ANJU POV
I had suddenly woken up and asked "Wheres adrain?!" I asked looking around frantically not knowing where i was. Every ones face had shock on them but no one was answering my question.
"Wheres adrian?!" I asked again
*Silence*
"I'm not asking again where's adrian?!?!" I said a little pissed off that no one was saying any thing but looking at me. I started to get up and felt something jerk at my fore arm, It was an I.V the machine had ben on my right but i was trying to move to the left.I grabbed the machine and guided it to my left then i tried to stand and something rushed over me to the point where i started to fall. Zayne cuaght me and helped my back in bed.
"Adrian umm there something you need to know" Allie started off saying with tears in her eyes.
"What?" I said looking at her crazily. What the hell was going on.
"Anju sweety, Adrian was taken to juvie about 10 minutes ago just before you awoke." Elena said sitting on the bed.
"That can't be i just saw here i remember she was trying to tell me something then i cant member what happend after that. Where am i any way?"
"Well your in the hospital you had a very serve asthma attack and Adrian was to be transfrerd to the detention center at five and it's 5:10 now she was aloud to stay here until then, when you first woke up briefly thats when you saw her but you quickly fell back asleep." She said tearing a little.
"Wait so you mean to tell me not only do i have asthma and had a attack that adrian is going to juvie?" Everyone noded in agreement." For how long?"
"2 weeks" Hector said digusted
"Hector you said you wouldn't let it get this far, You said you would handle it!" I half way screaming and crying.
"Honey your father done everything he can but there was something that he didnt know, It turns out adrian had a charge against some one named Amia Chapmen that was never dropped." Elena said.
"Amia Chapmen? Adrian never faught her i know that amia couldn't stand me and once made me fall down stairs . But adrian told me she didn't fight her" I said confused
"Well apparently she did and hide the charges from you." Hector said sitting on my other side.
I just sat there staring blank letting all the information process i couldnt belive that she's gone even if it's for two weeks we habe never been apart that long.Then the doctor came in
"Hello anju im doctor Cruz. How are you feeling."He said walking over checking my stats
"Well my chest hurts a little and im really tired." I said
"Thats normal,I'll send a nurse in for the pain and once you get more sleep you'll be fine." He said with a smile
"She'll be okay now?"Elena asked
"Yes. But we want to keep her just to moniter her, Then when she's released i'll start her on some asthma controlants and i suggest her see'n a speacilist every six months." He said writing some thing. Then left
"Elena hector can you guys get me something to eat im straving." I said only half telling the truth i was hungry but i need to be alone with the crew
"Sure me and hector will go grab some pizza." Elena said getting up and leaving with hector right be hind her and emily.
" So now that the parents are gone, What are we gonna do bout this." I said
"Anju your in the hospital your not doing ANYTHING." Rashon said full of concern
" He's right. We told adrian well handle this and look after you" Allie said
"Thanks really But im not a little girl i can handle myself."
"So can you handle your self when you stopped breathing." Rashon said looking hurt
"When did i stop breathing?" I said that part was left out and it hit me like bricks
"Half a hour before you got here" Zayne said who was quite this whole time
"Look your not gonna do anything well handle it and your gonna get better point blank." Carson spoke up looking pissed.
"Were gonna go with the scare tatic and with the new info cameron dug up everything should be fine." Jermey said leaning up againt the wall
"What new info?" I asked
"Well since no one knows who runs anti north lake site. Apparently stephanie blogged some thing new and made it private and it so happend to have the details on why she's pressing charges" Alex said
" Let me guess eveything still points to ashley?"
"Exactly. That girl gets beat up all the time for taking orders from ashley and she wasnt gonna press charges originally but ashley and brittney convinced her too." Cameron said
" Okay fine i'll let ya'll handle it and i'll just focus on getting better." I said leaning back
"Well do it tommarrow night." Bonnie said
"Wait if she's after the whole crew dont you think she'll be suspicous that it might of ben yall?"
"Dont you worry bout that." Carson said taking alex out side the room
"What pissed him off?" I didnt have the strength to deal with attitudes right now
"He taking the whole adrian stituation bad." Caressa said.
The crew was a little more relaxed since i woke up they sat around either dicussing more of the plan and watching t.v. Elena and hector came back up with the pizzas and every one hungrily ate them especially me. Elena said that the kids were welcomed back to there house every one got up to leave. Elena and hector said they would stay but i knew they needed some rest and that they still had very important jobs so i insisted they go home.
"Are you sure sweetheart i can call out tomarrow." Elena said
"Positive wouldn't want those models going around in any thing but your cloths. Im fine elena i have a whole nurse staff if anything is wrong." I said giving a little smile
"Fine but call if you need anything." Elena said
"That'll be kinda hard since i freaked out when she stopped breathing and kinda broke her phone" Rashon said feeling a little guilty. I just bursted out in laughter.
"Well order a new one for you anju and for now i'll write down my number cuase i know you dont know the number by heart." which was true i didnt know any ones number.
"Bye sweetie." Hector said giving mea kiss on my forehead. " Well be here when we get off work."
"Alright"
"Don't do anything i wouldnt" Emily said giving a little laug" Come on guys and girls lets roll."
"Actually me and carson are gonna stay." Zayne said
"Alright well see you back at the house." Emily said.Then every one left and me carson and zayne was the only left in the room.
"Why are you too staying?" I asked cusrios about what they were up to
"Cant we just be here to make sure you behave?" Zayne said with a devilish smile
"Let me think um no!"
"Well the others are going back to your house to plan and you didnt need to concern yourself with it." Carson said giving the same smile
"Whatever ya'll just need to becareful."
"As if she could touch us." Zayne said throwinghis arm around his brother
"So serious question whats with you and adrian?"
"Umm listen you need your rest so imma let you chill while i go down stairs and get some ice cream." He said haistly and leaving the room quickly
"So how are you holding up with the whole adrian situation?" Zayne asked sitting besides me
" Mad, Upset, Disgusted, Lonely, Sad. Im not worried though adrians tough despite her soft like appearence she'll put any one in there place fast and quick."
"Well i think we know that much." He said teasing
"I just want her near me not at that place"
"I know, we all want the same." Zayne said
Eventually carson came back but i was too tired to interogate him it was about 9 when we fell asleep zayne curled up with me while carson took the couch. I couldnt help but think of what adrian was doing at this very moment.
ADRIAN POV
I sat in the back of the saudrent car and just looked out the window, The sentence for now was short but that still didn't make a diffrence the last place i wanted to end up was kiddie jail. I hope the crew takes care of buisness so this can be over. The further we drove the more i saw my freedom escape from me.It took a hour for us to get there, We pulled up to what look like a mini prison.
"Alright Ruiz time to get out." The officer said opening my door
I cooperated and got out, He walked me in and then i was checked in like at the station i was searched,Pictured and fingerprinted. They then made me strip and gave me two sets of orange jump suit exactly like you would see in movies that prisoners wore. Then i was sat in a room for what seemed like hours which were only one and was finally set in a cell it was a bunk and looked like i had a room mate. Great. i thought sarcastically. the last thing i wanted was to share a cell with some one who could be just as hard headed as me.
"Sice you have already ate ruiz you'll just stay in here till they get back." The officer said takingmy hand cuffs off
"Whatever." I was too erked at this point so i just got on the top bunk and threw my arm over my face.A half hour passed
"You must be new" A girl said walking into the cell.
"Yeah i am are you my room mate." I asked siting up and looking at the person
"ADRIAN?" The person yelled i didn't know who it was at first then i realized.
"CANDY?!" I asked
"Yeah it's me. What are you doing in here?"
"Searching for zebras. I got court ordered here for beating some little white girls ass what about you?"
"Stealing,Battery and plenty of ther things. Where's anju dont tell me she in here to."
"No of course not"
"Okay good i knew you would never allow her to end up in here."
"I havent heard from you 5 months before i got adopted. What happend to you."
"Well when they investigated the foster home and the foster rents got in trouble i ran away i wasn't about to be placed in another thing like that."
"So what did you do?"
"well i bounced from friends houses and everything and then i got into the game and started selling. Got cuaght and ended up here then got out was cuaght with other things then got put here agian."
" You could never stay out of trouble could you.?"
" You know me drama always followed im surprise your smart ass in here. Matter of fact give me more details on why you in here."
" Well this little white boogie girl tried to disrespect me then anju and then got some one to throw food on me so i want HAM on that girl."
"Same old adrian always fiesty. Girl deserved it though no one messed with your twin and gets away with it"
"You already know."
"How long you in here for"
"Two weeks then the courts decide wether or not imma be stayingin here What about you? "
"Well i've been in here for 2 months aready but im posed to be here for 5 more and with good behavior i can probally get out sooner. I'll be almost 18 any ways so they will release me the charges where misderminours. when i got cuaght with the weed they saw it as me smoking it not selling. But when im released ill be on parol"
"Damn still along time" Candy was like me and anju's older sister when we was growing up in that place she's 2 years older than us and she always looked out for us she was light skin yellow if you will, short light brown hair and was about 5'4, she had a scar on her arm from when she got into a fight and the person pulled a blade out and cut her, Fierce greyish green eyes and could fight her ass off.
"So you like your new room i know its not neatly decorated like your new place." she said laughing
"Shut up. You can take the girl out the ghetto but not the ghetto out the girl i see."
" You already know how i am"
" So hows it been like in here."
"Terrible. Im not friendlt as you know so i dont associate much with these girls. speaking of they all got groups i'd just stay away from them if i was you."
" No prob im not here to make friends."
We sat and talked more about how things have been going with her and back at our old hood.We talked for what seemed like hours catching up then all you heard was...........
"ALRIGHT LADIES LIGHTS OUT!" The female officer yelled.
We go into our beds and i just starred at the ceilling
"Adrian get some rest first day is always ruff and your gonna need some rest to deal with these B*tches"
I let my mind wander until i was fast asleep dreaming of bein with adrian and the crew again.
