Mike POV
"Kelly we have to go to our meeting in a few minutes. Get the stuff you need and come to my office." I say to her through the work phone.
She comes in shortly afterwards and sits down in the chair in front of me.
"What's the meeting about?" I stand up out of my chair and walk around my desk, "It's about the new business I just got, my partner of the business might be here or he will have his assistant here in his place instead."
I walk out my office and Kelly follows me, "All I want you to do is pass out the stuff I give you to the men in the room." She nods her head and follows me to the meeting room.
We walk in and everybody stops what they were doing and looks at us, "Sorry that we're late, we ran in on some problems on our way here." All of the men doesn't even look my way, they are all staring at Kelly.
There was only one man that was around mine and Kelly age and the other men were all older than 50.
Kelly shifts behind me and I move to where she can't hide behind me. "As you all may know, this is Kelly, my assistant and girlfriend."
Kelly gives them a shy smile and wave, "Hello, how are you all doing?" They all say good at the same time, "Who is the person that is here for Mr.Lock?" The young man raises his hand and smiles at me, "That would be me Mr.Gavis, I'm his son, Liam."
I arch an eyebrow at him, "I'm taking over for now on, we are now partners." I nod my head and head to the front of the room.
I grab some papers, "Pass these out to them and then we can get them started." Kelly nods her head and grab the papers.
When she got to Liam, he smiles at her and makes a goofy face, "There we go, you was looking so tense until I made you laugh." They start laughing and I clear my throat, Kelly moves away from Liam quickly and sits in the seat directly in front of me.
"Let's get started."
After Meeting
The meeting is now done, I hear Kelly laugh again for the hundredth time. During the meeting Liam moved beside Kelly. They were talking and laughing the whole time.
Liam is smart, so he didn't miss out on anything while I was talking. "I'll see you later Kelly, nice meeting you." He gives her a hug and then he walks up to me. "I'll see you later, Mr.Gavis." We shake hands and he then leaves the room.
I glare at Kelly, "How old are you?! You were giggling like a damn school girl during the whole meeting!! You are supposed to be my fake girlfriend, but you are over here flirting with another man!!" Just seeing her face made me so mad, "You are here for work!! Not to play around with other people!!"
She backs away from me with fear in her eyes, "I'm so-."
"I don't want to hear your fucking apology!! Get your things, we're going home!!" I go to the elevator and she quickly follows behind me. "You have thirty seconds to grab your things!"
She hurries out the elevator and to her office, I go to my office and get my things. I come back out of my office and Kelly is waiting by the elevator with tears in her eyes.
We make it to the bottom floor, "Give me your hand, the paparazzi are back for more information." She puts her hand in mine, I pull her outside and through the swarm of paparazzi.
I ignore all their questions, "Hurry up and get in." She gets in the car and as soon as she gets in I drive off quickly out of the parking lot.
When we arrive at the house, Kelly quickly gets out and runs into the house.
I walk in the house and sit down at the table. "What's wrong with Kelly?"
Greg was looking at me with confusion in his eyes, "She didn't smile at me or even speak to me when I said something."
I let out a long sigh and undo my tie, "I yelled at her before we got here. She is probably upset about it or even might be crying about it, but I don't care."
He sets a glass of whiskey in front of me, "What exactly happened?"
I take a sip of the drink, "She was goofing off during my whole meeting with some other man. She was also flirting with him, while we are supposed to be in a fake relationship." Yes, I decided to tell Viola and Greg about the fake relationship.
He leans against the countertop, "What do you mean by yelling?"
I take another sip of my drink, "I legit yelled at her, curse at her and everything."
Greg lets out a long and loud sigh and looks at me with a small smile. My eyes widen in shock, he never show his expressions. "I'll go cheer her up. We're going to watch a movie, you should come and watch the movie with us." He leaves the kitchen and goes upstairs to Kelly.
I look around the kitchen and notice that I don't see no type of food ready for us to eat.
"What are we supposed to be eating?! I don't see no food!" I yell upstairs to Greg. "I was going to cook, but I saw Kelly upset. So I decided to order pizza and wings with some bread sticks!" He yells back, I suck my teeth.
I go upstairs to my room and change into some comfortable clothes, as I'm walking by Kelly room I hear Kelly and Greg laughing. "He is just jealous that you won't paying attention to him." Kelly lets out a laugh at Greg comment, "Stop, before he hears us."
Before I could walk in, the doorbell rings. I go downstairs to the door, it was the pizza that Greg had ordered. "Hello sir, that will be 35.78." I give the teen delivery boy the money and tell him to keep the change as his tip.
I take the food to the movie room. Greg and Kelly are watching a movie, well Greg is watching the movie, Kelly is sleep. Greg sees me, "You work her to hard, she fell asleep thirty minutes in to the movie."
I sit the food on the coffee table that is in the middle of the room, "Kelly wake up, the food is here." She lets out a soft groan and stretches her body out. "What are we eat-?" When she sees me, she stops her question and slides closer to Greg to hide from me.
I roll my eyes and let out a low sigh, "Kelly, I'm not going to apologize to you. You were the one that was acting up in the meeting, not me." She starts making her plate quietly, "I know and I'm sorry for that, it's just I've never had someone who I just met be that nice to me."
She gives me the plate and smile at me, "Here you go, I made you your plate." I take the plate and sit down in my bean bag chair. "What are y'all watching?"
"We were watching a scary movie, but I'm taking it out and putting a different one in." Greg says as he stands up and walk to the DVD player. Kelly pouts and groan, "Why are you taking it out? I want to watch the scary movie."
She is whining like a baby, "We need to watch something to cheer you up not give you or me an heart attack." She finally stops whining and sits down on the other bean bag chair.
"Stop whining and eat your food. Greg put a movie in." Greg puts in Remember The Titans. This by far is my favorite movie out of all movies that involves football.
"I know you're also frustrated, so I put your favorite movie in and I will be leaving, Viola is worried about me." I nod my head without looking at him, "Wait! You and Viola are a couple?!" I roll my eyes at her slowness and Greg laugh at her, this is the most I've seen him do all this around any woman I have brought over.
"Me and Viola are married, been married since we were in our early twenties." Greg say as he grabs a blanket and puts it on Kelly.
"Night sir and night Kelly, I will see you both tomorrow." Greg leaves after that.
"What is this movie? I've never seen it before." I chock on my food and stare at her, "You've never seen this movie before?! What movies do you watch?!" She flinches at my yelling, "I really don't know, but I still want to watch this movie, if you don't mind."
I ignore her and turn back to look at the screen. "I'm going to take that as a yes and stay."
After the movie
After the movie we put in another movie, Kelly fell asleep fifteen minutes into the movie. "Kelly wake up, go to bed." She groans and mumbles, "Can you carry me?"
I sigh and shake her again, "No. I will leave you down here." She stays in the same spot, I roll my eyes and groan. I leave the blanket on her and leave her in the movie room. I go to my room and get in my bed.
A couple minutes later I hear shuffling in the hallway. I know it is Kelly, I get out of bed and go to the hallway. When she notice I was in the hallway she ignores me and keeps walking towards her room. "You fell asleep and I didn't feel like carrying you up the stairs."
She looks at me and smile, "It was hard to get up here without the lights. I also left my phone in my room." She doesn't use the lights because she would have to go back down and turn them off.
"I'll see you tomorrow morning. Night Michael." She goes in her room without another word.
