Claire POV
"'Sino ka? Anung kailangan mo sa akin? Were you the one who did this to my mom?'' sigaw ko sa lalaking nakatayo sa aking harapan.
''Don't worry magkikita din kayo. Napakadali lang patayin ng nanay mo. She's a weak person.'' he said with a wicked smile. There was an evil glint in his eyes.
Nagdilim ang paningin ko, nakuyom ko ang aking mga palad.
I couldn't believe that there were still people na halang ang kaluluwa.
"Anu bang kailangan niyo sa amin?!" tanong ko dito through gritted teeth.
He didn't answer, tinawanan lang niya ang aking tanong.
What an ass.
I stepped into the light as I went near him enough for him to see my face na natatakpan ng madilim na bahagi ng sala and I heard him gasp dahil nakita niya ang mukha ko, for I was not wearing my face cloth cover.
''Yo-u-'re s-o be-a-utiful, I can't believe my luck. Would you like to be my wife? I'll spare your life.'' puno ng pagmamayabang sabi nito.
Nandiri ako sa sinabi niya. He's an ugly creature. I would never trade my life for this disgusting monster.
"You see kaya naming pumatay ng tao without any mercy kaya kung ako sa'yo tatanggapin ko ang proposal ko, we could live happily ever after. Ilalayo kita sa kanila." He smirked wickedly.
"Sinong sila?!" I snapped and glared at him.
"Bakit ko sasabihin sa'yo?" sabi niya na puno ng pag-uuyam then he laughed at me.
I couldn't take it anymore.
I had enough! Napa-tiim bagang ako. Parang namanhid ang aking puso.
All I could feel was pure hatred. Hatred towards this man. Kailangan niyang magbayad.
Suddenly...
Awww.. Napaluhod ang lalaki sa sakit. The man was now in pure pain. Para itong pinapahirapan.
''Make it stop!!!!!" hirap na sabi ng lalaki.
Ako ba ang may gawa nun? But how?
"I- c-an't" I told him at natatarantang nagpalinga-linga ako sa paligid.
Hanggang tuluyan na itong mahulog nakikita ko ang paghihirap nito, blood was coming out from his body, he was reaching out for me asking for help I didn't know what to do and what was happening hanggang makita ko na tuluyan na itong tumigil sa paggalaw.
I think I killed him.
Oh my gosh! I killed him but it felt good. He deserves to die.
I went back to my room to get my things and of course, my face cloth cover, ngunit hindi pa ako nakakalabas ng may marinig ako ng panibagong ingay.
Damn it! There's more of them. Kailangan ko makatakas bago nila ako makita.
I was about to leave through the back door ng makita ko sila - It can't be! Nasa harap ko ang mga Elites!!!!! And nakita ko na may mga lalaki sila na napatumba.
The guys lying on the ground dead must be the bad guys.
Why are they here? piping tanong ng aking isipan.
''We're here to help you.'' sabi ng babaeng na may gray eyes. Napagitla ako. Narinig mo ako?Nabasa niya iniisip ko?
"Yes, my dear. I could hear your thoughts.'' she teasingly smiled.
''Oh shit!! So all this time you could read what's on my mind?'' nakanga-ngang sabi ko. I was astounded.
''Yes! I'm sorry.'' she said apologetically.
''Mica, stop that, you're scaring her. Pagpasensyahan mo na siya. Anyway, come with us delikado buhay mo dito.'' sabi ng babaeng may green eyes.
"But--"
I was interrupted by the handsome brown-haired boy.
''Stop asking, there's no time to explain, we'll explain everything to you once we are in a safe place. Importante makaalis tayo dito'' there was urgency his voice.
"Lumakad na tayo at baka may dumating pang iba" the black-haired boy with the most captivating black eyes. There was authority in the way he spoke.
Nakaramdam ako ng goosebumps sa pagsasalita niya.
Tumango ako. I didn't know if I could trust them, but they saved my life.
The brown-haired girl hurriedly grabbed me by the arm and guided me out of the house.
I don't know anymore. I'm confused and I need answers.
And so, I ran away with them.
