baby.
'Dada!' He giggled when he saw me standing behind Nova.
I gasped as he took a small step towards us, then another. 'He's walking.' Tears of joy spilled over
My cheeks as I watched Kasper toddle towards me and his father.
'Good dada?' Kasper asked when he reached us. He tilted his head to the side and plopped down,
Sitting himself on the grass next to my feet.
'Well done baby.' I smiled and sat down next to my mate and baby. 'Very good. You did very good.'
I praised.
Kasper giggled and stood himself up again, 'again!' And off he went, falling every now and then as
he got used to walking on his little feet.
'Now we definitely need eyes in the back of our heads.' Nova laughed.
I laughed too and sat myself between his legs, resting into his chest as he hugged me. 'How'd your
Afternoon with Micky go?' He asked.
'It was nice. We had a cup of tea and chatted a little.' I smiled as I watched Ricky chase Kasper
Playfully.
'Sounds nice.' He kissed my cheek and squeezed a little tighter.

He sensed the small panic that I'd tried to hide from my voice. 'Are you alright?' He turned me
Round so I sat facing him. He looked confused and a little worried.
I gulped. 'I have something to tell you but I've been finding a good time to say it.' I fidgeted

'Erm, well, I'm sort of p-pregnant.' I mumbled burying my face in his shirt.
'What?' He gasped. 'Really? Since when?' He pulled me back and crushed his lips to mine.

'When did you find out?' He asked.
'About a week ago.'
'I love you.' He kissed me again, softly, pouring all his love into it.
I snuggled back into his chest. We watched Kasper and Ricky entertain each other before watching
The sun set.
