ADRIAN POV "Wake up Adrian you dont wanna be late for your first day of school." Elena said over the intercom. I had managed to ignore my alarm clock but ignoring elena when she was determined at some thing was some thing totally diffrent.
"alright im up" I said sluggishly pressing the kitchen intercom button.
Man mornings was not me , back at my old school i would rarely show up for morning classes. Anju would just bring me the work when i showed up in the afternoon. I got up and showered to wake me up then went into my closet and tired to find a first day appropriate out fit.I just choose a layerd black skirt a long sleeve off the shoulder grey shirt ,and some grey ankle wrapped shoes. I headed down the hallway to see if Anju was ready and half way down she stepped out with a frilly peach colored top black skinny jeans and beige colored wedges.
"Who you trying to look cute for?" i aked teasingly she looked good that was a good color on her
"The same person you tring to impress"she said walking up to me
" I look good for me myself and i. You ready to leave " i replied back laughing
" Yeah just let me grab my bag and my ipnone and ipod" she said rushing back to her room. I did the same grabbed my hollister bag and my electronics.
" So how are we actually getting to school?" Anju asked. During the summer Hector helped us get our permits but we werent allowed to drive without a adult.
"I Dont know Emily said Elena took care of it." i said shrugging. We descended down to the first floor and into the kitchen when there were freshly back cinnamon buns waitting on the counter. Jenna i thought she cooked as well funny thing bout her she does things yet you rarely see her. We dug right in then elena came in
" Good mornig girls" she said kissing both of us on the cheeck she was dressed in a buisness suit
" big day?" anju asked
"very and zayne and carson will be here to pick you to up any moment now." she said grabbing her coffe. " hopefully i'll see you two before you come home" she waved and headed out the door. she peeked back in " Girls there here"
We went outside and saw two cars the black charger and then we saw a grey one. The black had cameron posted up and the grey had zayne posted up.
" Hey zayne these two take forever to get dressed but arent the results always worth it" carson said looking at zayne then back at us giving a smile.
" you right carson" He said walking over to give carson a high five.
" You two are ridiculous" i said laughing and walking down to give them a hug goodmorning
"So whats with the two cars" Anju asked
" We get into diffrent things therefor we need two diffrent cars" carson said. I rolled my eyes typcal rich boys
" Well i can guess who's riding with who. so Anju ready to go" zayne said opening the passenger door for her.
"You read my mind zayne" she said laughing and getting in.
"Guess im stuck with you" i said walking over to the passenger side
" you know deep down you wanted to ride with me" he replied while getting in
" Get over yourself" i said. we were all friends but his ego was always to much for me at times.
Then we were off , i took my ipod out and tunned him out he was on the phone any way. I Looked at him up and down his face was clear i his muscles were defined and was really fine. From his blue plaid long sleeve which he rolled his sleeves up. When he looked in the sun his eyes were greenish blue. But hose emerald eyes you could look into all day.....................
"Adrian!" he sum what yelled.
"what" i said trying to sound annoyed. I Hadnt realized he was calling my name
" Why are you staring at me?" He asked looking from me back to the road
" you got something on your face" I lied. It was better than feeding his little ego.
" Well can you get it. There are napkins in the glove compartment" He said pulling into the school parking lot.
I grabbed the napkin out the glove compartment. I leaned over and slightly whipped over his face pretending to get something. When i started to pull away he grabbed me by my hands and pulled me in close and whispherd into my ear.
" I know you was staring at me, if you wanted a better look all you had to do was ask." he said. His breath on my neck sent chills down my spine. This boy really knew how to make my heart speed up. He let me go gave me a smile and got out , leaving me there to sit and process whatwas going on.
*Tap* *Tap* " Are you getting out" anju said while tapping on the window. I got out and closed the door.
" whats wrong with you" Anju said wispheringin my ear
" I'll tell you later" i said.
We walked on campus and instantly eyes were on us. I looked around and saw nothing but white rich kids. Again foolishly we thought they were looking at zayne and carson when actuall it was us. zayne and carson headed over to a group of boys, me and anju quickly tried to find our friends but it was hopeless the court yard was to big until i felt some one tap me i stopped and spun around as did anju
"Hey anju adrian were over here at this table" Caressa said pointing to the tables all the way on the other side that was under a tree.
"Thanks for the save" i said giving her a hug and walking over to the table
" No problem. It looked liked ya'll could of used it." she said giving a sweet smile.
" good morning" was said through out the whole place
" goodmoring" we said
"Boy yall two are certainly starting up a talk all over" alex said
" i dont see what they looking at its not like im chaging colors" isaid sitting down. A little annoyed
" well since you two besides allie and Rashon yall are the new flavors" Jeremy said getting up to throw away his finished mc'donalds breakfast.
" Do i look like ice cream?!" I said a little to loud
"Calm down he didnt mean it like that" Rashon said putting his arm around me.He smelled good
" Well your not ice cream but im pretty sure you taste just as good." Jermey said winking at me. Wow are all these boys full of them selfs.
"Dont worry adrian there's nothing we cant handle" anju said giving me a smile
" you right sis" i said returning the smile
**RIIIINNNNGGGG**** The morning bell went
I didnt have many classes with anju. Only gym which was the second to last period of the day but at least we had luch together the whole crew did. I had first period with Cameron and bonnie which was good we had spanish 2. The first period went by fast since it was first day it was nothing but introductions. The bell had rung and we departed ways my next class i was on my own it was honors geometry aparently every one here was on the reggular track one thing i picked up from my watching so many girls drop out of school is that education really did go along way. I have a sharp mind even when i skipped class i was still able to keep up with the work. even anju was on the same track.
The late bell had rung and i still wasnt in class i was beyond lost i couldnt find my 2nd period class. i was so into my schedule that i bumped right into someone.....................
" O Im sorry" he said picking up my schedule
" its alright i wasnt paying attention to where i was going" i said grabbing it not looking up
"Hey adrian" he said. i looked up and saw zack smiling down at me
" hi zack" was all i managed to spit out.
" So where are you off to" he asked
" I have mr.charels in room 307"
" Well luckly you bumped into me cuase i have that class to. But you arent gonna get there goin that way youre headed to the gym" he said guiding mein the right direction
"lucky me. this school is too big for me" i said shakning my head
" okaii maybe i can give you a crash course. Thats the 70's wing." hesaid pointing back near the gym"the gym ,office, health room and culinary classes, computer room is all on the first floor. Now the fist number indicates which floor your on so were gonna be on the third floor. Also if its and odd number you go to the left when you get up the stairs and you go to the right when its even"
" Too much in one day im getting a head ache. But thanks for saving me." i said looking up at him as we finnaly reached the third floor.
"Any time." he said opening the door to class.
ANJU POV
Ive had the first two periods with allie which was english and math. Now was thrid period i had hopped that adrian was getting around better than i was. I made a left on the sencond floor and still couldnt find room 216. I got to the end of the hallway and turned around i was near the corner and i heard
" If that little slut thinks she can hit on my boyfriend and get away with it she's got another thing coming." i heard ashley voice say walking up the stairs to the right.
ashley didnt scare me so i walked up behind her and said..
" Whatever your planning you can give it up or ill make sure personally that if you touch my sister it will be the day to regret." i said walking up to her nonchalant. Unlike adrian my anger was more controlled than hers
" And who are you pose to be. You Dont scare me i know with out your sister your nothing but a scared little girl" she said back laughing and looking at brittney
" with or with out my sister i can still beat your little white ass any day try me B*TCH" i said angriliy and bumped her walking offto my next class
" i'd watch your back if i was you" Brittney yelled behind me
Back home dealing with hateful dumb B*tches was the norm nothing diffrent i controlled my anger cuase i was like adrian impulsive and quick to swing. After my last fight i was charged with battery/Attempted murder cuase the girl ended up goin to the hospital with 3 broken ribs,12 stiches and a broken wrist. I did about 3 months in juvie it was pose to be longer but they dropped the charges. After that i tried to stay calm more often and not let so much get to me.
I found all my next classes after 3rd period cuase carson explained how the school worked. Goodthing it was first day cuase i wasnt paying attention i was just trying to hurry to luch to talk to adiran about the new found information that those two were trying to plan. After 4th period the lunch bell finally ringed and i hurried off to the court yard. i was the last to arrive at the table
"hey an..." Zayne started to say till i cut him off
" We got a problem" i said looking straight at adrian
" whats wrong" allie said
" The two bimbos ashley and britney are planning something" I hastly said sitting down
" Cameron think you can dig something up on there plan" Caressa said looking straight at her.
" Trust me you aint said nothing but a word im already on it"Cameron said pulling out her phone " No one messes with the crew and thinks that if you mess with one you dont mess with all"
"everyone calm down how can you be sure there planning something?" Carson said taking a bite of his taco
" Cuase i saw them in the hall way when i was late to third period. I heard them come up the stairs saying adrian has another thing coming and when i confronted them britney yelled out i better watch my back" i replied annoyed.
" Well i'll be back i need some lunch." adrian said getting up
" i'll go with" Bonnie said.They got up and left the table
"I dont know why you asked that carson you know those girls are masters at getting back at people." Rashon said btting into his ice cream sandwhich
" You got a point but the twins just got here and we dont need no one getting arrested." zayne said
" So little minds there are ways to get back at a girl besides fighting" Caressa said wrapping her arms around allie
"Aparently you wasnt there that day at the mall," alex said laughing
" well adrian can be a hot head but she can calm herself to go along with a plan if it has long term affects." i said defending my sister
Everything happend fast.
*CRASH!!!!*
I had saw a plate full of food all over adrian now
Bonnie running over to tell me that one of brittney minions dropped a plate of food all over her
"STOP ADRIAN" everyone from the table started to run and yell over there
But it was too late adrian fist already connected to the girls nose. Adrian fist was all over the girl i kinda felt sorry for her. The campus police got adrian off and the girls face was decorated in blood and bruises. I went to the front office and was told to wait then 15 minutes later i saw Hector comming out the deans office and a still food painted adrian walking behind him.
" Anju you can go back to class" Hector said " Every things alright ill see you at home."
I looked in adrians eyes and saw this was war
