hey guys! i'm going to try and rewrite this whole series, but i want to leave it up so that you guys know its active again. so i'll just republish specific chapters as i go along, and leave a "last updated" at the bottom of each chapter.
also, you may have noticed that i changed shay's name slightly to Dr. Shay Elder. a minor change, but i felt like it was a more realistic last name? idk just some neurotic overthinking and nit-picking, but just a heads up for when you get to the unedited parts of the story lol
